I love this Audi dealerships service department. Every time Ive required service for my Audi, they are waiting for me when I arrive, and they are very courteous and professional. The waiting area includes a small, quiet office area where I can get some work done while I wait. The maintenance Ive had done has taken a reasonable amount of time and they provide a complimentary car wash each time. I highly recommend Audi Roanoke.

Great service experience! I made my appointment for a recall service a few weeks in advance and when the time came to drop my car off everything was in order and they were ready for me. Jason was communicative about the status of the work and set me up with a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. Given past experiences at other dealers I had no expectation of this level of service for a recall repair that was at no cost to me. I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks again!

Duncan Audi does it again with their exceptional service! I had an unexpected issue with my Audi, and Duncan not only fit me in quickly, but they fixed my issue permanently, when all I had hoped for was a temporary fix until I could get a longer appointment. They also noticed my car was up for inspection, and went ahead and got that done without me even asking! Best service experience of the year so far. Love Duncan Audi!!

While I did not physically visit their showroom, I did purchase a used 2017 Audi A4 from Audi Roanoke while living in Atlanta, Georgia. Audi Roanoke had the exact vehicle that I was looking for, with all the extra bells and whistles I was hoping to get. This is why I jokingly call it my unicorn. Did I mention this was my first Audi as well?I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jim Thomas. I can truly say that he is a phenomenal asset to the Audi Roanoke team. He quickly understood the stress of a long-distance purchase during a pandemic. He quickly put me at ease answering all my questions. Further, he kept in constant contact with me to keep me involved in the process. I can confidently say their online and virtual game is stellar.When everything was said and done, he was then kind enough to meet me half way in North Carolina to arrange delivery. We had looked for a new Audi for a long time and couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. We decided to go to Duncan to look and decide on exactly which one to buy. There we met Jim Thomas and he talked to us to find out exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted from a car. He let us have a very nice test drive in what we thought we wanted and loved every second of it. We never felt pressured, instead Jim was concerned with making sure we got 100 percent of what we wanted. He never rushed us. The problem was we hated the color and didn’t think we could overcome that. Jim went to his management and they went to work on finding us the exact thing we wanted. Jim was very knowledgeable about the car we wanted. He kept us informed while they were finding the car we wanted. I got a 2013 Nissan from here and it was a pure lemon. With in 3 months it had major engine issues. The dealership refused to call me back for two weeks when I called about the cars problems. I was constantly given the run around about my warranty and what was covered. I finally had to take it to Nissan and was told that if the car was checked properly it would have showed signs of a bad transmission and intake manifold. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

We were on our way from PA to SC when the oil light came on (Audi SUV). We called ahead to Roanoke Audi since it was the closest dealer in route. They were super about getting us in on a Friday afternoon and found the issue (too much oil set the alert off). Fixed the issue and sent us on our way with no charge! They were very nice to deal with.

My car buying experience here was simple and painless. Everyone I met was so friendly and made the process enjoyable. Jason was my salesman and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. He busted out into song randomly and it was hilarious. I definitely didn’t feel like just a customer, I was a valued guest, as Jason so accurately put it. I was not judged when I walked in and I was treated very fairly by every employee I met. Matt in the finance department was awesome too! The guys I worked with were friendly before the GM got involved, but sales practices were definitely questionable. Would recommend going to a different dealer if possible. Sales team was unknowledgeable about their financing programs and the information on the vehicle.Was told that the vehicle was certified when it actually wasn’t and I only found out through another dealer looking up the information. They certified the vehicle which was good, but then the vehicle updated with 50% more mileage on it than originally advertised on the website. The website updated with the new mileage only 2 days before I was going to officially purchase it.The GM wouldn’t lower the price despite the dramatic difference in mileage. Think the owner would be disappointed to learn that the GM was responsible for losing a sale.Since the deal fell through, the dealership reposted the vehicle $1,000 higher than their original listing price. They’ve adjusted the price ~3 or 4 times in the past month. They also claim they don’t negotiate, but that was clearly not the case.Since then, they’ve added a new disclaimer stating “Dealer not responsible for typographical errors. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this information, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions contained on these pages. Please verify any information in question with Duncan Audi.” Basically, they are not responsible for any of the information they post about the vehicle. Be cautious purchasing from here.

Giving two stars ONLY because my car still runs properly. This dealership needs serious work. The detailing service is absolutely awful. There are still easy to wipe spots that needed attention. Still spots on the tires where they didn’t shine them. The paint doesn’t feel like a quality wax was used. Won’t get it detailed here again. If you need a loaner, you better call a month ahead because apparently they only have 2 cars. It is unfortunate that this is the only Audi dealership in the area.

Ive had my car serviced here for years. They always provide a nice loaner car when needed. My car is returned to me in great shape and they even wash and vacuum it out. My husband and I were in the market for a new car and were taken care of by Tom Dang and Steve McDaniel this past week. Our experience was wonderful. This is our third Audi and it was the easiest and most pleasant purchase experience so far.

The past reviews are alarming as our experience was quite the opposite. The sales staff couldnt be nicer and accommodating. Our salesman, Jason and his team were very professional. They delivered exactly what we were looking for. Jason was particularly patient with all of our questions about packages and extras with all the different cars as we were brand new with Audi and couldnt figure out which car had what on them. He definitely went above and beyond with the utmost professional service. No pressure, just the facts. Straight answers to all of our questions. If he wasnt available, we always had assistance. We never felt as if our business wasnt anything but appreciated. Thank you. We are now proud owners of an A6 Audi and hope to continue with the brand.

Not impressed with Audi Roanoke. They didn’t even seem interested in selling the cars. A man approached me on the lot and then proceeded to just stand there and look at me. I had to say hello first. I thought he was just some weird, unprofessional new guy learning his job. Come to find out, the guys name is Mike maddox, the sales manager! Was shocked to find out he was the sales manager. Make sure you look this Mike Maddox guy up on their website and get a look at him. He’s so unprofessional in my opinion.Just browsing but probably won’t be returning. Service at Mercedes Benz on Franklin Rd topped Audi Roanoke by 100x... 200x even.

I went in for a State Inspection and I was taken care of promptly and given great customer service. I thought it would be a quick inspection but upon further review I need two new tires. I was in luck and they put them on and I was safe to be on the road again. I see myself going to this place again for my next Audi purchase. I was taken care of by Brett Phillips, great guy.

They are bar none the worst shop Ive experienced. They have a complete apathetic nature towards retaining customers. If you dont like it, go to another shop. Quoted $115 for diagnostic which eventually was $350 just for diagnostic. 2 attempts, fuel pump relay and an electronic control module later. I am now roughly $1500 in the hole and my car is in the same condition as when I brought it in. Not running.Apathy from Audi Roanoke, zero. If you dont want to pay out another $700 to try this other thing, take it to another shop. If you are paying $115 labor, am I getting the best mechanic or a trainee? I would just beware of this shop. The manager returned none of my calls. It felt like a bit of a swindle. No other shops in town recommend this shop. The ones recommended for Audi work are Sports Car Clinic and Hartsel. Take my advice and AVOID.

IDK why people are saying negative things about Bill Call. Ive met him a couple times and hes the best salesman here at Audi/Acura Roanoke. Bill Call is a friendly and professional guy.The guy I dont like, and Ive heard others say they dont like is Jason. Jason is another salesman there. Hes a shorter guy with brownish/blondish hair. His full name is Jason Fink. Hes the worst salesman I think Ive ever seen. This Jason dude talks about his personal business and hes thorough, but hes also not thorough. Jason makes you think hes went over everything but he leaves out essential details and hes the one that dodges your questions. Hes kind of nice but his personality is just a bad personality. I think Jason is annoying, and doesnt give straight answers. I know you cant be liked by everyone, but Bill Call shouldnt be getting the negative reviews. The one who should be getting negative reviews is Jason Fink.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. These people try to sell you expensive service that you dont need, then wont return your calls when you leave a voicemail. Tried to sell me a $750 water pump. Flow Lexus checked it and said there was nothing wrong with my water pump. Duncan is not an honest shop.

We started looking at Audi Q7’s last November. We wet with salesman Bill Call and he worked with us to order the exact options we wanted. Throughout the entire process he kept us updated on the expected delivery date, we did not have to contact him to see when our car would be delivered, which was great customer service. When we picked up our vehicle, he spent a couple of hours with us going over all the unfamiliar electronics with us and told us to come back after we drove it for awhile to answer the inevitable questions we would (and did) have. I would not hesitate to use Bill again for our next Audi purchase.
