I got there 10 minutes till 1900 on Sunday September 12th and a young Hispanic guy could not have been any more rude to customer service. All we wanted to do was get a bigger side. A simple exchange. And he would nit help us.

Hot new kicks for the night this was definitely the place to grab up.

Today I went to get a pair of shoes and a nice guy helped me and his name was antonio. While I was getting a pair I needed assistance and no one attended me even though there was a lot off staff available only Antonio was the only one trying to attend everyone .

Good selection of kicks here. Reminds me of a Robert Wayne but better.

This is not usually a place that I frequent, however my husband as specific shoe needs and we were searching the mall looking for a shoe that fit his need. We found one of the most helpful sales people in this store. Gabriel, was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and offered options that we did not know existed. This young individual had great insight, knew what the competition had, their costs and other information. I have no idea how knowledgeable the other service associates are at this location, but I give great credit this this individual and his service and knowledge level.

I would rate this place with no stars if I could, but not an option unfortunately. Lauren was very rude and unprofessional! I asked a simple question about a deal and the response she gave me was super rude and nasty! She wasnt bothered by the way she was treating a PAYING customer. Im a business owner, and if I ever witnessed one of my employees mistreating my clients, no matter what the circumstances are of the employee, they would be fired on the spot. No excuses for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Prices are fair and Im happy theyre open while others stores are closed

LAUREN is horrible at her job, not professional at all! I came in with my grandmother, she politely asked a question about a deal in which she was confused on how it worked. When she asked, Lauren rudly told her about it but didnt explain it properly making my grandmother upset with how she was trying to explain the deal. She was using her pregnancy as an excuse as to why she was being super rude. Theres no excuse to be so nasty to ANYONE who was being polite to begin with. She wasnt afraid to have a bad review because she knew shed be backed up by her co-workers. She was in the wrong for using her pregnancy as an excuse. Totally unprofessional! She couldve handled that better

I bought two pair of the Jordan XI on the release date. My son’s father bought him the same pair I did so I tried to return them today. I was told by management that they did not have enough cash to refund me $170.00 plus tax and was asked to return them on a different day. I spent almost $400.00 when I made the original purchase but they can’t refund me half of that lol. I told management that I drive a Porsche truck and my gas one way to come here is $40. So driving home and coming back another day is basically the amount of the shoe. How inconvenient....Now I have to keep going back in hopes of them having enough money to refund me my little $170.00 I should have followed my first mind and went to Footlocker!

Always got dope selections

I was looking at some shoes and one of the workers bumps me and gets in my way and didn’t say excuse me. You’re an employee you have to be extra polite! I was extremely annoyed and mad that he didn’t even apologize. He literally pretended like I was invisible. Managers have to talk to their employees about manners because they seem childish

I spent over an hour in here while the staff looked for mismatched shoes, why would u not have the right shoe in the first place?? bless the lady who helped me out (they didn’t even give her credit and wouldn’t believe her when she told the staff that the shoes were mismatched) & when I finally checked out, the cashier had the audacity to wink at my boyfriend??!!! Lol this place is so ratchet and Ill managed with teenagers

It took five places before we found d a flexible shoe, however the staff were unknowledgable and told me to use hard brussel in a mesh shoe, Crazeee

Hi, Don’t shop at this store☹️Wanted to share my experience @ the shoe Palace Store!! The way this store is being managed is unprofessional and it has really bad (CUSTOMER SERVICES)Me & my son, went back for a return and unfortunately the manager Daniell, told us there wasn’t any cash in there register to do the return. So I, said okay) we will try and look for another type of shoe style!! We look and every shoe that we ask for was not in stock.So then the employees, from (Shoe Palace) tried to sell Me & My Son, shoes we didn’t like.I called corporate office on12/26/2018 and yet NO CALL BACK. I guess this store has no fix!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

A horrible place if your shopping with kids!!!. All the workers are young and play around and didnt even help me and my 5 children. Ill take my $200 somewhere else.
