Joe is the best! He did all our windows and awning! Very honest and respectful and dependable! He did a custom screen door slider for our garage! And his helper Dave is awesome! He also did my neighbors awning, highly recommended! You won’t find better!

Dropped my screen door off on a Friday for repairs and was able to pick it up the following Monday.

3 weeks going on 4 weeks with no response on a quote4 weeks? needless to say, we will get someone else who can actually communicate and get back to prospective customers.He seemed like a nice person, but if you dont want to do a job for someone for whatever reason, simply call or email that you dont want to do it.

I have a Cape Cod house in Greece, NY. Because of the winter snow we get, sometimes my front door handle/lock would become frozen and I couldnt open the door and had to go to a neighbors house to always borrow a pitcher of hot water. I began thinking of an overhang of some sort but couldnt afford a wood construction. A neighbor who remembers driving past Alumaroll on and off for years gave me their name and phone number. Joe came out the same day with samples, etc. Because I had never done anything like this before, I asked for his recommendation and am so thankful I did. I thought I wanted a reddish/brown tone to match my shutters and small front porch and steps. However, I figured 3 different tones wouldnt look good. I already had special built wrought iron railings made and because my front light, house numbers, and mailbox are black, I chose the black awning. The width I needed was 80 inches and I didnt know if I wanted a small or large depth to cover the entire porch and steps and asked Joe. He thought the larger would be better. It was to take 1-2 weeks to make and install. However, he called a day later and said they were making it and could install it the following Monday, depending on rain, but if there was a break in the weather, theyd install it. They did and they also attached black posts to my railings to support the awnings weight and size. I am more than pleased with it. The front of my house went from a flatness to a house with depth and definition and beauty. Ive had so many compliments, cars driving by slowly as they see something new has been added. I took photos and sent them to my siblings and they love the new look. Thank you, Alumaroll. I recommend Joe and the company highly. He and his helper were so professional and wonderful to talk to on and off while they did the installation.

I have had Alumaroll Awning & Window put in windows in my large duplex. I like dealing with the owner, Joe, and his installer, David. I had an estimate from one of those big window companies and was pleasantly surprised when Alumaroll was able to beat their price . They did a great job, was on time, good value & very responsive. I would recommend highly.
