Everytime I come here they are always super nice! They give samples too, so you can try the different flavors and decide what you want. They dont require you to wear a mask either, which I like!

They let you sample the ice cream. I like that its got many types of dessert. The location is on the small side so it gets packed quickly. Also the parking situation is a bit tough but nothing thats bad. Good food though.

Ill start with the positives: the guy who helped us was really friendly and helpful. He took his time with giving samples to my friend and her family because it was their first time visiting. The gelato is always so good and I love that the workers know what flavor combos go together. Now onto the not so positive: its not the cleanest location Ive been to. The owner should consider taking time to improve on it. Second, which isnt really their fault, is the location. There are several homeless people, one who was in nothing but her underwear with a blanket wrapped around herself (dont ask me how I know. Im still trying to wipe that from my memory) who came up to me taking about her comforter. Then she cussed out the employee who told her to leave, then threatened the employee bodily harm. Yeah, we left after that. Ill stick to the Cerritos location.

Frostbites offers items you cant get anywhere else. If you are thinking of getting Fro-yo this should be on your list. Sorbet creams (light flavorful Italian ice on top and sweet creamy frozen custard on the bottom) are a magical combination. Always offer samples and dont rush you. You can sample til you find your perfect match. Mango, passion fruit is a favorite combo. Also really like their red raspberry! Tons of flavors like coconut, taro, PB, blue raspberry, green apple, salted caramel. No bad choices. You can also get a sweet or savory crepe. Biggest downside is the parking. Always chaotic in that shopping center.

The employees are vary energetic and happy to make yummy combinations to try. The ice cream is so yummy and creamy.

The frozen custard is soooo good!!! My only complaint is that we waited a really long time in line and then for the crepes, and the crepe my niece ordered she asked for very light mayo and it had so much mayo she refused to eat it and was so upset. It’s already after 10 pm and we’re just not willing to wait any longer to get a new one made.

If anyone has a family or friend with dementia, I’m here to tell you that this place is so patient with people who have Alzheimer’s, dementia, and any other memory care needs. ! Natalie delivered excellent customer service and was SO patient with my residents and even allowed them to try different flavors of ice cream without making them feel like they needed to rush because they were very busy. She and her other coworkers worked so well with us and definitely will have us back as regulars! They are so kind and I shows a lot for this company. Along with the best Ice cream in town. We can’t thank you guys enough!

Descent crepe but employees are pushy and a bit weird. Makes people feel uncomfortable sometimes. Its obviously when you look at the faces of people who come in and have to answer a barrage of questions just to get a crepe or iced cream cone.

Yum! I checked out this place because of a knowledgeable coworker. I didn’t think I would enjoy a combination of shave ice and frozen custard. It was delicious! This is now one of my favorite places to get ice cream.Customer service was so amazing, I even left a tip in the jar. Our host was so knowledgeable and gave us three samples each. She answered our questions and was patient. She also had great suggestions.They also have a rewards punch card. Since it was a rainy day, they gave us double punches!

Not sure if it’s soft serve but it’s really good.Plus the staff there is super friendly and warming.The lady who worked there was super nice and gave my family and I some samples and I really in joyed the flavors. Overall 10/10 I will comeback soon and recommend for an ice cream place to go to.

WoW just WoW the photo speaks for itself, seriously I understand they are busy but there were more than 5 staff members. Is there really no way one or more could not take some time to clean up and keep it tidy, it us a Food establishment. The literally took my ice cream and crepes I ordered and threw them away soon as soon as I walked out of the establishment. Not a very good impression. Extremely dirty and unhygienic even the employees are very unkempt, unorganized and rude!

I love the ice cream!!!the customer service it’s always great they take time with each group to make sure they choose the ice cream that they like my main concern and the reason of my low stars is that it’s been 3 times I been in this location and I’ve seen Roaches walking around the walls the counters and even in the sprinkles section( reason I never get sprinkles)and the first time I saw them I told one of the employees and just said thank you for letting me know. but then thinking they were going to take care of the situation next time I went I saw the same problem and was watching how one of them was crawling on the wall and a employee cleaning with a rag saw it turn around look at us and ignore it I would of prefer her smashing it with the rag then just letting it go away. It might sound weird me coming back to this place but like I said I like the ice cream here and guessing that inside the fridge where cold is this nasty critters dont stay there but who knows everytime I come here I spend 30 to 45 dollars and the punching card it’s great idea but my husband never eats from here he thinks I’m crazy for still buying from here sorry for the review but I hope you guys can take care of the problem.

Frostbite uses fresh custard and bananas in their crepes. Would recommend it!

I think this place has excellent Sorbet and custard. Theres nothing like it. The facility could be a little cleaner, but its not too bad. Small inside, but at least theres no longer inside dining. Try the sorbet chill if youve never had it. Delicious.

Not only was the ice cream delicious, the young lady was infectiously cheerful despite being her last client after a long shift! Despite everything with the quarantine and the worries everyone has. She proceeded to shower me with different flavors & mixes to try out in the pursuit of the perfect flavor.

Great place to go the ice cream there is a treat to yourself. All of the ice creams there are good but the downside is that they charge for the smallest cup around $4 dollars. All in all they do give you samples of the ones other people created or themselves. I will come here to this place on my next visit.

Honestly by far the best frozen dessert anyone can ask for!!! The Italian ice cream goes well with the vanilla custard they have. I love getting the sorbet cream getting watermelon and passionfruit(shoutout to Drake lol) or getting blue raspberry and strawberry.

Surprisingly good! Im not really an Italian Ice fan, but they put a good size serving of soft serve vanilla custard ice cream in your bowl, then top it with various flavors of Italian ice. Its do delicious. Staff was very helpful and offered many samples to help you decide. Price was good considering all the various options to choose from.

They have some of the best ice cream in the area. In my opinion, they might even be better than the Baskin Robbins across the street. Everyone always so nice and friendly and give great flavor recommendations. I always want to stop to get an ice cream when we drive by.

This is a family favorite. The custard and ice mixes are fantastic, and well worth the price. The location is decent, but could be better. When you go, be ready for a long line.

No friendly customer service at this location. Today, I walked in and stood there for 4 mins with no welcome in, no acknowledgement that I was there, all the while four employees are behind the counter (1 helping customers, 2 blatantly ignoring me while signing in, 1 acting as if my presence at the restaurant was an inconvenience). I would suggest a friendlier location.

The place is kind of small they have friendly staff. The variety of desserts on their menu is not the biggest but they do offer sample taste testings of all the sorbets. The Crepes were tasty I feel they took a little while to make one crepe. Reasonably priced and I love the fact that it is open kind of late.

Man this place is awesome. It was my first time there and I was astonished, shook, and just all round in awe. The lady asked if I been there before and my friend who took me there said its his first time. Friendly customer service, you can try many flavors and BEST OF ALL without being rushed. The only bad thing is that the place itself gives the appearance of looking dirty, I said looks not that they are : if it makes any sense?? 🤔 and it is usually hot inside they dont turn on the AC, and even when its cold, its hot 😓. We usually go in and out because of the same reason.

A delicious and unique twist on the typical ice cream shop. You can get crepes with fillings and ice cream, sorbet with frozen yogurt, or just ice cream. I tried the sorbet with frozen yogurt, and the creaminess from it really enhanced the sorbet. The server suggested a taro, strawberry and something blue (sorry I can’t remember) combination that tasted like cap’n crunch. The only reason this place doesn’t get 5 stars is that the employees didn’t regularly clean off dirty tables even though there were 6 of them working. But the dessert is perfect, taste-wise

I loved how It was my first time there, just a few minutes from closing they still gave us service. To top it off they showed as well as gave us so many samples and combinations. Very cool experience loved the service.

Takes ice cream to a whole new spectrum! Amazing flavors and cobinations, the employees are great and give you samples of what flavors you might like and work with you until you find the right flavor. Just over all an amazing experience and one of the best experiences I have had in both the service and the ice cream.

Yes a must try. I know the one in Chino Hills closed down or might have been Chino. There is still one in Riverside right by the Tyler mall off the exit Tyler. Lines can get long and it does tend to be a little hot inside.

Our go-to place for dessert. The custard is nice and thick and creamy and the shaved ice is shaved so thin its almost creamy as well. The crepes are served warm and just as customizable as everything else. Not to mention everything is very well flavored. To be honest though, we do have one recommendation based on something thats been getting on our nerves lately, samples. We love that theyre creative. And generous with their samples but many times weve asked to try just one flavor and next thing we know, theyre combining three flavors with custard and shoving it towards us. If we want to try one, let us just try the one flavor, then suggest combinations afterwards. Also, when they make suggestions, they always start out with the same set, captain crunch, jolly rancher, and one other. Maybe try rotating the suggestions for customers who come in often? Excellent staff, excellent dessert, room for minor improvement.

A fun way to change up your ice cream routine. They are VERY generous with the free samples. Try a million flavors before you pick one.
