Great shop, does great work, and reasonable prices wont cost you and arm and a leg

No recommended he keep my car for two weeks and did nothing I have to Pick it up and then bring it to him back because he ask my for a 1000 deposit then charge me for an oil change and others and not even change the oil, I will have to bring this to court.

Does great work at a reasonable cost and stands behind his product. A little slow but thats due to him being a one man show but rest a sure the job is done properly with no shortcuts taken. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle to him for all your needs.

Ive taken my car here for a few years and have always been satisfied until recently. I called and left a message (about a week ago) communicating that I wasnt happy with the last two experiences at Professional Auto Care and havent heard back. I brought my car in for a repair and my check engine light was still on after. The part that was originally replaced had to switched out again bc it was damaged. This was free of charge and covered by the warranty. I had my car towed in after it said to stop the engine. I also told the mechanic that my car recently had to be jumped. The mechanic told me he would check it. I assumed (incorrectly) that my battery wasnt an issue bc he didnt mention anything about replacing it. Turns out I needed a new battery and the mechanic either forgot to tell me or didnt check it. About two nights later, my car wouldnt start at 10:30 at night. Ultimately I had to be without a car twice. The service was slow and I missed work. I had to find someone to replace my battery after the fact, despite my car being at Professional Auto Care for 2 days. I realize these are difficult times and I have had all positive experiences in the past...

Got it very fast, service completed within a day, and given helpful explanation of the problem. Great prices for the work.

I had engine issues while on a weekend visit to Rochester, and Jon took the time to diagnose and fix the problem (despite it being a holiday weekend and super last minute). I am always able to schedule an appointment when I need one. I can use my lunch hour and get my oil changed, or car inspected, or what ever I need done, and head right back to work, no problem! I dont trust a lot of people with my truck and I am very reluctant to use a lot of shops due to bad experiences Ive had with other shops. This shop is very trust worthy and goes above and beyond when it comes to working on vehicles. I have used them for several fixes and upgrades and have even been able to rely on the shop in an emergency to get my vehicle worked on right away. We have been using this mechanic for a couple of years now and have always been happy with Jon and his work.We own a Kia Soul and a Volkswagen EOS.Jon has a knack for knowing what’s up with our vehicles off the smallest clue which is pretty cool. My Kia had an ongoing issue that stumped a few other mechanics and he immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it.He’s also proven to be honest with what our vehicles need and what maintenance/repairs can wait. Prices are very fair and Jon will go through an itemized list of every cost of repair over the phone with you before doing any work. Our vehicles are always done on time and a loaner is provided when needed which is convenient. Him and his staff are also super nice and personable - always a plusI absolutely recommend this mechanic.

In a world full of excuses and limited warranties Jonathan is good to his word. I had an expensive HID headlight installed 10 month ago at Professional Auto Care Inc. and the bulb burned out on my Toyota Avalon. I called and explained what had happened and Jonathan told me to stop by. Because the bulb was so expensive I brought my own HID light and presented it to him at the time of installation. Jonathan thanked me, but told me to keep the bulb as a backup and replaced the expensive HID bulb with a new one from his stock, he took the time to explain the installation process, and some of the technology behind the HID light. Hes an honest business man who stands behind his work and materials for a fair and reasonable price. I call that a good value and highly recommend Jonathan and Professional Auto Care Inc. for your automobiles care and maintenance. Well done.

About 2 weeks ago, my VW Tiguan was brought to the dealership and diagnosed with quite an expensive repair. Jon had it towed from Volkswagen to his shop, the same day and quoted me a lower price. Although the repair took longer than expected (understandably so since it seems that Jon is the main repair guy, and with limited help), I am very pleased with the quality of work done, as well as Jons knowledge of all the problems brought to his attention. Its hard to find a reliable shop that really knows what theyre doing when it comes to a volkswagen. I am happy to have a place I can trust to bring my car for future repairs. I highly recommend Professional Auto Care!

I found Professional Auto Care on the internet with a saying if we cant fix it, we will find somebody who can. True to their word they look around for the parts and repair the cars. I started taking my Passat to PAC two years ago when I needed the timing belt replaced. The service was great and the price was reasonable for my make/model, so the 3 year parts and labor warranty was just icing on the cake. Ive been taking my Passat to PAC ever since and have been very satisfied with the service and how my car is treated. Fast forward 2 years - my car starts leaking coolant. I took it back to PAS and it turns out to be a problem with the water pump, which was replaced at the same time the timing belt was done. PAC again replaces the water pump, the timing belt and the lost coolant. My total expense for that service: $0! 100% covered under their warranty from the prior service. AMAZING.

Been to Professional Auto several times, but they have been getting worse. Now that the owner is NEVER there, there is no Quality control. Also there has been a turn over of help, namely the good mechanics are gone. Ever time I was there on my last experience there was 1 guy who answered the phone & worked on 3 cars at the same time. The bottom line was the car was there over a week, it cost me over $1300 and it was NOT fixed. PS when I went to pick up the car was told they DO NOT take checks.So I will never go back there and WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED this place to anyone. They are very good at marketing themselves online but not good at fixing cars!!!!

When I got my car back that they were unable to repair, I had water damage inside so bad because of my sunroof being open. You would think an auto shop could close a sunroof. After having another mechanic look at it, Im missing all kind of parts from my Saab engine. Now its a complete loss.
