Danielle was really rude when I was trying to ask her what faucet went with my whirlpool tub as I needed one. She immediately began lecturing about how my tub wasnt under warranty with a lot attitude. Interrupted me during my question and assume I was trying to get my faucet for free when all I wanted to know was the kind of faucet needed for the 3 way waterfall function so I could buy a new one. I told her several times I understood it wasnt under warranty. I also told her I never brought anything about a warranty up. Not sure why she even assumed it. Wish I would have not done over $15,000 worth of business with them when we built our house because they could careless about helping after the sale.

Horrible, horrible service. They do not pay attention to detail. Save all of your email correspondence with them and record your visit to the showroom. Delayed my project for weeks and messed up the billing(in their favor, of course.)

Always helpful in finding what I need for my projects.
