I had a very limited window of time to buy a vehicle and was surprised to find one that I absolutely love so quickly. My fiancé and I had planned to take the entire day driving around looking at different dealerships, and this was our first and only stop. Nice facilities and good work. Only complaint was that we were told it would take 60-80 minutes. It took 130 minutes. But nice quiet customer lounge to waste time.
This was our first time utilizing the service department following our October Acura purchase. We were extremely impressed. Joe and the staff were courteous and professional from the phone call to make the appointment until we picked it back up after servicing. Travis was upfront about costs and actually recommend things that were best for my vehicle. He also helped me get my key fob to work and taught me a feature on my vehicle that I wasnt aware of. Ill definitely be back.Cody also gave me a ride to and from work which was great. He drove safe and was knowledgeable.
Let me start by saying I was an out of state buyer. These guys, especially Evan Shuck made buying my car smooth and easy. They even went the extra mile and buffed a scratch that was on the back quarter panel, and even had their detail guy put pin stripes down the side of the car free of charge. Evan picked me up from the air port in my car so I didnt have to get a taxi. These guys are the real deal. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. If you are looking for a smooth buying experience, do not look anywhere else.

Travis was pleasant and courteous. Reason for 4 out of 5 was the appointment scheduled. I was scheduled for 730 am. Travis informed me the technician doesn’t come in until 8am. If that’s the case, why a 730 appointment slot?Overall, my experience was very good.

On Independence Day 2021, Lynwood and his team at Duncan Acura in Roanoke, VA, saved the day. We were 300 miles from home when our 2020 Acura RDX broke down. Acura Roadside Assistance connected us with Lynwood and Duncan Acura as the closest location to our break down, and then lined up a tow truck to take our car to Duncan Acura. But here we were, my husband and I plus our two teenagers, almost 50 miles away from Duncan Acura: no way we would all fit into the tow truck to get from here to there. And being 300 miles from home, we had no way of knowing what options we had in the area. We called Duncan Acura with hope in our hands, and found Lynwood. From the first moment, it was clear that Lynwood would take care of us. He recognized our dilemma right away, and took off to research some options. Within 10 minutes, he called us back to tell us he had connected with Duncan Honda in Christiansburg, which had rental car services and would be coming to pick us up so that we could rent a car to drive from there to Duncan Acura. And thus it was that both our car and our family made it to Duncan Acura. Once there, however, we were still on tenterhooks: what would they find, and would they be able to fix the car in time for us to make it home that day? And how many customers did they have ahead of us, on this day when most places were closed? Lynwood assured us he and his team would do everything they could to help us get home as quickly as possible. In the meanwhile, he offered the very sufficient waiting lounge, with refreshments and snacks and NCIS; he also suggested a few barbecue restaurants in the area where we could feed our teenagers while we waited instead. We took the second option, and as our rib-sticking meal came to a close, Lynwood called with the update: they had found the issue, fixed it, and put 10 miles on the car just to make extra sure it was the right fix so we wouldn’t run into any more trouble on our way back home. As we returned to Duncan Acura, our tremendous relief at our car being fixed was tempered with resigned dread at having to backtrack 30 miles to Christiansburg to return the rental. But back at Duncan Acura, Lynwood yet again went above and beyond, insisting that he would return the rental for us, rather than us having to backtrack and add at least another hour to our journey home. Amazing. For a situation that could have been a complete nightmare, we were able to escape with a 5-hour detour and a good story to tell, all because of Lynwood and his team at Duncan Acura. THANK YOU, Lynwood and Duncan Acura!!

The Duncan Acura sales team was excellent! They answered all questions and took time to explain the quality MDX features. They were not pushy and made an effort to be competitive and have a low price.
I recently purchased a used car from Duncan Acura. Their Sales team was very friendly and helpful. I was driving an hour from home and they had the car prepped and ready for a test drive when I arrived. The car was priced right from the beginning. There was one service item that Duncan disclosed in their own paper work that was needed on the car. They were willing to do the work at no charge without any discussion. They even sent me home with the car that day and committed to pickup the car and return it following the service. This was great since I live an hour away. I worked with Tom Dang and he made both trips to my home to pickup and return the car. Overall, their service was excellent.

Ran over a nail, they got me quickly, took care of my tire, and since it was due I got my oil changed at the same time. Appreciate them working me in last minute. Even washed my car.

I had been looking for a used low mileage Audi A4 Avant for a while and when one surfaced at Duncan Acura I called right away to check it out. I had bought a Jeep years ago from Duncan and had a pleasant buying experience and was expecting the same with this vehicle. I met with Evan Shuck, who is a very courteous young man, and he helped me greatly through the purchasing procedure. Along with Mike Witt’s (sales mgr.) assistance we were able to work out a great deal on the car and I signed the papers the same day. With the help of another salesman, who originally sold the car to the previous owner, they were able to obtain the cargo cover and rear screen for me saving me hundreds over having to buy them after the fact. They even paid the UPS shipping from W Va. to get them here.Usually having to deal with car dealers is a nerve-racking experience, but working with the Duncan team was actually quite enjoyable and I would have no reservations recommending them to friends or family members when they are in the hunt for a new or used vehicle. 5 stars across the board from me.

Actually can say the service for our RDX was stellar. They loaned us a car, and kept in contact with us to let us know their progress. Wasn’t finished by the end of the day, so we drove the loaner back to Lynchburg - a very nice vehicle (TLX) - and drove back next day. Couldn’t be happier on how we were treated! We purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Duncan Acura after researching SEVERAL dealerships and finding the exact one that we had been searching for. We talked to the sales person, Evan Shuck, on the phone and explained that we lived 2 hours away (also senior citizens) and would have to work out the arrangements for getting there. It was going to take a few days before we could do this. Evan called us back and offered to drive the vehicle to another Duncan dealership in Christiansburg to save us about half the driving time and offered to let us test drive it before we made the final decision to purchase. His Sales Manager, Matt Hally, agreed to accompany him so he could return to Roanoke after the sale. The vehicle was everything he had told us and exactly what we wanted! Evan had already done the paperwork, saving a great deal of time for us, and couldnt have been more professional, helpful, and most importantly, kind throughout the entire process. The most unfortunate thing in the world to happen... happened when my wife was backing out from the dealership! She backed into a 12 diameter flag pole and shattered the back glass!! We barely owned the vehicle for a matter of minutes! Extremely upset and totally lost about what we were going to do, Matt Hally offered to drive with us and show us how to get to a body shop that we had chosen to fix our dilemma. I cant say enough about the customer service these two gentlemen gave to us throughout this whole awesome experience. I would most highly recommend this dealership and their staff, especially Evan Shuck and Matt Hally, anytime!!!

Attentive, low-pressure service from start to finish from Jim Thomas through the FB Marketplace contact, Rick Witt for continued sales support. Bought a used Subaru Outback (high mileage) late on a Saturday, and wanted to have a few things looked at - they made sure that I received reassurance and that all issues were addressed. Had an after-sale fairly major service issue (nothing the dealership could have anticipated) and was extremely satisfied with how fairly they handled it. Travis Frith in service was just amazing. Wish I didnt live in Blacksburg, as I would make their service department my one and only. Will definitely look here again, for both new and used. Cant say that about many car dealerships.

Tim Irish is an amazing person and definitely makes his customers feel like they are the most important thing he has to take care of right now...very patient when gathering the information for the sales process, and if they are not sure how to get what he needs, he will help them figure it out. Tim has actually driven to other cities, several hours away, to deliver a car to a customer so they were not inconvenienced in having to drive back to the dealership.
