I can’t say anything bad, they’ve always been fair in their pricing and are more than willing to negotiateThe owner knows his stuff and seems to direct his staff. I’m always treated with respectIf I had a complaint it would be that when I deal with one guy, not sure his name but he’s taller, kinda poorly groomed, he is generally more interested in whatever he is watching on his phone then the customers, unless someone is talking about Pokémon. I’ve also seen him be pretty rude to someone bringing in something he doesn’t necessarily want,But that’s all thrown away on the next visit when the owner and the other guy there joke with you and have fun and really show the true meaning of family business.

THE BEST.I was there on a Saturday and the 2 boys one tall, his name was Kevin I think and the other was a short kid in glasses. Were so nice and read me like a book. As a black trans female I appreciate that they talked to me, admittedly we even all flirted a little 😍, the way they did. I tried to ask for a manager to give a good review a few weeks ago but I was told that the owner/manager wasn’t there. I hope you read this though because your two boys made me feel extra special! Helped me with my purchase and just made me feel like a strong trans woman.

Good people. Id rather bring my stuff somewhere like here where I can share a story and chat for a few minutes than somewhere with no appreciation. Good atmosphere and attitudes!

I love this store. The owner Kyle is incredibly nice, he’s always telling me about cool things going on he really cares about his community and it shows, I met one of his employees, Kevin and I think it’s so incredibly adorable that he employs and trains special needs people. We need more people like that in Rochester ❤️

Started coming in about a month ago, Kyle should always be your first stop, best prices around, and if he doesn’t have it he usually knows how you can get it. He is a wealth of knowledge

Great shop, People there are extremely friendly and helpful. One of the only shops of its kind in Rochester where you can walk in and not be met with arrogance and a condescending attitude. They’re all great guys and super personable.

Been going here for at least a year. I’ve bought sold with them many times.Anything I’ve bought has been exactly as advertised. Their MTG and N64 selection is KILLER. Picked up a Box Topper Snap Caster Mage (like $200 on eBay) for $160 and I’ve bought several games off them for very fair prices.I recently went in with some games. Donkey Kong, Bomberman etc. I was walking in wanting $50 for my games thinking that was about 20% (seems to be the average pay point for shops around here). He offered me 3 times my asking price!!! Talk about honesty!!It is definitely the mission there. They all are as straight forward as it comes. They’ll tell you when you’re underselling yourself but (as I’ve seen firsthand) they’ll also tell you when you’re out of your mind especially when you give them attitude lol. These guys are as real as they come and you have me as a customer for life!!!

Recently did a large consignment with Kyle and his team.The first day involved him coming to my property and running through everything with me so I knew exactly what I was getting myself into when consigning to auctionThe second day him and his team came to my property and quickly and efficiently packed all my stuff, they even helped me move some of my larger furniture into my Uhaul.He promised payment within a few weeks and within a week and a half I received a check for almost double what I had expected.I had to come thank them and check out their shop.Shop is clean, staff is nice and they have a BUNCH of cool stuff!How anyone could have anything bad to say is beyond me.LMK Trading Thank you so much? Great guy! Was looking for Zelda for N64, the shop across the street wanted $50 for it, got it at LMK for $25. Store is admittedly a little messy but after talking with the owner, they do clean outs and auctions and stuff either way, they arent shy about helping you or letting you know hey we did a clean out, its a little messy. Great group of people

Super honest, had a bunch of Nintendo 64 games, had other offers from shops in the area and what these guys offered was nearly double!!! Very reasonable.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This store is great. They have so many Video Games, consoles, antiques, and so much more! The prices are dirt cheap. I talked to a guy who works at the store, and he said that his boss gets the products from estate sales, pod sales, garage sales, and a lot more. They have antiques too including very old and very real Nazi propaganda products and no thank you! They have a baseball signed by some kind of famous baseball guy. It was $600 so it was someone pretty well known. The staff are really nice. There was only one guy at the time when I went, and he says as long as hes in the store, its open. And I forget his name, but he was nice. They also refurbish game consoles and thats lovely. The best representation of how good their prices are, they have a lot of original XBOX consoles there, and I remember watching a YouTube video about what you could get for $60 in a regular devoted game store. And the XBOX was one of the things he got along with some games. And the XBOX at the store he went to was $40. Original XBOX consoles at this store are &20. Also Wii Balance Boards there are $10 when theyre usually $20. So go there NOW
