Background: During work, car got hit by my boss in the right side of the rear bumper while parked. Car suffered a few inches of scratched paint. Right side rear bumper was slightly, but noticeably protruding as shown in the pictures. Car was bought brand new 5 months ago. Repairs will be paid through cash, not insurance.First off, this shop is overpriced compared to other shops that had better ratings. After a talk they were willing to match the price of the other shop I got an estimate from so I agreed since my dad recommended me to this place.They said car should be repaired by Thursday, then Friday, and now Saturday and it still wasnt ready at the promised time. Was given a paint and body work estimate but they only did the paint and said the body looked good to them so they cant do anything about it even though you can clearly see the side of the bumper was slightly sticking out, which was what I wanted to fix the most. They dont care about the little details even if they knew that it was a new car. One guy said to find a wife to love instead of my car when I tried to explain that the side of the bumper is still protruding. They refused to fix it since apparently theres nothing they can do about it despite being a body shop. I gave up trying to reason with them once one guy started pointing to the sky swearing to God that it was as good as can be and I would have to pay more to get it fixed completely. The paint job was good, what you would expect from a normal paint job.Would recommend if you only need a paint job and can get them to lower the costs. If youre looking for a shop that actually cares about your car and making it look like what it was before then you should stay away. Highly regret bringing my car here... Left the shop with my car covered in dust, good thing its Saturday. I have time to wash my car.Gave them 2 stars for the completed paint job and the friendly German Shepherd they have at the shop.Pictures:Left side that wasnt bumped and the right side that was bumped. It is a minor detail but being a new car it was something that shouldve been fixed professionally, especially at the auto body shop.

A couple of months ago I got into a fender-bender. Also, my SUV has some dents from parking on the street.I was apprehensive about where to take my car. I have noticed that there is wide variance in quality and cost of body shops.A friend of mine recommended European Automotive in Riverside and I couldnt be happier.Alex and his team are true professionals. I could clearly tell that they put performing the repair to the highest standards above $$.They kept me informed of the progress and I was very happy with the results and it was done in a timely manner.If your vehicle needs bodywork, I highly recommend giving European Auto a try. They are not the cheapest but the quality of their work is second-to-none.It feel great again to get in my pristine car every morning.

I brought my car here to get repaired. The people working were super nice and helpful!! They were professional, fast, welcoming, and very fair with their price. I personally talked and worked with Alex who is a great guy. If you ever need a body shop or are in trouble with your car I definitely recommend this place!!

Unfortunately because of my family habit of getting into accidents I had to deal with A quite a few body shops in the area. A friend of mine introduce me to European Automotive for the last accident that my sister got into. She drives a BMW and it is a leased car, so dwe needed to make sure that it gets done as professionally as possible. Whoever that had to deal with returning leased cars know how painful it is to return, they charge arms and legs for every scratch.The first thing that I really liked about the shop was that Alex was very honest and straightforward. He had experience with our insurance and knew all the steps. His estimated of the cost and time was pretty reasonable.They had to wait for one part to come in and it took longer than expected, I really appreciated his communication to let us know. Other than that hiccup the time line was pretty close to his original estimate.But for me the highlight was the quality of the work. It was done very nicely and professionally. Looking at the range of cars that they had on the shop floor I highly recommend them for any scale work.

I dont like going to body shops. But when I need to get some work done on my car I go to European Automotive Collision Center. They do good work at a fair price and treat me with respect. Why would I go anywhere else?

Wow!!! what an amazing turnaround and what great service. this place is a gem. they worked everything out with my insurance, towed in my car for free, gave me a free rental car to drive around for a few days, then towed my car to my office for free too! my car looks as if it just came out of the dealership and i couldnt be any more satisfied. 10 stars!!

Had an amazing experience here.... was in an accident in riverside a couple of months back and finally decided to find an auto body shop. went to these guys and alex the owner took his time examining my vw passat. he was honest and i felt really comfortable as they knew what they were talking about. no BS just the facts. anyway, 2 weeks later my wreck looked like a brand new passat complete with factory paint and parts. i would recommend european automotive to anyone in riverside looking for first class service and work. thanks alex and everyone else! job well done.
