AJ Moreno was able to help me get some material that I was having a very hard time getting. Just had an excellent customer service experience with Steven at Brenner-Fielder. The new filter I received did not look like the one it was replacing. Steven was able to contact the manufacturer and provide the data showing the new filter I received was in fact the correct one, and that the manufacturing process had changed.

Brenner-Fiedler & Associates, Inc is a ridiculous company living in the 17th century. Get with the times. They do not take orders over the phone. Their sales representatives dont know how to look up part numbers. They are constantly away from their phones. Ive called at all times of the day multiple days and no one answers except for the transferring receptionist. I sincerely hope that the old timer or 3-4th generation owners of this company who dont care or understand their customer basis, lose all of their vendor contracts. The company could not provide a more inadequate or unpleasant experience for customers. We are only stuck with them for the time being because they are the only distributor of a part we need.
