L&W Supply is one of the best construction supply companies in the Roanoke Valley. I rehab houses on occasion and if you need anything that requires drywall or tile backer they are the place to purchase it from. Today I picked up 20 sheets of drywall, 3 buckets of mud and other supplies. I called ahead and it was ready within the hour. I dropped by and they helped me load it and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I always check prices and L&W beat the big box stores by more than a little. L&W not only stocks Drywall supplies they carry insulation, steel framing and other building materials. Give them a try if you are doing a project. Theyll save you money and time.

They were delivering drywall to new home in neighborhood. Decided to use my shared private drive/road and tore up three properties. Ruined one neighbors gravel drive and parking pad with six inch ruts, broke up another neighbors asphalt and deep ruts in her lawn, and damaged my water valve box and lawn with both tandem wheels on the truck off asphalt into my lawn. Driver didn’t care, tried blaming it on home owner and then builder as the “only way in”. I Insisted manager come out and he was no better. What a bunch of yahoos. If i took my pickup in their lawns I suspect they would have sailed on my ***. But trample all the others properties? Business as usual apparently. FYI I’ve got the pictures

Improperly secured debris flew off their vehicle and damaged mine on the interstate. Company refuses liability after multiple follow ups. Zero integrity or regard for safety.

Received a drywall delivery for new construction. Bruce and Greg went out of their way to be helpful in placing and distributing the drywall. Would definitely use L and W again.

I can only speak to my experience with their driver, who spent the entire climb up Christiansburg Mountain illegally in the left lane, then blocked anyone from going past him by straddling both lanes. This sort of driving is extremely dangerous, not to mention infuriating. Calling the main office yielded no satisfaction with a rude operator. Will not do business under any circumstances.
