Blue Ridge Catering provided the appetizers and buffet for my wedding a few weeks ago and I was wowed by every aspect of the experience, Greg made sure all of our needs were met and made everything run exceptionally smoothly. They went above and boyond with the service and even fixing my table arrangements when the wind had picked up. The appetizers and buffet food were all very delicious and he made sure that the wedding party was fed while we took photos after the ceremony. Highly recommend them and their team for any event!

I just photographed a wedding at Sundara where I met this lovely team. As a wedding photographer, I work for such a long time without lunch breaks or bathroom breaks some days. So by the time the reception comes around my team is HUNGRY.This catering team was so sweet to my husband (my second shooter) and my assistant. We were last to the buffet tables and we still were served fresh and delicious entrees! They didnt know it but that made our whole day! Throughout the evening their staff made sure to check on us and everyone was so friendly! We so enjoyed the New York Strip and chicken & waffles stations! We thought that was so unique!! Everything was divine so I highly recommend Blue Ridge Catering!

My husband and I were recently exposed to your company through the Boys and Girls Clubs Undinner. Wow! were we blown away. This 4 course dinner was unbelievable delicious and gorgeous. We also felt like it was a great value. Thank you for an incredibly luxurious dinner for 2 at home.

BRC catered our wedding this past June, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! During the planning stages, everyone was great about answering our many questions and helping us make decisions, and on the day-of everything was perfect! We did a stations layout which was such a perfect option for us and the style of our wedding. We had three stations – a brick chicken carving station, an Italian pasta station, and a southern biscuit bar. Each station was perfectly executed, and people are still talking about how wonderful everything was! The bar also ran smoothly, and our signature cocktail – a strawberry thai basil limeaid – was sublime! Everyone at BRC was an absolute pleasure to work with, all the food was amazing, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!
