The team at the Rochester store is great. Gene and Brandon are friendly and helpful. We’ve made several purchases from this store for our outdoor area and rec area. We also get all our spa chemicals here. I would recommend you include this store as you shop for both outdoor and indoor furniture and recreational gaming items and spa stuff.

Purchased 2 umbrellas from your store. Brandon was less than friendly when we purchased the 1st umbrella but I added a second one. Was promised delivery to be in May 2021. I had to follow up with him only to find out they were not going to be here until June. I get it but when I called the store they said I can only get one at this time and the other wont be in until July.Brandon contacted me yesterday and was extremely rude telling me I wont get delivery of the first one until June 19th and it is what it is.I asked him to see what he could do as I am having my big party this weekend and he said give me your credit card and Ill issue you a refund right now.He needs to learn how to be customer focused instead of short tempered.Manager called and nothing was done. Still waiting a new delivery date.

I cant say enough good things about Kevin. I am so happy for this referral. Kevin was just super and so easy and friendly to work with. I love how knowledgeable he was about all of the big (and little) things I needed to know about owning a hot tub for the first time. Yes, any electrician could have run the line but the guy is a hot tub enthusiast with years of personal experience so I got all my questions answered! He got everything set up yesterday (in the rain at times!) and I was in my tub by dinnertime with my husband and two best friends. I am so pleased! Plus I now have an electrician that I can trust. As someone new to the area its so hard to know who to use. I am so happy with his work that Im going to have him back to do more electrical work in my new home. Also, he was meticulous about everything, including bringing a separate pair of shoes so mud wasnt tracked into the house. Its the small things that make a difference.

Brandon at Allstate Home Leisure was fantastic to work with. The item I was looking for was in a backroom and he took the effort to grab the large box and bring it up front and open it and show me the item. I was between two different wood finishes so he gave me two samples to take home and compare.It was a pleasure working with them and I will definitely be reaching out for future items.

Today, my Wife and I purchase a massage chair from Allstate in Rochester. Mandy (the Manager) was helpful and patient as we were massaged in three different chairs. I was having trouble with my hot tub and not finding anyone in the area knowledgeable or interested enough to truly help me resolve the issues. I met with Jen in the Rochester location and she was WONDERFUL! She also looped in Frank (from another location) who is very knowledgeable and together - they resolved all my issues... even a couple that I didnt realize I had that were resolvable. I also didnt know the store offers just about anything youd want for a gaming/finished basement and/or outdoor living area. They can also help with customized options like outdoor kitchens! I will definitely be coming back for more than my hot tub supplies due to their fantastic service and willingness to solve any issue for their customers! Jen made me feel valued and special, not just a number like many other places make you feel.

We recently purchased a Jacuzzi hot tub and our experience has been exceptional. We dealt with Janelle and she’s fantastic. She is extremely patient and she’s not only very knowledgeable about the products, she’s also knowledgeable about the overall delivery and service processes. Even though there were a couple of minor hiccups (the cover lifter we initially selected wasn’t going to fit the way we wanted), Janelle and the Allstate Home Leisure service team got the situation resolved quickly and to our full satisfaction. Superior customer service! I purchased a patio umbrella from the previous store at this site (went out of business) about 4 years and one month ago. It was faded very badly and I found it had a 4 year warranty. I contacted the new store and even though they had no obligation to help me and the product was one month out of warranty, they took up the challenge to try to get me a replacement. After much work, I was able to get a new umbrella canopy at no cost! Many thanks for Janelle for her efforts. I highly recommend AllState Home Leisure in Rochester.
