I ordered a product the first week of June and received an order confirmation saying that when my product was shipped, I would receive a follow up email letting me know. That email and the product never came. Two months later I get in contact with customer service and they tell me that my package was “lost” which simply isn’t true because it was never shipped, shown by the fact I never received the second email. They then refused to give me a refund if I still wanted the product. The first representative I spoke with was kind but when I spoke with the supervisor, she was curt and implied that I was ignorant about current events. Overall, a really negative experience. Won’t be buying from them again.

I visited the Ulta in Valley View mall. I was getting my brows waxed. The beauty consultant was not very knowledgeable of what to do! Nor was she talking with confidence! The eyebrows are on a persons fave please gave very trained professional staff preform your services! I decided not to get any service!
