I was in an accident that did major damage to the car. I was able to have the car towed to the shop same-day, they rolled the towing cost into the bill so I didnt have to deal with it that day, and they worked with the insurance company to where I never really had to get involved beyond reporting the accident. I got my car back when it was done and it was in better shape than it had been before, you cannot tell at all that anything had happened. Great people to work with. Very pleased.

Fast work on an axle recall

I have a totaled truck that I need for my business. I had it towed and dropped off in the lot here and went and talked to a man in charge and he said in a couple days the vehicle on the frame rack will be finished and my truck will be next. I made it clear that the transmission fluid cooler and lines are damaged and leaking but go ahead and replace them and do what needs to be done so that the truck can be lot driven. It sounded like we had an understanding but after 1 1/2 weeks and no contact I stopped in at the shop, the frame rack was empty, and my truck was sitting in the lot with nothing done on it. I reiterated our prior conversation and the man in charge had no explanation, Basically just said yes we had an agreement. So I said Ill check back in a couple of days. Well a couple days later I got a call and was told their techs went out and looked at my truck and would not be able to do any repairs to it. So Im still in disbelief that for 2 weeks they held my truck That I need to get back on the road for my business. At a good shop, that truck could have been that thing fixed by now!! Or else dont tell me that mine is next in line. Get it together!

I had a ~brand new white civic (12k miles) that was rusting all over the top. I had no luck over at the service center with help but the guys here checked it out, got some extra opinions, talked with me about my vehicle locations and habits, and a lot more information and real help. Won’t hesitate to use the body shop here again

Excellent from start to finish

I had my tahoe worked on and when I picked it up I noticed that the back connection to the defrost window clip was broken, I know for sure it was in good working condition when I had it and when I mentioned it to one to justin jaszewski who was helping me out at the time he said he wasnt 100% if the truck had arrived like that and told me I could go to another shop that they could weld the connector for about 25 dollar not professional and felt used after they received over 4000 dollars repairs and labor!
