Its a shame because the sell was very smooth in 2017 and then at the beginning the car maintanances appointments were very comfortable for like the first two years and a half. However I noticed the difference in the last years to the extreme that I resold my Jeep Patriot to them without me knowing that there were nothing wrong with it and that I sold it to them for around 6 to 7 thousand less from the market value. After I realized my mistake and find out that I really needed an auto I sent emails to the manager and the owner hoping for them to give me an offer even with the high market value due to what I lost but they never answer a answer them back. This last month Ive being visiting other dealers with no success is like the bad vibe is following me, any way I might give to all of them just an star also. I was going to give them 3 but everything good was erased for me in this last years. Well, apparently they could have the same opinion about me, maybe I deserve it, however I have a clean conscious.

The vision team was able to get us into a new Jeep. They had one available, even with the chip shortage, and they made it affordable. At no point did I feel like we needed to walk away due to overprice or misleading information. I have felt this way at other dealerships, but I felt like we could trust Vision.

We went here because other dealerships didnt seem to want our business, so now we have a 2019 Dodge pickup truck quad cab. The associates were very accommodating. The only drawback, no CD player. Why would you make a truck without one?

So far so good. Hoping my jeep comes in soon.
