THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!!Between the the potholes in the parking lot and the massive amounts of clutter in the aisles, someone is going to get hurt.Let’s not get started on the lack of customer service, a simple greeting would be appreciated! They speak to Who they want. I was on line and the customer in front of me complimented the cashier on her hair and that is the only reason the cashier said anything. Once it was my turn she was right back to looking like someone took a #%*+ in her cereal.What happened to basic customer service skills??? Why don’t people care about their jobs anymore???

Cashier was very helpful in reaching items on shelf that was out of my reach due to my height.

The time online it says open at 7am.. the physical location as I arrive was 8am.. The rest of Family Dollar is at 8am..

They are never open on time they are suppose to be open at 7am and the workers open it at 8am on their own time, while people are outside waiting and coming and going.I call but no one answers the phone. This is suppose to be a BUSINESS I recommend go to ANY other place beside this one.

This store reminds me of a Dollar Tree plus Wal-Mart. Huge selection from cheap generic items to great-priced name brands. No need to go to a very busy Wal-Mart or grocery store when they have EVERYTHING here! Always quick and convenient.

I visited this store on 08-04-2018 for the first time. There was a young Hispanic man working so hard. That wasnt the problem. The problem was the young African American lady that was at the register. From the time I walked up to the register, she had a guest talking personal business, at the same time all she talked about was using the bathroom. As Im walking up to the register she has her phone out watching videos on Facebook that was cursing and talking bad things. Shame on the manager on duty for accepting this. Ive been a retail manager over 28 years and have never accepted my employees to be so rude and unprofessional. This young lady needs to learn or maybe not seeing that the company would accept such a thing.

A quick stop for those things you use everyday like some toiletries and cleaning agents. Very convenient

Nice place, near my residence. Been there couple of times, staff was courteous and the remember me.

Lady with all the piercings on her face is EXTREAMLY RUDE. She wants to sigh and pout because i needed to do 2 seperate transactions when there was no one in line behind me. I told her she doesnt need to be rude but she insisted (with a horrible attitude) that because she wasnt calling me names that she was not rude. Absolutely HATE living in Riviera. Customer service sucks to the max!

Big selection of stuff wanted/needed. Not too much on variety of similar products. All employees working on tasks left them unapproachable and no greetings. But ues it was ok.

I was here waiting on the store to open at 7am when I get to the door its close. When I look inside there was a lady inside I ask her what u open she look at me when turn around so I got in my car and she came out and went in her car and left. The people that work here are very rude and I will never come here again and NO ! I dont recommend any one this the family dollar

The condition and organization is pretty bad. Employees are friendly though.

I went to pick up a small item on June/16/2017 at 9:30pm and they would not allow me into the store. They said that they were closed and I told them that their business hours on the door state 10:00pm and that they had another 30 minutes. I was ignored and refused entry to the store. I will also be emailing cooperate and writing a Yelp review.
