The service and shoe fittings at Carolina Connection are second to none. Tammy and her team really took the time to try different sizes and brands to make sure the shoes fit properly and will last as long as possible on my daughters growing feet and body. Well worth the visit.

I will not shop in this establishment again. When questioning the person working about a missing discount, she proceeded to argue with me and and say that email was wrong.She was beyond rude and unprofessional. She had no offer of meeting in the middle or giving me the other discount instead. I simply was going by the email I was sent from the dance studio. (I’ve also called and spoke with the dance studio).DO NOT SHOP HERE

Our family calls Miss Tammi the Olivander of Pointe Shoe Fittings (this is for those that know their Harry Potter!) She always takes the time to be extremely thorough when going over any of my girls shoe fittings, whether they be pointe shoes or ballet, tap or jazz. She even took the time to show my daughter a stretch that she should be doing for pointe, and her teacher was there, and commented to me later I was so glad that she did that! You will always find professionalism andto the point service when you shop here. I highly recommend!

Very helpful with finding what we needed. Very knowledgeable suggestions for my ballerino student. We are very happy to have a local shop for dance needs.

Walked into the store on 01/11/20 around 12:30pm. Was in the store looking for about 5 minutes. There were 2 employees there and not ONE person said hello, can I help you, absolutely nothing. They actually were going out their way to help other customers and my presence was completely ignored.I will absolutely never step foot in that establishment again and I’ll go out of my way to The Hip Joint in Charlottesville where the customer service was absolutely excellent. I went in 10 minutes before the store closed and the woman bought me shoes to try on, let me look around and I ended up purchasing something. Especially because she made me feel like it was her job to serve me a customer.Please shop online or go elsewhere. I left the store so angry because it seemed intentional. Maybe because I’m black.... I’m not sure but it’s the first thing that comes to mind.
