They did a great job embroidering on the T-shirt my cousin ordered. However, the staff and the way they addressed us wasnt very professional nor polite. Unlike the other reviewer saying the staff was polite, I was called Dude and so was my cousin. Dude? Come on. That is far from polite! The staffs name was Melissa
