This was the first time I have ever gone to a studio and wow, I was impressed with Ellie. I brought my sister, mom and cousin to have them try on groomsmaid/mother of the groom dresses and she was FANTASTIC. After she noticed what our style was, she instantly helped with similar dresses and was such a great help. Not only was she kind and helpful, but was not pushy to buy anything on the spot. I will be coming here to buy both our groomsmen and groomswomen tuxes/dresses with the request of working with her. Thank you Ellie! You impressed us all.

Had a text conversation with someone who worked there and they said they would order the dress, not informing me or the other bridesmaids that we needed to come in and make a down payment. They just said the dresses were ordered and gave us a time that they would be in. We called them after the dresses were supposed to arrive and they had no idea what we were talking about and treated us disrespectfully. I also did not enjoy my time in the shop itself, the woman there was not knowledgeable of how to actually measure people for dresses, didnt know the product and seemed very unprofessional and not engaging as she just let us roam without any direction in the shop. This store lost out on about $1000 with our wedding party, only shop here if you want unprofessional service.

They were very nice and the bridesmaid dresses turned out great! They arrived when they said they would and there were no issues. I was an out of state Bride and Catherine was great making sure I knew when they were ordered, when they arrived and who I needed to get after to get their measurements in. We went to several places and they were one of the only places to have some Junior Bridesmaids dresses my niece could try on. The only Complaint would be that they didnt have any dresses my sister could get into (being a slightly bigger gal). But over all they were great!

I LOVED my experience at Studio Bridesmaids. I wish I wouldve started my search for a mother of the groom here. The staff were incredibly helpful and the other fun thing was the other customers in the store were giving their opinions about everyones choices. It was really cute! My dress hasnt arrived yer but I cant wait to go back for the fitting. This will be my go to dress shop when I need a similar dress in the future.

We put a rush order on our bridesmaids dresses, and they still came in late. The dresses are overpriced, but worse of all they measured 3 of the 5 bridesmaids wrong! Definitely a scam, or they didn’t know what they were doing. Either way, we had to spend more money elsewhere to get them in the correct size. Their excuse was that a lot of dresses are too long, which has never happened to me at any other place. But that wasn’t the only problem, it was two sizes too big! They weren’t apologetic at all, didn’t offer any discount to get the dresses sized appropriately. Would not recommend going here if you want a decent dress with good service.

If you want to get scammed out of your money this is the place to go. You will get measured and if Jasmine or any of the other ladies there do it they will purposely make your dresses too big. They will charge you even MORE money to get it fixed. You have to pay a 25 dollar rush fee just for them to have it come 3 weeks later than the date they told you.So, if you want blind stylists, with no experience as to what they are doing this is your place. Make sure you read the price tag and times it by 4

Horrible customer service. Two of our dresses were measured wrong. One was four inches too short - Alexis said we didnt think length was a problem. The second dress was way to tight couldnt even be zipped. Alexis again told us we knew it would be snug when we ordered it. So she told us we could order more fabric or deal with what you have. Anyone knows it is easier to take something in than let it out, especially when there isnt enough fabric to work with. 9.floor length gowns and she wanted us to cut two of then into tea length. She ordered more fabric and it doesnt match. Two seamstresses told us she doesnt know how to measure for dresses. She ordered a junior size for one that should have been a womans size. They blamed everything on the customer and this is their job not ours. They were extremely rude to some of the girls. I left a message for the owner to call me because Alexis said she didnt have the authority to make some of the decisions that I wanted, never received a call back. Very incompetent staff. Already talked two weddings out of going there.

I had a great experience with dress shopping. The girl did clip us in dresses. We had the store to ourselves. And so many choices! I highly recommend the place, it has a huge selection of bridesmaids dresses!

I ordered my bridesmaids dresses this past spring for my wedding in September. Catherine is so helpful, professional and accommodating to literally anything I needed. We ordered 10 (!) TwoBirds dresses in Rosewater and also two bandeaus and she was even able to get the price down for us, which was greatly appreciated by the girls. I would go back to her for any other occasion int he future, and HIGHLY recommend her for bridesmaids needs in the Metro Detroit area.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars because this place doesnt deserve any. I went with my bridesmaids to pick out the dresses the end of May for my wedding comming up end of July. Knowing that we had very limited time to order the dresses, the staff reassured us that we would get the dresses end of June no problem if we paid a 25 dollar rush fee.The same day picking out the dress, we asked Jasmine and another lady if it would be possible to add a slit. There response was sure, I dont see why not... so we went ahead thinking there should be no problem adding a slit. The next day I went back with my remaining bridesmaids to get fitted and just to make sure, asked about the slit and if it was ordered that way. I spoke to seamstress that day and she was VERY rude saying idk who would tell you that, Im the seamstress and Im already saying no we cannot do the slit... she went on saying it would look like a 5 year old cut into it... I was completely thrown off especially after that comment.. like isnt this your job, is to make it not look like a 5 year old cut into it?!?!?They measured the bridesmaids completely wrong! 2 of my bridesmaids were pregnant but not that far along to where they would need bigger dresses. They kept stressing that they would NEED 2 sizes up incase they grow more. So we went ahead with the 2 sizes up. They then ordered another one of my bridesmaids a size up. They didnt make any sense trying to explain to us why they would need all these sizes up. The dresses came in not only 3 weeks after they promised, they are waaayyyy to big!! They didnt seem apologetic at all, didnt offer a discount for THEIR OWN MISTAKES. So we are stuck with 3 dresses too big and have to pay 100s of more dollars to get them fixed.Thanks Studio Bridesmaids for not helping us what so ever. Also stressing a bride out even more a week before her wedding. I hope after people read our experiences with you, they will not risk having any business with your scam place.

I am a bridesmaid in an fast approaching May wedding, and we went here to look for dresses. One of the other bridesmaids is pregnant and will be around 6 months at the time of the ceremony, this was made clear to the person running our appointment right away. The staff is severely uneducated about what dresses come in maternity and what brands carry what things. The staff WILL not help you pull dresses and they do not help your party clip into dresses. The entire store is unorganized and disfuncfional and the staff are rude and aloof. I would not recommend this store to any bride. We ended up going to another bridal store the next day that was a night and day experience with staff that actually HELPED bridesmaids try on dresses, clip them in, and pull more dresses and colors. They actually had a system to know what dresses came in maternity and there was never a question about any of the dresses that the staff couldn’t answer. Studio bridesmaid may carry a lot of brands, but you’d be better off going somewhere else to try them on, as customer service there is not a priority.

I was very excited to go looking for bridesmaid dresses with my bridal party. When entering the shop we were the only group that had an appointment and I was super exited to have the run of the store. However, this appointment quickly went from great to blah. I have waited so long to share these moments with the girls that are like my sisters I was embarrassed I took them to a store that treated us so awful. The lady who greeted us was very unfriendly and did not seem excited we had come to the store. She told us to go ahead and look and start pulling. She disappeared for a very long time. I was left to pick the dresses myself which was not so bad however, when the girls tried on the dresses I had to clip the dresses myself. When she finally did come back and saw me clipping she did not care to help or say oh let me do that. I even a few times asked her for help and she just kept making phone calls. The woman was gone most of my appointment. She was either sitting doing nothing, or talking on the phone to friends or calling people for what seemed to be appointments the rest of week. She was totally not present for the appointment. When I needed to ask her questions like what color the dresses came in or prices she made me feel like I was a bother. The girls that I went with also felt like they were bothering her like we were interrupting her. She was the only one working or I would of asked to work with someone else. It was such a disappointment to be excited to go looking for dresses with your best friends and have the worst experience and customer services. If you are a bride looking for bridesmaid dresses I would not waste time looking here unless you like getting horrible customer service, clipping your girls in the dress yourself, and actually acting like you are the employee not the bride. The brands they have can be found at other store so trust me dont waste your time coming to this shop.
