First off. Let me say that I hate having to give them 3 stars, because I love their bagel sandwiches. But the older man who works there, is awful. He is rude, not only to the customers, but to the younger employees. He rushes you while you are ordering. Then completely messed it up. This isnt just a one time occurrence either. We go here every weekend and everytime he is working, its a bad experience. That said. The food is great! And they have a decent selection, we try to get there earlier bc sometimes they run out. Definitely worth a trip!

First and foremost bagel dogs with cheese are and will always be amazing. Secondly, the staff there is amazing. I was 51 cents short and ran to my car to get it out of my stash when I discovered my children wiped me out of change. When I went back in and went to put my drink back a young man behind the counter named Alex said no worried and proceeded to take $1 out of his own wallet to make up the difference. What a shocker. I thanked him and was still in shock that he would do that when he tried to give me the change. I will definitely be coming back just for the service alone !

This used to be a great bagel shop, been coming here since 1983. Its changed hands several times since then but the last 5 years its gone down hill fast. Expensive first of all, most expensive bagel shop in town. Quality of ingredients are poor, cheapest possible red hot you could put in a bagel dog. Same with the pizza bagels, all the sauce is jarred sauce and pepperoni is disgusting. Ill drive another 15 minutes further to get better bagels.

The bagels themselves are pretty good. The bagel sandwiches are made of low-end microwaved ingredients. The other options in Greece and Winton are worth the drive.

The bagels are great, cooked perfectly. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

Good quality, friendly service. However there’s no service when they are CONSISTENTLY out of the bagel you want so you leave and go to Wegmans. I understand the need to control waste etc but you shouldn’t be out of varieties by mid or even late morning. You know how so make more. If you lose a customer after several disappointments it will eventually cost more than throwing a couple leftover bagels in the trash. Want to support you but you have to do better.

Its always fresh and delish. Friendly people that work there. Clean place inside and out. Also they have bagel cheese dog and bagel dogs those are my favorite.

My family loves bagels. They say that the bagels here are their favorite. Im no expert but I like them also. The persons inside are always friendly. Parking is close and convenient.

Ive gone semi regularly since 2006 tbh the bagel and cream cheese quality has gone down considerably. The last time I had Chicken salad bagel the meat was severely undercooked.

I use to love this place but the last few times i went in they are usually out of bagels dogs. Today it was only 10AM and they were out of with out cheese! And the the gentleman behind the counter looked like he wasnt enjoying his time there! Disappointing for sure!

Used to be the best bagel place in town, one of my favorites especially because BAGEL DOGS. But recently the quality has really decreased for example the bagel dogs arent cooked properly - theyre doughy and slimy on the inside. The eggs they use are not real eggs, they microwave egg beaters in plastic which is absolutely awful and wrong in many ways. They use brown and serve instead of real sausage which is just plain gross. Ordering is confusing, the bagel sandwiches are thrown together and not even cut in half for you. The menu doesnt break down the prices so if you just order a bagel with egg and cheese you dont know the price because nothing is listed ala cart.

Have decent begels BUT about half the time they get the order wrong, its also 2019 and they will turn away customers throw away their begel if they are paying with a card because it dosnt meet there $5 minimum. I guess the owner is to afraid to embrace the time and rather waste food then make a happy customer. Always better to do business then turn it away.

I love this place! Great bagels, sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, bagel dogs, coffees. My favorite is still the jalapeño with butter. Not toasted please.

My sesame bagel was crisp-skinned and fluffy, and the bacon and eggs between had a homemade irregularity and strong flavor that inspired confidence. They dont take American Express and the bathroom is in back, effectively inaccessible. Better value than Brueggers, though, and serving better coffee, from Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters.

Whenever Im in Rochester, I come here for their amazing bagel dogs with cheese. Its so addicting! The staff are always polite and helpful. Store is very clean!

Lots of variety of bagels..Im obsessed with the spinach and jalepeño bagels with jalepeño cream cheese.

The two ladies that work here are great. They always remember you when you walk in and know exactly what you got last time. I enjoy their bagel sandwiches and Jamaican Me Crazy Coffee. Help out this family owned business in Irondequoit! Instead of going through a drive thru and getting cheap tasting coffee and food, help out a local business that really deserves it.
