We absolutely love this store. The employees are great...always very courteous and helpful even when they are crazy busy. We stopped in this am and saw the memorial to Pat. We are heartbroken at her loss. She was an amazing human. She will be sorely missed.

Just left your store after waiting for about 10 minutes just to drop of an already labeled package that I just needed a receipt for. 6 people came in behind me and were waiting in line. 2 clerks were helping customers and taking their time. An older woman finally comes out and says to the last guy in line “we’ll help you as fast as we can, do you just need a receipt?” And takes his package to get him a receipt!!!!! So I say “I just need a receipt and I’ve been waiting!” Wow! If looks could kill!!! Never coming back here again.

Pay at this location is the most irritable, unhelpful person I’ve ever experienced at a UPS store. She is always short, curt, and rude when I ask questions. I’ve taken two Amazon returns to her, and both times it was never returned to Amazon. Her excuse was “we send it on pallets Amazon doesn’t open it. They must be too big” So she isn’t accepting responsibility for not abiding by Amazon’s guidelines. And is blaming Amazon for not knowing how to conduct business? I’ve gone out of my way to go to other UPS stores. Just to avoid this one. And judging by the store owner, Rich’s response to the other complaint about her. It’s clear he cultivates an environment or dishonesty, and clear substandard expectations.

We were able to email a graphic that they blew up and printed beautifully, we went to 3 UPS stores who all were out of the materials to print it, so we arrived a couple minutes after closing and they still let us get the competed print. It was A LIFE SAVER! I would highly suggest this location to others. Im so appreciative.

I am a very busy grandma raising my grand baby I don’t have a lot of time I can run down and take care of things like this so when a Business is supposed to close at 5 and it closes before it is very frustrating. In this particular area I have noticed this with a couple other businesses that they just close when they want even if they see you at the door it’s sad to me that customer service has gone so downhill.

I’ve been coming here the past year. I absolutely appreciate Brian (I believe that’s his name). He is fun to talk too, friendly, and keeps up an awesome conversation about video games. Pat on the other hand is not friendly at all and has an attitude problem. I LOVE the Riverton UPS store. The are so prompt, friendly and helpful. Pat and Brian are awesome and I they work very hard to get things done right. I have gone to several other ups stores and this one is by far my favorite and I seek coming here over any other store. Thank you for all you guys do@

Any time we have the choice we go to this UPS store. We find ourselves here on a monthly basis. The staff always treat us well and they work quickly to get you in and out. Highly recommend these guys!!

Casey was fantastic. I had no clue how to blow up and crop an image from pdf format... didnt even know the UPS store could do that. He worked magic to get the picture just the right size without distorting the image; it turned out awesome!! Ill be back for any other printing needs.

I have had such a positive experience working with this particular UPS store. The staff is always so friendly and very helpful with all of my projects. Also I love how clean and organized this location is. Even though I have moved closer to a different UPS I will still make the drive over, it just isnt the same at different locations!

** Update, I called in the next day for another interaction with the retail personnel and they informed me that they had been incorrect, it is a $15 for 30 days of mail forwarding service fee. Now that is more reasonable.We loved going to this UPS Store location for over 1 year. The customer service is exceptional.

Pat was killing it today. So helpful. Went out of her way to make it easy for me to return an Amazon order. She even allowed me to email and print out a label here in the store since I didnt have one. She definitely knows her stuff and is happy to help customers.Cant say that Ive ever rated or reviewed a mailing company before, unless it was to say something bad. Use this UPS store if you can. I have been coming to the UPS store in Riverton, Utah for the past several years and have always been very happy with the knowledge, professionalism and friendly attitude.In particular, l am grateful when Pat is there because she is so pleasant and efficient. I had a difficult Christmas Book project to put together. Casey at the Riverton UPS store took time to reformat my project and make it printable! His skills were amazing, especially since I am not skilled in that!(and all in an affordable way) He was so patient and helped me to create a beautiful project I was so happy with. This store is like the old fashioned personalized service but in a modern technical world. I love this place. And Casey is not the only amazing one. They have all helped me with many projects and are so caring, patient and professional! So glad to have such a store nearby!

I had an amazing experience working with Rich. I called with a last minute print job for 1000 two sided post cards. My vendor, dropped the ball and I was in a panic looking for someone to help.When I called the Riverton location the first I was impressed with, was how nice they were. I explained my project and sent an email with the layout. Rich called back in a matter of a couple minutes, quoted me an incredible price and had my order ready in a couple hours (maybe even less). Then when I went in to pick them up, BONUS a 20% off coupon. YEAH!!!I would recommend this store for any of your printing, packaging or shipping needs. After experiencing the incredible care and customer service of UPS Herriman, this place is awful. I have always been taken care of there - warm welcome, quick service, they add peanuts if you need a few and will get everything taped up. Just great service. This place is right across the street from the post office which is WAY cheaper and they up charge for even just a tiny bit of extra filling or tape. I won’t make the mistake of stopping at any UPS store besides mine in Herriman ever again.

I called the store 7 minutes before the online posted closing time to confirm they actually closed at 5:00 PM. When the person answered the phone they confirmed they did indeed Close at 5 PM. I told them that I was five minutes away and would be getting there right before they closed. The person sounded very rude and put out that I was going to be getting there two minutes before they closed and told me I better hurry.When I arrived at the store at 4:58 PM. All three people in the store were staring at me like I was a huge bother and inconvenience. All I was trying to do was drop two packages off that had already had a shipping labels paid for and affixed to the packages. The elderly gentleman told me I just about missed them. He identified himself as the owner. He made a snide remark that they wont even get shipped out till Monday anyway.This person being the owner obviously missed what customer service is all about. He also acknowledged he was the one that had answered the phone earlier. My whole point to all of this is if I took the effort to call and let them know I was that close to the store and would be there within five minutes. Why be so rude and make every effort to make it difficult for the customer. Why sound so put out by ensuring To the customer that you would be there until your posted closing time. Why would you still try and argue and never acknowledge your lack of customer service. All he kept saying repeatedly was Merry Christmas completely missing why I was frustrated.If you are indeed the owner I would take a good look at how little things could really rub people the wrong way when they are already having a bad day. When someones upset. Just apologize and not continue to make it worse for the customer. Just some advice.......

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered a laptop through Amazon that was being shipped via UPS. We were not home when UPS got there so they left a “sorry we missed you” message on the door directing us to go pick it up the next day after 1. We went the next day after one and they told us that the package was signed for by a person named Hugh and there was nothing they could do, even though we had proof the package was not delivered. They told us to drive around to other locations to see if we could find our package. After way too long of looking we called amazon that apologized for UPS and gave us a refund. UPS did NOTHING to help us find our package that THEIR driver had last- Do not trust them - their system is extremely flawed!!

Well interesting-- I just read the other reviews-- not the experience I had-- in fact I had NO experience because they apparently decided to close early!I had a package that only required a drop off for IUPS Pick up the items were packaged, taped up, labeled and ready to go--- note: I arrived at about 6:20 the package was a little awkward and somewhat heavy to carry so it took me a minute to get it out of the car and walk to the door--then 6:23-25ish the door was locked and dark inside— not a sign of anyone. The cage was all locked up so the employees had obviously been closed and gone for more than a few minutes early. So annoying and frustrating for all the effort that should have been an easy errand. No wonder my extended family and I continue to go clear out of our way to frequent the mail service center in Ft. Union it has been the best for years -- I just thought I should try to support local should have stayed loyal to what I know I could count on.Lol while I have been sitting here writing, 3 other customers have come and gone ☹️

I tried to return an amazon package which is free money for this store and they wanted to charge me to use their computer and then charge me again to print off one piece of paper. Whoever owns this store isnt customer service oriented. I will never come here or ship from this ups franchise.

Horrible customer service.I usually go to the herriman location but was near this one I was ignored when I got there, then when asked what I needed (which seemed to be putting them out) I said I needed to make some copies( I had noticed the computer was in use and waited, no big deal) but then was snapped at that I will have to wait because they were busy. There was 1 person in there being helped. Long story short I will only go to the herriman location they are MUCH nicer to customers.

Ordered a dog crate for my sister to help her out with her dog (she lives in Riverton). The company I ordered from did not put an apartment number on the mailing label, so instead of contacting me for the correct apartment number, UPS decided to just randomly add an apartment number so the package could be delivered. Needless to say, my sister never got the package! How is that even okay to do?!
