Med city always takes great care of our vehicles.

They front desk personal are excellent to work with. They are very friendly and clear about what they will be doing. The work that was done to my car was perfect. They were ahead of time getting the work done. The only down side was dealing with the lady in billing. She was very rude to me concerning a mistake with the final bill. I figured the problem out and it was her mistake! Overall, I would go to this company again for the great final product.

Med City Collisions attention to detail, communication with the client before, during and after their repairs, thoroughness, and friendly, knowledgeable staff certainly show they are experts in their field. And despite only my front bumper needing repairs, it was a treat to get into my car and see they took the time to detail the interior as well! I was very impressed with the entire process and felt at ease throughout knowing that should there be any little change to the original estimate, that they would be contacting me immediately to update me on the progress. They did not take care of me or my 5 month old car. They washed it without my consent leaving terrible love marks everywhere and 2 sets of deep scratches.not matter how knowledgeable they are, I wouldnt trust them with my winter beater.

This place does fantastic work. They were highly recommended to me by the Mercedes dealership. I have a new Lexus that had $12,000 damage and they repaired it perfectly. I had it checked at Lexus dealership in MPLS and they said the work was excellent.

They replaced my bumper twice now, both times they did a great job! You would not have known it was not installed when the car was new.

With the benefit of some of the previous reviews and eyes wide open, I sought an estimate to deal with a bit of rust on a rocker panel and a few other minor body issues (no collision) . Cannot comment on the work they do, as a preliminary estimate of nearly $9,000.00 precluded finding that out. However, when asked to reconsider this, the reply was due to our schedule we would not be able to take on a rust repair job of this size at this time.

I just had my 09 Ford Ranger XL repair from a fender bender I had last Feb on a ice packed road. I have to say, service from them was great!Staff was great on following up with me on the quote, and keeping me posted on what else was found damaged that was not seen at the time of estimate.They worked with my insurance company, and I didnt have to worry about making calls and other things.The were able to drop me off at work after Ive dropped the truck off, and they picked me up from work when the truck was ready.My Ranger looks like a brand new truck when I picked up on 4-25. The truck had a complete wash, and was clean! They even went out of their way to clean inside my cab, and even cleaned my engine area!!I would suggest this place to anyone, and would go back if I had to again.

I was quoted a price in a timely manner. But they also said that I had frame damage and I didnt. I even knew that before I went there. I took it somewhere else and saved $700. I will never go there again.

Best place to get your collision work done.

I brought in a truck with some minor rust (2 locations, a few inches in size) and some stone chips in the paint. The job was a general restoration; there was no collision damage.First, the good: They did excellent work; the truck looks gorgeous! They even had custom replacement vinyl decals cut and buffed all the paint that they didnt replace in order to make sure everything matched. I have no complaints at all about the quality of their work whatsoever. If I were only reviewing their work, Id give this shop 5 stars.The bad: Their business practices leave a *lot* to be desired! Originally, I was presented with two quotes: one higher, one lower, depending on how much restoration work I wanted done (i.e., just fix the rust, or repair all the small nicks and chips too). I authorized the larger of the two, since I thought that a thorough restoration was worth the extra cost. After over a month in their shop, I received a call notifying me that the work was complete. All is well so far.However, AFTER the work was finished, I was informed that the bill was now the SUM of the two original quotes (over $5600 total -- a very unpleasant surprise!), not just the larger one that I had authorized. To add insult to injury, I was informed that using a credit card to pay would also result in a 3% surcharge above and beyond the already inflated total. This had not been discussed earlier either.Consequently, the job cost far more than what I had agreed to, and I had no option but to pay it as the work was already finished. After taking the matter up with their management, they offered to drop the 3% surcharge, but that was the extent of their accommodation. They assured me that any misunderstanding was entirely my fault. As an engineer, I deal with vendors and contractors on a regular basis -- usually for far larger dollar amounts than this -- and Ive never felt misled to this degree.In summation, if you need body work, this shop will probably do good work, but be ABSOLUTELY SURE that you understand what your final bill will be when talking to them and that there is ZERO wiggle-room on their-part. Im not sure if my experience was due to a sloppy presentation of their quotes or outright deception (it felt more like the former than the latter), but either way, Ill be avoiding this shop in the future.As always, the old saying applies: caveat emptor.

Horrible place to get your work done and really bad customer service. I had a 2013 Black Scion FRS go in due to a person side swiping the car while it was parked damaging the driver side fender/light/front bumper & turn signal. They tried to get used parts on a car with less than 4K miles on it and then I got a phone call from them stating that they found dings all over my car and that they would fix it for a discounted rate. My insurance sent an adjuster out there and said that they could not find a thing and if I wanted I could get a second opinion and hold them to the bill. Once the car was finished I noticed that the passenger side turn signal was hanging out. They had broke the metal clip that holds the light to the bumper and used felt tape to hold it in place. Needless to say I will never be going back there again they talked to me as if im uninformed and found extra damage on a car that only had about 4k miles on it and was always garage stored.

Med city did some work for me and the paint looks good.
