They are very nice and will try and help u as much as they can. I have nothing negative to say about my rent a center. I tell everyone go see Kyle at the Williamson rd rent a center he is the sweetest

Got a 70-in TV for them made every payment down to my last couple something happened to the TV. I was paying for insurance through them and they would not cover it. Said if somebody would have stole it they would have gave me a new TV

Bad customer service from Kyle. You phone call should change how you address your customers. I dont care if they made you mad, Im someone else. He claims that they dont take partial payments but you take weekly, biweekly and monthly? Arent those partial payments? Come get it over 6.00 sir. Rude early sir, its not even the afternoon yet.

Great place to go if u cant afford to pay all at once. Just try not to get your hopes up on when they have a sale. They may not have what u want in stock as new but they will do everything they can to work with you

Love them! Like a normal person I have my ups & downs with them but I love them and rto from them. So I have rto before with them easy pay off in no time. I wanted a table they had, one at their store was messed up, he got me a new one from the other store! Just saw a new sofa online(today 9/21/19) they dont have it yet and he is getting it for me from another store 👐🏽, with the bundle deal & they bring my tv today👐🏽! Work with them and theyll work with you the best they can! They still have a business to run.

The furniture is nice, and the employees are polite, but not too helpful once they get your money. They watched me struggle to move a chair to make room for them to bring in my sofa, and didnt offer to help. (Im 55 yrs old and have bad arthritis ). I find behavior like that just plain rude.

They came off very nice and planet. but then I caught one of the fellas lying and that sketched me out with this building. no thinks be cateful.

Worst place to rent stuff from. I have never had a problem with them before in previous items I had bought from them. They act like they ant going to get there dam money. People work or they forget or cant male it if i said i am going Saturday to pay when i am off i will.. Never ever doing Business with you guys again... Smh.

Was 2 days late on a payment because of my work schedule and was harassed by multiple calls and voicemails. Also, set my payment arrangement to weekly when I clearly said bi weekly. Worst company to rent from, I told them to come and get there furniture 2 weeks after I got it. Dont waste your time or money going here.

I went into store to pay on someones acct that was not behind on payment and the store employees and was very rude to me and was getting up in my face I am calling corporate office and get this handled I will make sure the people I know will not purchase from there I will never go there again the manager is a piece of s---

Gross place, not sure why I even bothered walking in any Rent-A-Center my expectations were already low but they managed to make an even lower impression when I saw the interior.

If you have a issue or a financial hardship come out of nowhere and ask them to work with you on your monthly payment they wont help you if its only your second payment
