The Boot Barn in Riverside does not have kids clothing. That was the reason for my 4 stars, other than that it was a pleasant experience. I love the western vibe!

Very large selection. When I arrived, Jackie immediately went and brought out a pair of Dan Post Mignon in black cherry that they had on hold for me. The boots were incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I was very surprised....no break-in required. What a great experience. I used to wear field boots on the ranch for years when I was younger, but these boots are the best.

Was looking to buy some boots for my Texas trip. I was enjoying looking though their selection but the manger and coworkers asked if I needed help 5 times in 30 minutes this is UNNECESSARY. I was taking my time trying on boots and deciding within myself but could not stand it when multiple associates asked me the same question. After giving them my answer I told them I would let them know if I needed help and they still kept bothering me at this point Ill drive to Tijuana and get the SAME BOOTS AT A CHEAPER PRICE. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME MAKE MY DECISION!!!!

Regular shopper at boot barn but very disappointed with the service at this location. We were the only customers in the store and nobody asked if we needed help. The whole time the staff stood at the register talking. We had to ask to use the dressing room, my wife and I felt very unwelcome there. When the guy cashed us out the only thing he said was ‘is that all’ and when I said thank you I got ‘uh huh’ after that he turned away to talk to the other staff member.

I have purchased in the range of thousands of dollars worth of boots at this location and redlands location. I excepted that my work boots would take a hit but Ive never had socks make such holes!These are roughly $20.00 per two pack and each pair has the same damage and the store blames it on the boots that they sold me! Mind you these are the only socks that have this damage.And the young lady that helped Olga was not to friendly but I know where I will never spend another dollar!
Nice place to buy a work shoes and casual boots
Visited this location over the weekend and I was really disappointed( been coming here for years) Walked in with my family to 3 employees gossiping at the registers, no big deal. Next another employee was walking towards us, and passed us right by without saying a word. Someone walked in after us and they were greeted and asked if they needed help finding anything?? Okay..Went to pay for our items and the guy at the registered barely said a few words to us.They were rude to the guy behind us as well. Hate to think that the color of our skin had anything to do with the way we were treated. Last time I checked, my money is the same color as everyone elses.They should bring back the old employees, they were always so nice and helpful
The boys here where on point! Help me out with my boots and socks I was in and out fast! But most importantly they let me know the boots I had bought 4 months ago still had manufacturers warranty on them so instead of dropping another 200 on boots they did a even exchange for some new ones! Thanks boys I will forever be a loyal customer because of your help!

Employees where nice, but because I wear a cover that covers my hair they spied on my kids and I while in the store. Just because I chose to cover my hair does not mean I am a terrorist. In fact I am Native American from this country. Born and raised!!

The website sucks. Also when you select free shipping store pickup, it says 2-4 business days. Then after paying it says 6 days. And that is unfortunate because that is after I leave up north for work.

Never had a bad experience. I am here every 6 months getting my husbands workboots and I am going in and out so quick. They are well stocked and the customer service is on point! The rewards card is the best part, especially of you are buying high dollar often.
I had a very good experience at the Riverside store. I would give them a 5 but they unfortunately didnt have a lot of jeans in my size. They did let me know to head over to Norco to see what they may have. I plan to do that next weekend. Cheyenne was supper nice and helpful. She did suggest online but I always have to deal with the hassles of returning things cuz most things doesnt fit me right. So she jumped right in and tried to find what might work and they did! I forgot how form fitting Wranglers were. I havent had a pair in over 20yrs. Thank you Cheyenne and Boot Barn!

So 20% off signs posted every 6 inches in all shelves, right? Ok. I found two pairs of boots. $600 no big deal, but i get to the register, the gal says, oh thats only on some boots, not these. Wow, ok so talk about bait and switch. I liked the boots, and i needed them for a trip tomorrow, but i wont go back. Integrity in advertising matters.

Large store with vast selection of handsome (and beautiful) leather goods and boots. My husband and I came here for the 1st time to buy him new work boots...the first pair he likes so much that he didnt take them off as soon as he got home from work!

Some of your employees at youre San Bernardino store and Riverside store are rude one of your female employees at San Bernardino had an attitude with me and a male employee at your Riverside store also had an attitude I had to visit both stores to find the work boot in which I preferred the cost was being paid through my employer Ralphs Grocery on a voucher on that I was suppose to purchase boots plus laces socks boot cleaner and additional boot insoles however your employee only rang up the boots and then was angered when I requested the other items I was upset at his reaction I will report this to my superiors at Ralphs thank you for your time hope your company addresses this matter
They have a decent selection of work boots for the size of the store, but they have a good variety of sizes so youre very likely to find your size. If youre looking for regular cowboy boots, they got you
Already gave a review on this business, but if u need good? no, top of the line work boots 4 men & women. This is the place! There boots r not inexpensive, matter of fact there expensive but there selection is tops. The employees know there boots. Bought my sons work boots here. He loves them. Big heavy work boots that protect his feet. Start with ur foundation? (feet) If ur shoes/boots r secure the rest of ur body will line up just fine.

My half inch sole from my $130.00 georgia boots split right open!!, but dont worry they will offer you a 3 month manufactures warranty from the date of purchase which in my opinion is an Unrealistic timeline for WORK BOOTS . Do not buy these boots if you do heavy work as Contractor, or an Average laborer, but hey if all else fails BOOT BARN gives you a generous 10% off your next boots
