Rockfab was a great place to work with. All of their staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection of stone is top-notch. My husband and I are remodeling a house and enjoyed actually seeing full slabs of material when making a decision for our kitchen countertop. We took one of our cabinet doors and a piece of our flooring with us into the showroom to get a sense of how everything would look together. We had priced a granite counter top through Lowes and Rockfab save us over $1000 in comparison. They have great specials and saving. We were able to find a slap that we loved which came with a free stainless steel sink.Rockfab was extremely quick with being able to come out to measure for cutting the counter top. In fact, we actually had to change our laser measurement date as well as our installation date back a couple of weeks due to issues we had during the remodel and they were very understanding and accommodating. Their techs were polite, pleasant, and professional while at our home for the measure and the install. If you live in the New River Valley or the Roanoke Valley, I would highly recommend using Rockfab for your remodel needs.

We found them online, they were open on Sunday and made an appointment. From the time we got there they were very accommodating. They aim to please! They have a large selection and are very knowledgeable about their products. They are detailed in their slab layouts and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the layout. They worked with our time frame and were very prompt with the measuring and installation. Easy to talk to and fit and finish spot on.

My friend and I went into Rockfab and had a wonderful experience. Elissa Benton really helped out. She is the vice president. And what she first offered us would take six weeks to deliver but we needed it for this Saturday. My experience with RockFab was excellent. The staff was top notch, starting from the point I entered the store. They greeted me an allowed me to look around, all the while available for assistance if needed. There were two women that I dealt with that I will seek out for my next project. There salesmanship sold me just as much as the incredible granite did. I cant begin to tell you how many stores I visited looking for granite. From Roanoke to Appomattox, and Danville to Charlottesville nothing compared to RockFab. The installers that came out did a remarkable job on the granite and backsplash. My only complaint is with the way the niche was tiled. The guy who installed the tile did a beautiful job. No complaints at all with his work. It was perfectly done with the materials he was supplied. I am taking the blame on this error, as I had wanted a picture frame around the niche verses what I received. I should have explained myself a little clearer with the salesman but anyone reading this...definitely brings pictures before you order. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

We were highly impressed with our sales person, Kelly, on the first day of going to Rock Fab. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient at educating us on granite, preparing our quote and the contract. She stayed in contact with me during the process. Tanya was also great at understanding our time crunch and making sure a crew still installed on the day we needed it to be, even though the lead installer had a death in the family (Thank you all so much for going above and beyond that day!). The countertops are absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I envisioned.

I felt it necessary to post a real review here. I chose this business the same way I do most businesses, based on reviews. Rockfab offers a free cutting board for a 5 star review. So a lot of these reviews were most likely bought. Our experience was less than mediocre. The people who work here are very nice. However, nice doesnt get the job done. Our sales person did not know much about the item we were looking at. Did not know how to quote it. Spent about 20 minutes or more trying to quote it, quoted it wrong and gave us our quote scribbled on post it notes. They are also quite overpriced. We asked if they could work with us on the pricing at all and were told there was not much mark up on the product so there was nothing that could be done. I found the product online and found other distributors in the area. I found the exact same product for $4 less per square ft. This ultimately saved us several hundred dollars. And we got our quote printed out with everything explained line by line and this quote was given to us in less than 5 minutes.

From the design sessions with Susan to the project coordinator, Steve, everything was coordinated and done with perfection. Thanks to all for a fabulous bathroom remodel. I would use Rockfab again and highly recommend their services to anyone thinking of doing improvements.

We chose Rockfab for our granite because they had the best price and selection in the area. We were so pleasantly surprised that they also have superior customer service, expert and caring installation and comprehensive follow up. Rockfab will be our go-to for tile and granite from now on and they deserve every one of the 5 stars.

We purchased granite countertops from this business. First the good: Very professional company. Knowledgable staff, high quality store with 100s of granite and stone slabs to choose from in thier indoor showroom. Prices were on the higher side of the market but you usually get what you pay for and I have no compalints.The schedule, although long (10 weeks from purchase to install) was exactly as promised. The countertops are perfect, the install crew did a gret job. Now the bad: I have 1 significant complaint. Thier policy is to require 100% payment upon signing of the contract. I was shocked when this was explained to me and came very close to walking out. I have never encountered a company in any industry asking for full payment for a good or service to be delivered at a future date. 50% is standard. That way both the purchaser and seller have a vested interest in seeing the contract through to fullfillment. In this case, I was powerless and completely exposed to any misfortune that could have befallen the contractor. Fire, covid, sickness or death of the owner or a key employee etc. would have left me with 0 leverage to try to get the contractor to complete the agreement in a timely manner. Again, thankfully, none of these things happened and Im very satisfied with the outcome, but I think this is an unethical policy.

We visited Rockfab to replace all of our kitchen countertops. They have a nice selection of granite. Kelly greeted us, answered all of our questions, and took our order with great efficiency. The measuring and installation of our countertops was done professionally. The people who came to our house were so friendly and answered all of our questions. Rockfab did what they promised to do on time, and it was done correctly the first time. Excellent customer service!

Store has a huge selection of everything. We picked our quartz countertops, sink and faucett. A man came and measured for these countertops. A couple of weeks later they came installed these countertops and sink. A truly professional installation we got. Our sales lady called each time they were ready to measure and install. We couldnt be happier with what they did. We have 2 bathrooms that need done. And we will call on them to do those too. We think this company is worth considering, they gave us exactly what we wanted. A beautiful kitchen.

My wife decided that we needed new counter tops. We did like most people do, went to the Big Box stores in Lynchburg. Did not like the selection or the thought of buying something sight unseen and I thought they were too pricey. Took a ride to Roanoke to Rockfab Kitchen in Bath. Should have started here 1st!!! Meet with Kelly (The Best), gave her the rundown of the project. Kelly took us into the warehouse only got to the 3rd slab and that was it. Wife fell in love with it, and now it in our kitchen. Rockfab installed granite countertops and a new sink in my kitchen. Upon entering the store, I met Dan, who became my salesman. He worked with me, was very patient and answered my every question to be sure I was completely satisfied. Tanya, in installation, was very prompt in scheduling the installation and when there was a small glitch in the installation, (the soap dispenser hole was not drilled) she immediately scheduled the installers to return to fix it. The owner even called to apologize that this had not been done on the initial installation. I was 100% satisfied from start to finish. My reason for choosing Rockfab was the excellent work they had done for my friend when she was remodeling her kitchen.

My husband and I fell in love with a stone in the Rockfab showroom. Once we saw it, we knew that we didnt want any other stone. We found out that what we saw was the last slab and it had been sold. We were so bummed and had trouble even looking at anything else. We searched a few other granite stores around Roanoke and Lynchburg, but really couldnt find anything that compared. During our search, the Rockfab sales team was in consent communication with us trying to fit our needs. We finally got the call from them that they finished the job of the original slab that we loved and they were able to cut so that there was enough remaining to do our job!! We were ecstatic!!! We had the counters installed and everything looks wonderful. I am so impressed that they never gave up on us after seeing how much we really loved our piece. We are so happy with the work that they did. Our kitchen looks amazing!!

When I started looking for countertop material, I did not think that I would want to purchase granite as I assumed it would be very expensive. I was pleasantly surprised to discover several selections in a lower price range, and ended up choosing a unique stone for $49/square foot. Even better, this price included measuring for the template and installation. If price had been no object, I think I would have still picked this particular stone.My salesperson did not try to push me towards higher-priced selections but really listened to what I wanted. Everything happened even more quickly than promised, and from selection to installation took about one month. I live out-of-the-area so this was a welcome surprise. The installers did a great job, but they gave credit to the template makers and the shop as well. It was hard to match the color of the stone for the seam but the installer spent at least 45 minutes getting it right. The stones in the outside discount area were fun to look at also, and I almost wish I had another place in my house to install granite from Rockfab.

We had an amazing experience at Rockfab from start to finish. We really thought all the stone choices would be out of our budget, but the selection is HUGE in all price ranges! Hardest part is picking just one!

Our experience with Rockfab over the past few months was very good. We love our granite countertops and want to recognize the templating and installation crews for being very professional at what they do. Seams are almost invisible, veins/motion in the various pieces lined up with other pieces well, communicated with us all during the process and YES showed up when they said they would. Friends ask why I go all the way to Roanoke for granite, but the process and results speak for themselves!

Everyone was really nice and helpful and the granite looks beautiful. I would have given 5 stars, but we felt they couldve done a better job with the caulk. My husband had to go back over what they did around the sink because there were gaps in between the sink bowl and granite. And Ive already noticed some gaps in the seams between the side and back splash.

Let me just tell you my experience with this FABULOUS establishment.. When walking in I was greeted immediately! The fella was super nice and friendly! The place was spotless with so much selection! I mean, did you see the granite show room? The selections of flooring, backsplash options, and cabinetry was mind blowing! The owner and his wife were so friendly and amazing! Willing to make sure I get exactly what I want! Once I close a deal on a house they will be having to travel to my home in WV to get my house up to standard!

We just completed renovation on our kitchen. Rockfab did a fantastic job. They installed granite, new pantries, new island, undermount sink, cabinet lighting, faucet and crown molding. I worked closely with Elissa and now think of her as family. She was great to work with and she made sure along the way that I was happy and satisfied. I changed my mind a couple times in the beginning and she never rushed me or lost her patience. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful. From Elissa, Jimmy, all the sales staff, installers and everyone I have been in contact with, they have all been top notch professionals. I am ready to start another project and Rockfab will certainly be doing it.

I am totally disgusted with this company. The salesman said they were caught up with measurements for countertops. It would be this week or first of next week. Now it is the 17th of October. Then installation would be 31st. Dont believe they can get there facts together. They take 75% of your money. Great great deal on local grass/silage feed beef. One pound 95/5 for $5. Will update after we grill.Update: The burger was real clean, as expected. (Clean meaning no discoloration due to some preservative process.) Grilled up nicely and tasted great.Look forward to trying the steaks. This is a definite go to spot for local meat.

No matter where you go in the Roanoke Valley to get granite countertops you are going to pay a significant amount of money so it is nice to find a shop that truly acts like they are glad you picked them!We did the research and visited everyone in the valley, most twice and every time we were impressed with Rockfab. Their selection was like no other and 90% of the slabs are indoors so weather is no reason to put off shopping. Selection, design, layout and scheduling were spot on!Last, but not least, there is Jenifer! Amazing salesperson that involved herself with every step. There was no talk to him for cutting, talk to her for scheduling, every question I had went through Jenifer. She checked everything twice and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with every part of the process!No matter where you go you are going to spend a great deal of money for granite countertops so you should take the time to find a place that makes you feel relaxed with your decision and really make you feel that THEY care how your money is spent!

We are now in love with our kitchen! The cost of the granite we chose was very reasonable. I was surprised to learn they have many affordable options. I highly recommend RockFab for any granite countertop.

Our twinkle is beautiful ✨ we had a precise measurement done with a sink cut out and they were nice enough to furnish a cutting board for keeps. Install went well and kitchen looks brand new

They were very patient with us given how challenged we are regarding designs, colors etc.The guys who installed the countertops were very respectful and clean. The design people were helpful at every step even when we changed the arrangement of things. Overall, the product looks great and the workmanship is top notch as well.

Gave them 2 stars for their inventory otherwise on service it would have been a 1. I went to them to get bathroom and floor tile. They asked me what I needed and I told them just tile as I am building a new home and had already secured everything but tile through my contractor. She told me where the tile room was in the back I went back there. I felt completely frustrated as sales staff came in and left . Sometimes with other customers sometimes not. No one offered to help me. I have 3 bathrooms floors, foyer and 3 showers. I felt that if I was doing my granite with them it would have been a different story. I walked out and drove back to the lake what a waste of time. I had to laugh about the no pictures on the granite. Are they worried people will find it somewhere else for a much lower price as I did.

Had countertops put in and was excited until I saw the seam where it is joined. They came back and fixed it where there is no lip but you can see the seam clearlyI knew you would see it a little but not what I expected.Well had shop foreman come out and look at seam and said it needed to be fixed so we set up for repairman who has been with company for a long time. He came and worked on the seam which was fixed and smooth to run plate over without getting caught and food did not get stuck. He said hopefully this would fix it but as you can see it the seam is back, he said only other way is to rip out granite because it was installation problem only problem is I have tiled backsplash and refinished cabinets and dont want them ruined.All that money and still unhappy.

When looking for a countertop to replace the laminate one we had we looked at some of the local box stores but just didnt find what we liked. My wife said lets go to Rockfab in Roanoke and see what they have we really had no idea they had such a large selection of slabs to look at /choose from. Patricia was awesome, showed us around, we found the perfect match for our kitchen countertop and Rockfab did a fantastic job of showing us the layout, the install went great, and we are enjoying the end result, wish I had a picture but have to finish the backsplash yet!!

I called Rockfab, spoke to Jennifer. She came by the next day to look at our bath disaster. She took pictures and looked at everything said she would get us a quote the next day (Thursday) she was leaving for Vacation on Friday. ( we just wanted our shower retiled)Jennifer was very busy so Jim, the owner made time to come by and look at my bath and give us a quote. He understands we are on a tight budget (we have three house holds we are undertaking due to disability, dementia and Parkinsons) He said he has remnants we can choose from which will really help. I dont need fancy but Id like it to be functional, not leak and the walk in shower needs a seat for my aging husband.Ive seen some of this companies work and its quality all the way. When one employee was unable to get me a quote there was someone else to fill right in and we appreciate it so much. We had a handy man who botched our bath big time! I was thankful to hear this company is knowledgeable and able to give us info.Jimmy was not in a hurry. He not only looked at the bath but some of the other work that had been done.I am awaiting his quote and am anxious to get started making our bath a bath again!

Well, I thought I was going to get great service and was excited about my new kitchen (brought about due to a water leak). But after meeting their lady at my house, going over what was needed, picture taking, measuring, etc. she never got back to me with anything. No quote, no call or email with questions, nothing. Very surprising. Ive also heard from others that their prices are pretty high. Perhaps it was a waste of time. Sad.

We recently bought a slab of granite for our half-bath which we were remodeling. The saleswoman took us to the lot that had the extra slabs to choose from. Although the choices were overwhelming, the saleswoman made it effortless with her knowledge of the product. The install process was also top-knotch!

Shayne, Elissa and their team are excellent and great services, its our first time doing such remodeling and in order to satisfy my moms expectations, they had work with us to make so many changes with a quick turn around time. I really appreciate their team work and drive to satisfy every one of their customer.

If you could see my gorgeous nine foot long marble vanity cut perfectly to sit into my windowsills, you would see why Im giving Rockfab and Lorraine G. a 5 star review. It is a work of art.I have worked with Rockfab for a few years now and I have always found them to be extraordinarily professional. I have largely used their remnant section and had such a great experience that I finally bit the bullet and invested in a gorgeous full slab for our master bathroom. They have even moved whole slabs around with heavy equipment so I could pick *exactly* the slab I wanted.My home is old, thus nothing is straight and every time they have perfectly cut each piece to fit. Their staff is very experienced and wonderful to work with. Sometimes there can be up to a three week turnaround period, but the end product is always worth it. Only once we had a cut that was off but Rockfab fixed the problem immediately and I was impressed with their customer service.

If you want professionalism and a price that is consistent with quality, Rockfab is the only place to go. Lots of imitators out there who sell on price alone but you get what you pay for. Design consultants like Lorraine are the best in the business.

I am very pleased with my experience with RockFab. I have used them in the past so decidedly wanted to use them again for a bathroom and kitchen update. Everything that they said they were going to do they did. They were friendly from the time I walked in all the way until the day of install. There were some minor adjustments but nothing major to cause heartburn or discomfort over. I would use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you for your professionalism and patience.
