I recently placed an order with Cobra, and after some problems, the order had to be cancelled.I appreciate the way that David Goodman handled this situation, pushing my order through although it shouldnt have, as I was in a state of need and it seemed like the thing to do.But, oh well! Life happens!So three stars for delivery, but five stars for Mr. Goodmans customer service skills.
