Theres isnt anything I didnt like in my experience while purchasing my new car at Ed Morse Honda yesterday. My sales person, Brody, is beyond amazing. Brody is courteous, sweet, funny, knowledgeable, and did anything and everything in his power to make sure my experience was smooth and painless. You guys better never lose him to another car dealership because hes gold. My finance rep was also beyond amazing. Bob was also courteous, funny, and generous in helping me get the best financing options and interest rate. What a genuine and great guy! Some other small things: I love the coffee machine and the options for coffee, my son, who was also with me loves the vending machine options and the popcorn. I almost always come with my three sons for service because they beg to come to Ed Morse Honda. Ive been a Honda driver since I was 19 and have been exclusively shopping and receiving service at Ed Morse since 2009. I love you guys.

Ask for Claire, I went to this dealership not knowing what kind of car to get next, as I walked in Claire greet me with a warm welcome. She asked the right questions to find out what I was looking for and how she could be of assistance, she definitely went out of the way to show me every car and explain in detail every feature of each car. She made the whole process very pleasant for me every step of the way, along with Raul and Jon Lovett whom help with the financial aspect of the deal. Overall I do recommend Ed Morse Honda and I am very happy with the choice I made.

Thank you very much to the Ed Morse Honda Service department, especially Zachary G!This morning my cars battery died very unexpectedly while I was preparing to go on vacation with my family. Big problem! Luckily Honda Roadside assistance quickly came to give me a jump and the service dept was able to give me an immediate appointment and get my battery changed in about 20 minute or less, much faster than I was expecting.Thanks very much we will remember this when our lease is up!

I was just at the service area to have my car looked at.They found a recall which they fixed.Very pleased with the whole process, they are efficient, quick and organized.They provided me with a Lyft to go back home while the repair was being done and they sent it again to come get me when my car was ready.I think thats 10⭐ service in my book!

Honestly, this place probably does overall a great job with their customer service. But I cant speak to that based on my experience. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I sat in my car for 30 minutes before being sent to go wait. If they are busy, I get it. But good customer service is informing your customers along the way. I wont lie, it made me flustered. But the technician who helped did provide a slight discount which was an effective service recovery, and I appreciated it. But it was overall minute in the whole experience. It was a 3-4 hour wait just for those services. I understand its WPB and its busy but that is a long time when we are all busy individuals. Lastly, I wanted to discuss with the sales team about my upcoming lease ending. They sent out an overhead page. No one came up. Took my phone number. Reasonable, right, if they are all busy. No call. Nothing. So, yes, the customer service could have been much, much better. They failed in numerous areas to do so, so thats why I cant give much of a positive review. I will take my business to another Honda dealership.

We recently bought a used, first car, for our daughter at Ed Morse Honda. We thought purchasing it from a reputable dealer would ensure that the car was inspected and would be safe for our daughter to drive. A couple weeks after buying the car we started having major problems with the car that made it unsafe for our daughter to drive. The cost of the repairs are over $2500. My husband asked for them to refund the $899 dealers fee to offset the cost of the repairs but they refused. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here. We thought safety would be a priority when buying a used car from Ed Morse Honda but obviously not.Update....we contacted Chris as suggested. He was supposed to get back with us and never did. Ive emailed him twice and still no reply.

Let me start by saying I have had my Honda for about 7 years and boy has it treated me well. Abraham in the service department is A class and is nothing but the best. However my experience today was upsetting. Raul Lopez was nothing but unprofessional. People have bad days and I get that however it should never be apparent to the customer. After providing me numbers for a lease that should have been for a car worth about $48000 not $33000 decided that he did not even want to try and gain my business as “we will sell this car”. It is disappointing that because of the current market some car dealers feel it is necessary to charge more because they can, it is unethical.

Set up an appointment, got there and car interested in to test drive had no gas in it and was still dirty and had sand all over it from prior owner. Tried It, asked for price and they said they needed to talk with a manager. I said call me with it. Took all day to get a price. The price we got was worse than the internet listed price but the message I got was that they worked really hard to get me the price they gave me lol. Wont be back. Not cool sales tactics. Good luck to people buying here.

My service advisor Niko was very friendly and had all requested services, recall, and quotes completed in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. I came in to fix my cars AC, and was stressed about having it fixed the costs and time it would take. Christian was incredibly helpful and broke everything down for me in regards to payment and what was wrong with the car. Not a real good experience for me. I guess my expectations are too high because I have had really good experiences from the last 6 Honda purchases.For starters, the Honda was Internet priced @ $24,792 in which I was good with. Thank goodness I ask for an invoice because I was ready to pay a deposit.The invoice turned out to be $27,864. Far different than 24,792. Again, I was ready to do the deal until they got creative.I can say I will never deal with this dealer.

I dealt with Zak and Christian and the service was excellent. I had an appointment and they took my car right and completed the oil change and tire rotation and got it right back to me. They even want to step further and buffed out a scratch somebody put on my car and washed it. I highly recommend this dealership.

They offer a free Lyft ride home and back after you drop off your car. I could get stuff done at home instead of hanging out at the dealership for hours. I’ll be getting my future services done here because of this. The service advisor was very friendly and helpful.

This was a very nice clean dealership. They’re really good people to be with, they sold a lot of cars that day I was there. They moved quickly which was good but sometimes a bit more communication from them would of been nice. I got a really decent car for a good price and was out of there within 3 hours. They even filled up my tank and cleaned my car which I wasn’t expecting.

We went through the process of buying a car a month ago at a different car dealership and our experience was a lot different. My husband and I did not want to mentally go through the car buying process again! However, Brian and the rest of the staff at Ed Morse made things so easy! I would recommend not doing business with this dealer. After getting several cars from them over the last few years, I went in thinking it would be the same with no problems. Apparently I was wrong, maybe there’s new management or something. Without going into details I’ll just warn to remember the obvious, that with any dealer, if you’re getting financed or a lease especially, make sure you CHECK ALL THE NUMBERS IN THE PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. They will change things up on you. They will slip things in there if you don’t look. I will not be back.

Abraham is amazing. Despite being busy, he was able to squeeze my car in for maintenance. I was in a rush, and he was not able to guarantee that my car would be ready in a short amount of time. However, he stayed on top of the work, and notified me of my options. Long story short, I got my car done, a new key programed, and got to work on time. It is hard to go anywhere else when you got people like Abraham taking care of you. It just makes life easier. Thanks!

They were wonderful when it came to selling me my red 2015 Toyota Camry, they went ABOVE and BEYOND so kudos to Nick Duarte and Ralph Mandarino. Fast forward and its no longer March 2021, it is now July 23, 2021 and I am going on my SIXTH TEMPORARY TAG. Im driving hours away from home to a dealership that cant seem to give me answers. Jaime in the title department, Im sure youve gotten all my voicemails and messages from Ralph Mandarino, yet youve never once given me a call and Ive never even seen you so Im not even sure Jaime from the title department even exists. So very disappointed in the way Ive been treated and Im so angry that I even have to consider escalating this with the DMV.

I Purchased a 2019 Honda Accord March 28th of this year. Was initially happy with my purchase until that evening went out for a drive and noticed it was infested with roaches and ants. That next morning March 29th I brought it back to Ed Morse Honda with Videos of the roaches and ants running all over the vehicle inside and out. I asked them if the vehicle could be switched out and they told me no let us try to fix it first. They kept me from them Monday until Thursday April 1st. Once I arrive to pick up the vehicle I was assured that the problem was handled, only for me to be at the dealership entrance and bug is crawling on me along with others running freely in the car. Sales rep and service manager saw the roaches and asked for a nothing try. Vehicle was at the dealership for over eight days. Once again was assured the issue was handled only for me to be on the highway driving and bugs start to crawl oh my three-year-old niece.

EDIT: I was promptly contacted by Louie the general manager less than 24 hours after my experience. He listened to what I had to say and apologized. The individual I had previously spoken to seemed to have over stepped his boundaries. Based off the resolution of my incident, I would recommend this dealership in the future.Was mislead and deceived before even walking through the front door. I was told I had won $1,000 and to come into the dealer to claim my prize. I thought it was fate as I was looking to upgrade from my current vehicle. I called the dealer and spoke to a sales associate who confirmed I had won and told me to come in. Upon arriving, I waited for 30+ minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence. Once I was introduced, I was told I did not win the prize and instead won a FL Lottery scratch off. After much frustration I was given a BBQ spatula (not even the scratch off they stated I won instead), and offered $1,000 off a vehicle purchase, and then was asked to leave.

Uses gross tactics to bring misinformed people in, saying they win a cash prize or can save money on a car through a scratch off that they mail to you. In reality it has to match their numbers at the dealership not the numbers you won in the scratch off. Unfortunately, they dont print actual winning numbers. They tell you have to be in person to collect the prize, only to show up and have the winning numbers switched. Its a huge scam. Please dont support this kind of business, they just want to take advantage of people like my grandmother, buy somewhere else.

In life it is difficult to find either an honest politician, attorney, insurance salesman or a car salesman. With either of these professionals, youd be best served in doing your due diligence before entering into an agreement with them.I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best and 1 being the worst, Id rate my overall experience a 6.I certainly wish that the car buying experience was more straightforward without the jangling and shady practices that are commonplace to the car buying experience. The car buying transaction like many is not only SALES, but its also SERVICE. Often, the service aspect is either totally overlooked or diminished.Within 2 weeks of buying a Used Honda Oddysey from this dealership, which was SERVICE CERTIFIED and had a sticker indicating that the vehicle was completely checked, i had to return it to the dealer with a check engine light issue and alternator issue. I cant even imagine what the scenario wouldve been like if i had bought another brand vehicle from this dealer. I even had to ask for the key to be replaced upon purchase as the key fob was taped up and literally came apart in my hand when placed in the ignition. Is this the kind of SERVICE that should be expected when spending ones hard earned money?? I dont think so.To their credit, the key was replaced and they also changed a bad spark plug and ignition coil. However, the quoted alternator repair price was $1116.00. NOT HAPPENING!!!Every business owner is in business to make a profit. However, profit SHOULD NOT be placed above the CUSTOMER and the SERVICE that a business provides. Simply because the LIFE BLOOD of every business is the REPEAT CUSTOMER.We choose where to spend our money and the customer deserves value for their spent dollars. This was my 2nd vehicle purchase from this dealership, but Ill definitely think twice next time around!!!

We had an amazing experience at Ed Morse Honda on Blue Heron. I did a ton of research online before ultimately deciding that I wanted a Honda CR-V or Subaru Forester. When it came time to check out the exact vehicles I was interested in, Janell was incredibly helpful in showing me the different models and explaining the differences between them. We did our due diligence, comparing prices with other dealers in the area...but Ed Morse came out on top with the most aggressive quote (and price match policy) and ultimately won our purchase. I drove for 80miles to purchase a 2013 chevy tohoe. Confident to reach on a deal.Once there the $price of the vehicle went up $8000 -4000 -3000 since I didnt agree with the so call fees. The vehicle was no longer available till Monday after inspection. I never expected for a well established business to have a person working there to treat a customer with such a disrespect. Im very disappointed

Just purchased my third vehicle! They made the process simple and easy. My daughters car was totaled in a freak accident. I called Terry the GM to let him know what had happened. Within minutes he and my salesman Sal had a new car ready to go. Everything was ready for me when I got there and I was in and out within 40 minutes!!!! AMAZING!!!!

I love driving Honda...but the Honda accord 2021 is the most trashed car you can ever drive.....it showed me the check engine from the first week that i drove it and it was brand new.....keep going to the dealership service for couple of times and now i got to call my insurance to fix it and pay more than i already paid because the dealership dont want to fix it......i dont recommend buying this car at all

Please don’t fall for a scam, they have a big sale going on, sending flyers to houses saying that you won $1000 and no purchase necessary. When you call them they say yes come pick up your prize, no purchase is necessary. And of course when you show up they try to sell you cars and give you a $2 scratch off ticket. That’s it. No real prizes.
