They are awesome.Brian is very knowledgeable and helpful when Im stuck; he has always answered my questions (even when my vehicle isnt going in his shop).The guys who have worked on my vehicle are great. They know what theyre doing.Brian has 2 greeters that are so friendly, fun, and loveable (once youre in the door sometimes 3 greeters).

I recently came into ownership of a new to me vehicle the previous owner, a friend, said that he always brought it here. It had passed inspection at this location 3 month prior. I brought it for inspect and they said the headlight were to foggy to pass, they didn’t say anything about them 3 months ago when they passed it for the year, they told me it would be $30 to clean them then charged me $40 . I was not impressed to say the least.

The clutch on my Mini Cooper blew unexpectedly and I was recommended to Healey by a friend. Brian, Pat, and the service team blew me away with how quick, professional, and helpful they were. Pat went above and beyond in finding out an issue I was having is covered by the dealer, saving me another $1,500 they easily could have made off me. Healey Auto Repair has been my go-to auto repair business for over a year and a half! Their staff are friendly and professional, always putting the customer first and offering great deals! Ive been a customer for both their auto repair business and sales business. I purchased my dream car; a Toyota Prius from them about 9 months ago and it couldnt be more perfect! When I called, Healeys was able to work around my schedule and assured me of it. Very kind on the phone. I got there, the owner was at the desk and he was very nice. The waiting area was comfortable. And inspections are only $30.

Been going to Brian for years. Had gone to a different mechanic before and was in there at least once a month for something else that had broken. Started going to Brian when I got a new (used) vehicle, and the service has always been great. The prices are very fair, and the work has always been guaranteed. If something happened, and it was on them, they fixed it free of charge. Especially being female its hard sometimes to find a good mechanic that wont try to give me the run around. Wont go to anyone else, even though Ive moved farther away.

If you want to get screwed than visit them. They are nice but do not get the job done. It you have a German car run from them. Will be taking them to court for my car going back three times. Owner would not let someone else fix after 3 times. They are completely unprofessional ! Run to someone else.

Brian / Pat and crew are TOP NOTCH !!! I inherited them when I bought my Jeep two years ago. They now work on all our cars. My son and his friends were just heading out on a camping trip when my son came out of the store to a flat tire. Healeys came out to where my son was to asses the tire, he needed a tow so AAA towed him to the garage where a new tire was waiting... 2 hours later my son and his friends are on their way, new tire and the rest checked for good measure... THANK YOU !!!!!!!!

This must be read. This is not your average 5 star rating:This started as a 1 star.I came to your dealership on or about 3/16/19 after seeing the 2012 Subaru Outback you had listed in the FB Marketplace.I sat down with Pat. We took the car for a ride. Everything seemed cool with the car. We went back to the office. I expressed I am a vet of about 17 years with 100% disability and part of that in my brain injury. I told him this because I also expressed that because of this, I would not be reading the fine details and strongly relied on his honesty when selling the car.Things went pretty well. There was an issue with the floor mats that were in the car and not when I picked the car up, but that was resolved upon getting my 30 day inspection and oil change from your location.I bought an extended warranty though you all also and bumped it to the A+ 85,000 mile level for a total of $1,750 in added price. I believed, after hearing Pat boast about the good idea, that this was a good call for me.However…. A few weeks after I drove off the lot, I had sent emails expressing that the brakes were rough and grinding. I was told that this was typical/common in a car sitting on a lot for some time. It DID slightly improve after about 7 days post our email, but I emailed back saying it was still an issue. I was told I DID buy a used car. While I know that, I was told it was surface rust and minor pitting, but the brakes were fine.I brought the car into Patriot Subaru in Saco to get the 3 recall items addressed that no one, in the entire ownership of the car, ever addressed. While there I asked them to please look at the tires and brakes as the odd feel when braking was still there.They DID confirm surface rust and pitting, but told me that the brakes were metal on metal and all brakes and rotors needed repair at a cost of nearly $1000.00.THIS floored me.I trusted Pat and your dealership. I would deeply like to talk to someone at the dealership about this before I pursue further action.I live on a VA disability and $1000.00 is a LOT of money.I can understand if they had told me the brakes were poor and needed changing soon, but they were basically shocked anyone would have told me these were good and to not worry.AND - there is a wheel bearing on the left rear side that needs replaced. I would have assumed you all would have been up front with me on this as well. Add the over $2,600.00 needed to fix the engine issues (tork converter and Valve body) and I was not told the truth.Respectfully,Sean*UPDATE: I have been called by Brian and told that if I can bring the car in and if the brakes ARE as the Subaru dealership states he will set this right. He also stated that he will address the wheel bearing and contact the extended warranty folks to ensure they are doing as contracted. THUS far... I am pleased they are willing to work with me on this. Much thanks!!! This review will be changed to 5 star if it works as I hope it should.Second Update: The brakes (according to the Subaru dealership) are so bad that when doing other work on rear tire area the brake basically crumbled. Per the dealership. I was to drive the car to get brakes looks at by Brian. I now needed a tow. Brian agreed to tow the car. Thus far they are regaining strong trust. Some pics the Subaru dealership took for my records. Updates to follow.Final update: A VIP dealership ended up towing the c as r to their shop. VIP chose to fix the break and cover the cost. But...Brain said he would do that. I told VIP ok and called Brian. Told him thanks but to help save the tow to NH, I just went with VIP. Brian was happy and shocked. Later...the car was picked up at dealership by VIP. The Subaru place called to tell me Brian covered the remainder of the bill I has at the Subaru place for other items of issue. I did.l not ask him to do that. He just did it.In conclusion, this series of events shows that the dealership genuinely cares to do whats best and right.Bravo! And thanks.

Bought a car here over a year ago was a lil iffy at first because they had changed out the engine. But I have had no problems at all with the car. Got a good deal good car and will deffinitly consider them when I look for a new car in the future.

Went to Healy’s because they take warranties on cars. I have a 2008 Beetle with low miles. First off the diagnosis took hours upon hours. They NEVER called me to let me know what was going on. I called them. They said it needed a new air conditioner which my warranty company took care of and cost $950. I paid 179 of that. Then they said my car needed the secondary air compressor pump which my warrenty didnt cover. Brian said it was going to be around 700 dollars. I about lost it. He said NO OTHER company makes this part ONLY Voltswagon. It’s a 2008 I really did not need a new one so he checked on a used one and he said it would be around $400. I did my own research I called O’Reillys took my model number off my car they said they had it BRAND NEW for 129 with a lifetime warrenty. It was made in another country not Germany. So Healy’s insisted it was the wrong part and gave me one of the nastiest attitude and refused to put it on since it wasn’t an orginal part. Mind you warrenty didn’t cover it it did not have to be in original part. The air conditioning pump took over a week to come in they never let me know this, never called me in that entire week I called them. They never even called me to let me know it was done. Second I picked it up I took my WRONG PART (100% not wrong) to another garage here in Rochester he put it on in under an hour and charge me $69 bucks. Let me rephrase this brand new lifetime warrenty total 200 TOTAL. When Bryan was going to charge me 370 for a used and 700 for new. This garage is one of them garage if you go to when you will get ripped off along with nasty attitudes.

Being new to NH and my liitle wagon in desperate need of some TLC i took a chance on Healys automotive repair and im so glad i did!! Brian was AWESOME...dropped my car off the night before and received a call mid afternoon ftom him telling me what needed to be done and, what i thought was a really fair quote especially for all i needed done. He gave me a complete breakdown of each items cost and had the car ready the next day when he said he would. Excellent prices and service! I will definitely be going back when needed!!! Thanks Brian!!!

My post will probably get deleted but they failed my new car for its first safety inspection ever due to a serpentine belt. First off I didnt need one. Second off: since when is the serpentine belt something that is needed for a safety inspection. Oh and then they removed my original review from their Facebook page. They probably only have a 4.9 stars because they report or delete negative reviews.
