I had a screw and an actual drill bit in my tire. These guys fixed it in less than 2 hours for a very reasonable price. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I will use them for all my tire business moving forward.

We were in Rochester to play a show and got a flat. Heartland was able to get us in, patched up, and back on the road quickly and inexpensively. Their customer service was great too!

Have been using Heartland for years. They really know what they are doing. The best point is they are an honest shop, you will always get a good value for your dollar. The same people have worked there forever so you always know the people you are dealing with. You can go elsewhere but you will probably pay too much or get inferior work.

I had new tires put on my vehicle. Jim was very helpful in giving me quotes for different tires and explaining the difference between them. They were extremely fairly priced, plus they bought my used tires for an additional discount. On the day of my appointment, they called to let me know that the delivery truck had not delivered in a few days (weather) so they didnt have the tires I ordered yet. I totally understood, and expected to be rescheduled for later in the week. I was very pleasantly surprised when he said that, in light of the situation, they would be putting on BETTER tires for the same price of the ones I ordered!I showed up to to my appointment, happening to be 20 minutes early, and they were able to take me right away. They were finished in less than 50 minutes. Overall, a GREAT experience. I will definitely be going back.

Very helpful and professional staff

Came to get my tires rotated, as the previous 4 were bought here and rotation was included. Scheduled an appointment for 11am and brought my car. After not seeing my car go on the lift for over 40 minutes I decided to leave. Being that a rotation is included and they dont make money its not a priority for then. Go to discount tire they will price match and only work on tires and would never make you wait that long even on a walk in let alone a scheduled appointment. DO NOT get your tires here

We traveled to Rochester for an appointment, and as we came into town we noticed that the low tire light was on. Found Heartland Tire through a Google search, so we stopped to have things checked out. Turns out that we lost pressure because of the 30 degree drop in outside temp during the trip. All we needed was to add more air to the tires.Now, we had never done business with them before. In spite of that, they not only checked things out immediately with no wait time, but didn’t charge us a dime!I’m seriously considering making the trip to Minnesota to Heartland Tire the next time I need to buy tires. Thanks Heartland Tire for taking care of us and not caring only about your bottom line.

If I need tire service, and it seems as if I always do. I Only go to Heartland Tire... and have done so for 13+ years. Jim and the staff are prompt, polite, do the work right so you never have to 2nd guess what they did, and theyre quick and reasonable.

My wife was on her way to clinic appointments to Rochester from Spring Valley. She had a flat tire and called me. I drove to Roch, removed the ruined tire and became a first time customer of Heartland. I checked in and explained my problem. I was told it would be just over a half hour. The shop looked very busy with a dozen other tire customers ahead of me. In 15 minutes I was on my way back to my wifes car to put the new tire on. Thank you for the great service!

Very fast and Fair

We have used Heartland for all of our vehicles for years. The service is always great. This week our teenage daughter and her friend were out shopping and her vehicle started to overheat. She took it straight to Heartland. They couldnt get the vehicle in that day but gave the girls a ride home so they wouldnt be stranded. Always above and beyond.

Brought my vehicle in after it had died while I was driving it. They had diagnosed the problem, and thought they had fixed the issue when I had more problems with it a day later. Rather than hang me out to dry, they took the vehicle back, found the cause of that issue and solved it for no additional cause. Really great place to do business, no funny stuff, and honest service.

Staff is very personable. They listen to your problem and do all they can to replicate and diagnose the issue. Jim was great! Thanks guys!!

I get all my tires fixed here. Now i got tires from them too for my trailer.

Called to set up an appt to have a car checked over before a vacation and long drive. The car was pulling hard to one side so I asked them to check the alignment. They checked the alignment, gave me the printout and said it was spot on. They rotated the tires from right to left to compensate for the wear problem. They also checked the fluid levels under the hood. Because they didnt need to adjust anything significant, they didnt charge me a penny. I was surprised and astounded as any dealership would charge and arm and a leg just to perform the tire swap. This was only my second experience at Heartland, and it will definitely not be my last...Good, honest people.

Awesome! I mean really, really awesome!! Jim was so very helpful in getting me the right tire for the right price. They had the tires installed and did a safety and maintenance check on my car while I waited in a friendly environment. Two days later I was off on a whirlwind trip out to the east coast; 48 hours on the road in 4 days. Dont recommend it! But the tires were GREAT; I had been complaining about the road noise coming from my Saturn Vue ever since I bought it. This is my third set of tires and these are the first ones to cut the noise in HALF!! I am HAPPY!!!

Even though they couldnt help me with roadside service, they gave me 2 shops that could! Even gave me the phone number to one of the shops!!! What customer service! If we ever need tire services, they will be the first we call!
