Ramir was great. Greeted us when we entered the store and was very helpful. They have a satisfaction survey when you check out. My boyfriend was not paying attention and accidentally hit 1 star, but we couldnt undo it. So, here I am writing a review! My boyfriend found a good pair of basketball sneakers.

The associates at this store are usually of little help, but they usually carry my favorite shoes. Today, they wouldnt sell me shoes without providing my information (name, email, address, phone number, etc,) and opening a rewards account, and stated they were unable to provide a printed receipt. I left without purchasing any shoes, and wont be returning.

Worst customer service ever, wasnt allowed into the store for a simple exchange because the store was closed says the manager. Checking the time the store was actually still open for the next 10 minutes. Calling the store to get the corporate number no answer which wasnt a surprise. Say all that to say this Avoid this store solely because of the manager!

Terrible workers! You ask them something and they aren’t even able to answer it.

They lost my shoe deliver two days before Christmas and refunded my money on my card which will not be on there in time for My kid’s Christmas! Their customer service sucks!! Just an awful experience dealing with both Footaction and Footlocker! Never will I spend money at their store!
