We were looking for new shades for our pendants in the kitchen. Went in West Elm and saw they had these glass globes for 75% off. Salesman was very helpfull and found one more of the small globes in the back so we had a perfect set. Great place! Great service! Will go back.

West elm gives me Retro / Vintage vibes with a touch of Glam. I 💛 all of the accessories. I wasnt offered much help in store but they have everything online.

Ordered a couch and chair and was told to expect delivery in 6 weeks. 5 months later we were finally able to get the product. That said the product meets expectations however i will never order from them again.

Mostly white fabric furniture to be nutrol, with styles that are Retro. They may lose sales to the public because of 1960s style. Colored fabric can be ordered but how do you see a finished sofa? The Jetsons cartoon style of case goods looks old. Just saying...

I love going into West Elm, so many textures, awesome color schemes, and accents. All products are beautiful, I appreciate fair trade items, and I always leave feeling inspired.

I spoke to a super kind lady on the phone (I think her name was Debra or Debbie but I cant quite remember). Anyway, she was super nice and helped me find a specific bowl that I was looking for :)

While the furniture is awesome, the staff is definately not. Tim is extremely helpful and friendly everytime we go in. I went in last saturday to buy something and had the rudest and unfriendliest person behind the counter. A tall girl behind the counter acting like I was really putting her out when she had to look up my rewards and I think took great pleasure in telling me that I didnt have any. I had them hold the pillow until the next day and got her again when I went back. No hello, can I help you upon my arrival at the counter. Just looked at me with an expression of uhh ok whadda ya want. Just looked at me till I told her what I was there for. Really, west elm, is that the best you can do for such an upscale store? Theyre 100% friendlier at Dollar Tree. She made the whole experience unpleasant 2 days in a row. Shout out to Tim, though

Worst shopping experience ever! Mean and very unhelpful staff. Four people working at this store, and I waited for someone to acknowledge me (at counter). When they finally did they heard my question then proceeded to speak to another associate who was walking and not even stopping to acknowledge and answer. Then fist staff proceeds to speak to another customer, again ignoring original question! Such disrespect and lack of social skills!

Amazin customer service!I had an issue with one of the rugs that I ordered online. Today I called and spoke to Anne and I must say that I didn’t expect the issue to be resolved in such a friendly and professional way. I had to write this and let you know that I am beyond blown away by the customer service that I received today. I have always loved West Elm and today was no different. You have convinced me that you guys will go above and beyond to make sure your customers are happy. So thank you, Anne and West Elm for such a wonderful experience.

We liked the quality and style of the products, and the staff were very helpful. A good selection of modern furniture and decor. The prices are higher than some other build it yourself outlets, but still reasonable for the look and quality.

We went in just to browse, and ended up spending way more than anticipated! West Elm has beautiful pieces and they had amazing deals going on. Zac helped us throughout the day and was so easy and nice to work with! He didnt follow us around or pressure us to do anything we werent sure about. Best furniture buying experience ever!

This place is just not my thing. Neutral color scheme with a few bright pops. It was kind of like a great big Pottery Barn. I know some people absolutely love the place though.

Came in for drapes, hardware, and maybe some pillows. Not one employee even said hello let alone asked if I needed help. One employee was helping another customer. The other two were deep in a personal conversation.

Interesting place, sort of a cross between Pier One and Willams and Sonoma ( which actually owns the store chain) a bit pricey at times but some good sales and discounts.Friendly and Helpful staff with design help and ordering service.
