I called explained my car was hit and I have a claim number talked on the phone with a Lisa told her who my insurance company was, I already explained I have done nothing so far for the claim. I was told bring the car up we can do an estimate and order the parts and fix it when they came in. I drove 35 min there was told to fill out a form. I filled it out and then sat there patiently for 15 min. A large bald man finally turned around and said do I have a claim from all state? I was confused because thats what i thought I was there to do. He wouldnt even look at my car. It seemed like the second I walked in I was bothering them. I asked before I drove there were they overwhelmed with cars and the lady said no bring it right in. Well dont bother they must be to busy. I will not be bringing my car there again. It was just an awkward experience and a waste of time.

Good service but a little slow

The staff was very polite, I took my car for a collision repair and unfortunately they couldnt fix my car and sadly wouldnt even fix it cosmetically which was a bummer. But they were very nice.

Professional, responsive and they communicate well. If you need to go to a collision shop, this one is excellent.

Im currently working with Serra Collision to fix my F-150. They have been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with - they took care of everything with AAA.
