Extremely reasonably priced, polite and professional, and very helpful.One of my co-workers recommended taking my car to Roanoke Auto Services Center because thats where he takes his, and Im so glad I listened. Its not always easy to find someone wholl work on a German car (Mini Cooper), but they were able to replace the brake rotors and get me my car back in less than two days. Will definitely be returning for future maintenance/repair.

I have been coming to RASC for +25yrs. Mike and his mechanics are awesome. Non prejudice - doesnt matter if your rich or poor or ethnic background... treat everybody the same of good service...never have to worry about getting taken advantage of being overcharged.. The only regret is when I go somewhere else is when they are extremely busy . Mike is honest, productive and professional mechanic - I never see him sit down or slow down or even get frustrated on a job.

Mike is THE BEST mechanic in Roanoke! Hes ethical.. I can go to him for an oil change and he doesnt try to tell me that my car needs OTHER things fixed!! Hes great!

Very professional and timely service. Mike took the time to explain what repairs my car needed and gave a price range for the repairs. He asked me before doing them, so there were no surprises. I picked this place because its in walking distance (0.8 miles) of where I live and it had great reviews, and I see why! Im from Georgia, and my alternator went out on my way to Virginia. I made it there but my car stopped on me in Roanoke. I called Roanoke Auto service. They came out and towed my car to the shop. Mike, the owner, was very professional. He repaired my car and had it back to me by the next morning. Thanks Mike!!!

Their work speaks for itself - there hasnt been any problems that weve had with our vehicles that they werent able to fix and it was done in a reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend their service and its also done at a reasonable price.

This was my first time visiting Roanoke Auto Services Center. I was referred here by another shop for air conditioning service on my Jeep.I dont usually take my vehicles to mechanics, preferring to do all work myself, but I had no vacuum pump for the AC.I called and was given a quote for pulling a vacuum on and refilling my AC, as well as state inspection. The quote was less than I expected, but when I picked up my Jeep it was perfect. Inspection finished, AC is blowing cold, and the quote was spot on!It did seem to be a very busy location, but thats a good sign. It took about a day for mine to be finished, but it was a last minute appointment on my part, and again they were very busy.Im very pleased with the service I received. I would absolutely recommend Roanoke Auto Services Center to others.

Been taking our vehicle stuff there since early 2000s. Mike is one of the best around & his prices are always either cheaper or competitive. My Mom & Pop take their vehicles there too. Inspection was took care of correct and let me know I needed 2 differant bulbs to be replaced that they took care of for me.

Since moving to Roanoke from a small town, its hard to find trust worthy individual who will perform the service that is suppose to be rendered. I highly recommend Roanoke Auto. The owner always get me or my husband car in to be fixed, and he never turns us down. They perform excellent work, and always super-ceeds my expectations. I highly recommend this garage for your future needs. Fast forward 4 years later and i live in Washington. I still drive back and get my car serviced and I recommend people because they do you right.

We began taking our vehicles their for me handicap serving several years back and have found, Mije to be straight forward and up front with estimates for our servi e needs.And, I have stopped in and asked to use his air on occassions when a tire was low pressure, and hed take a moment to get it out and hand it to me with a smile..He and his mechanics do stay busy, as one can see from the number of vehicles most always in his lot, but weve found we can usually get a 1 to 2 day turnaround for most issues.Recently we had 2 vehicles with bad water pumps, so we got one back the next day. So we could get 2nd one in and we let him know to take his time on that one, Ithis was appreciated by both sidesAsk for Mike,, hell treat you right!

I went for an inspection, they were extremely busy but still had me in and out fast. Very polite, the inspection was fast but professional, he lifted the car and did a thorough inspection. These guys seem like honest folk. I would recommend them.

We received good service during a cross country trip. We needed an oil change and a valve replacement. We were in and out in the less than an hour.

Mike at Roanoke Auto Service Center saved my Vacation! I blew a spark plug from cylinder 3 of my Mazda MPV. This is located at the rear of my engine by the firewall. Mike was able to retap my cylinder and add an insert for a new plug. Without them, my Vacation in Florida would have been ruined. Thanks again Mike for everything! Sincerely, The Holland Family.

Down to earth, no nonsense, reasonably priced and EXCELLENT service. Happy to have found an honest mechanic to handle the maintenance of our daughters car while she is away at school.

I have previously received prompt, satisfactory service here. But I cant recommend them any longer. I had them tow my car to see why I wasnt starting. This was a Wednesday afternoon. I called on Thursday and Friday and they hoped to get to it soon. No car thru weekend. On Monday they again would try to get to it and call me. Nothing. Tuesday I called. Not even looked at. Walked to the shop and my car was blocked in, so it had not even been checked. They made me pay $50 for the tow (0.3 miles) to have the car sit, unrepaired, for a total of 4 working days and 6 total. I had to have it towed to the dealer. To recap: 4 days w/o my car. No one ever called me to say it would have to stay over the weekend. In fact, they never called me at all. Do not use them. They are incompetent and will take advantage of you in a heartbeat. Horrible folks to boot.

So glad to have this garage nearby. They fixed my leaking tire very quickly and reasonably priced.
