I stopped at this place at Oakland University are you reasonable everything is fresh and Cheryl the cashier is a sweetheart fresh coffee fresh Bagels awesome soups

The worst Einstein I have ever been to. They need to let go of everyone there and replace them with professional/knowledgeable individuals. They are very rude and are non accommodating.

Staff are fairly unprofessional. They are often out of multiple items on the menu. The food is low-quality, even compared to other Einstein Bagels.

Best place on campus to get food that wont make you sick.

After 10am there’s no breakfast sandwiches. it’s self serve.

I love bagels.

I usually only get the coffee here. Bagels are good but any of the cream cheeses cost the same price as the bagel which is sort of crazy to me.

They dont have any of the good/gourmet bagels. The line is always way too long and the staff is very snarky.

Cranky staff. Use order numbers, it’s not rocket science. Don’t get pissy when everything is jumbled and unlabeled and people grab the wrong thing off the table

How can a bagel place be closed on the weekend? Bummer.
