Just moved here from Richmond and have been having a hell of a time finding the roll-your-own tobacco products that I normally use. Decided to check out The Tobacco Company and found the products Ive been looking for!! Nice clean store. Lots of merchandise to pick from. And the guys working there were very helpful and friendly. Consider me a loyal customer from here on!

Used to love coming here .. my dad loved everyone there he passed away in May… he, my mom & I really loved Seth and was sad to hear he is no longer there … My dad thought the world of him …. We will miss you Seth !!! 😊

Not a bad cigar selection, but is limited since that isnt there main focus. Guys were helpful and courteous. No issues and able to try a couple smokes I hadnt had before.

LOVE this place! The staff is super friendly and the owner is on point with keeping merchandise stocked. Ive never been in there and he not have what Im after. Hes even held product for me until I can get in to get it. The store is always super clean and smells SO good. My wife and I LOVE the guys here! Best place in Roanoke to shop!

Ive loved this place for years now. They are always friendly and helpful. Good variety of smokes and tobacco. I no longer smoke but I got vapes and incense while I was there. They also have tobacco pipe supplies and a few snacks. One of my main spots for these items

The credit card terminal crashed while I was trying to purchase with my card. They said it happens every day around 2-4pm. How is this possible? The place was chaotic with nothing actually happening.

The staff were super knowledgeable and friendly! I dont smoke but was buying a surprise gift for my boyfriend. I have 0 knowledge of cigars but the gentleman here took his time with me and gave me some great suggestions from their humidor, I went home with 3 different cigars and Im confident about all of them. I would absolutely recommend shopping here.

Best place in Roanoke to get all your tobacco needs!! I live in Rocky Mount but come here for my cigarette needs every month. If I come in and they dont have enough of what i need, they will let me know when it will be in and hold it untili come back in. The prices are GREAT and the customer service is just as good. I can always count on a smiling face. Which I guess is one reason I dont mind driving so far.

Loved going to their shop, but I will not contribute any more money in this store. I was treated very disrespectfully from a large heavy set white women, as I am black. Ive got along with all the workers but as long as this women works there I will not return.you know who you are and you were in the wrong.
