I contacted Cortese Lincoln Service Dept with an issue I was having with my 1988 Lincoln Town Car, the call was placed with Jordan in the service dept. Jordan listened to the issue I was having with my automobile and set me up with an appointment. While my car was in their possession, I received updates on the steps they were taking to solve my issue. I was notified when the issue was resolved and I was able to pick up my car. I was impressed with the professionalism and the courtesy I received even though my 34 year old automobile was not purchased at this dealership or even in this state. I have been to other dealerships throughout my 42 years of driving, including a two other Lincoln dealer/service centers in other states and never received the level of service or the attention I have with Cortese. They have the service people with the knowledge and skill to work on a 34 year old automobile. Cortese Lincoln Service Dept has gained a new customer.

I recently purchased a older used MKZ from Cortese. The car was priced competitively and in good shape. When picking up the car, the detailing and presentation made this car look and feel brand new. When driving the car home I noticed a park aid assist error when backing that had not appeared in prior test drive. I contacted my sales consultant Bill Clifford who immediately brought me back into the service bay right away and introduced me to the service manager. I set up a service appointment and a week later they took care of the repair. The sales and customer service experience working with Bill and the service team was excellent start to finish. I will definitely consider buying from Cortese Lincoln again in the Future.

My experience was not great, it was very frustrating. The diagnostics charge was not explained very well and I asked Jordan several questions to understand. It was not clearly communicated that there is a charge for each item. In my case I had 3 items in addition to a recall item that I wanted to be checked out. I also dont recall the diagnostic total charge being written on the paper I signed before service, it could have been. I suggested to Jordan for future reference he should point out the total to the customer in advance so there are no surprises. Jordan removed one charge as goodwill but the experience was not great and this is not the only bad experience Ive had; I brought my wife to look at a new Lincoln, the battery of the model in the show room was dead so first impression not positive. She went with Lexus.

I have been trying for awhile to buy a newer car and to get rid of my older suv. I found my way to checking out Cortese Lincoln and was contacted by the sales manager. Long story short he went out of his way to make sure I got all I could out of my trade in. And the sales and finance staff explained everything extremely well. The whole team at Cortese Lincoln are top notch and made the buying experience actually enjoyable. I would highly recommend Cortese Lincoln and their many other brands.

The service department has gone downhill over the past few years. I have been a customer since 2005 and I have to say that with the changes theyve made, I will NEVER go back there again. They are more about the money than fixing your vehicle right the first time. The prices have gone up while the work quality has gone down. Their staff (except Ed) need to have some serious customer service training because they are rude and inconsiderate.

I have the Lincoln Corsair 2021 love the car, not happy with the finance experience. The original car I had made the deal was a Corsair 2020 spent all day making the deal to find the dealer didn’t have the car. Was going out of town the next day and expected to take the new car. Was told well “take care of you “ for the inconvenience. While out of town sale. Rep called saying that they couldn’t get the 2020 Corsair but the 2021 that I had test drove they would give me that one at the SAME DEAL SAME PAYMENT SAME TERM I REPEATED THIS BACK TO Salesman he said yes. So meeting with the finance officer was a different experience. Different story. After I told him what the sales rep had said he still HAGGLE ME.. and instead of “ TAKING CARE OF ME” I felt “TAKING ADVANTAGE OF “ The story gets worse, my son worked for the Cortese Dodge group after my post instead of addressing the issue with me they turned on him. He never had any work issues no disciplinary actions but on May 18th they used a Manager Mike from the Cortese Collision to terminate his employment this person was not his supervisor. No valid reason just “not working to his job description “. And he was nasty harassing him with “tell your mother to take down her post” How unprofessional and unscrupulous down right PETTY

I had made an online appointment but it did not register in their system. I had the verified appointment notification on my phone from them.That needs to be fixed.I still gave 5 stars because they made everything work as if I was in the system.Thanks for the extra effort.

I purchased a vehicle in December 2020 from Cortese. Im not pleased with buying a used vehicle, 2017 Lincoln MKX, which Cortese did not thoroughly inspect the interior of the vehicle. When I bought the vehicle the windshield washer hose had a hole in it. The passenger front seat heat was not working.I learned last month that the back seat passenger cup holder would not open. This matter is taking care of. My over all experience with Cortese has been disappointing. Based on my experience I dont think I would recommend anyone to buy a used vehicle from Cortese until its fully inspected.I appreciate the courtesy of Cortese offering me a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired.

Had an appointment. Got in on time. Work was done quickly by a competent and friendly staff. Went above and beyond with a little cleaning of the interior. Lounge was comfortable. If needed, will most certainly return and consider cortese for my next purchase.

I called at 12:00 noon with a battery problem and it was replaced by 5:00. No charge due to warranty. They washed my car as well. First class operation in difficult COVID times.

I went to have my vehicle diagnosed and when I went to pick it up,all my change was taken from my car. I’ve had my vehicles serviced many times in many different places and never was anything ever taken. When I called to speak to the service manager about it, he acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. Safe to say I’ll never use Cortes ever again. I highly recommend anyone who need their vehicle serviced not to use them.

I was interested in a vehicle for sale at the dealership enough so that I made a trip an hour and a half away to view the SUV.The dealership double booked my appointment time which not only held up the time I spent there, but they also sold the vehicle to the other party after I test drove the SUV.The dealership kept me completely in the dark about the other potential buyer which caused me to waste 5 hours of my time.Wouldn’t recommend this dealer as they clearly have a tough time being transparent to the consumer. Transparency is key to a successful business, not withholding information in an attempt to maximize sales.

Friendly, Helpful and Quick Service

If I could give zero stars I would. I Took my car in for recalls. When my car was ready I received a VM stating my car was ready and that I needed to replace my tire rods but everything was fine. When I picked my car up it’s was NOW making this extremely loud sound something it was not doing prior to dropping it off. It also had electrical problems now. Seatbelt sensor kept thinking someone is in the passenger so it now dings constantly lights flash on and off at Will volume does not work. And all of the recall sensor were still on in my car. It took me two days to get a hold of somebody. When I did finally get a hold of someone I was treated as if I was making up these issues. Fast forward to finally Getting my car in there again. They tried to charge me to replace my muffler which prior to my car being in the shop had no issues and they also tried to charge me a diagnostic fee for the air bag. The air bag sensor that was a part of the recall that I was told was fine. The sensor is still on and I have to pay to figure out why even though I was never advised of any other airbag issues when I was advised me car was ready? They did manage to quiet the sound however my car still make noise I still have all the same electrical that I didn’t have prior to bring my car and all of the sensors that were apart of the recall are still on in my car. What was suppose to be a simple pain free recall is now costing me time and thousands of dollars to fix issues that I did not have to start with. Terrible experience would not recommend. I will not be purchasing any more Lincoln’s.
