Terrell had great customer service.

I love the dollar tree, I usually go here to get some household items. I have the intention of spending ten to 15 dollars but usually spend more. I went in recently and saw that they had some nice plate sets that had a great summer vibe. I fell in love with them and immediately got some sets. They have the 8 inch plates, the six inch plates, the bowls, the mugs, the glasses (tall and short), the place mats, pot holder and the kitchen towel. I had to visit a few location to get the amount I need for my complete set but it was worth it. Im in love with them. They always display good customer service at the dollars store, they greeted me when I entered and always end with thank you. I can usual find someone to help me to answer my questions or if I need help. Their inventory have been low at most locations hopefully as things gets back to normal it changes. I love Dollar Tree but this one I do not like. There is always a man begging outside for money or to wash your windows for money..This is disturbing to me.I was looking for spray bottles. I asked the cashier where they were. He tells me Right There I said where. The lady in front of me asked her child to the water bottle for me. They were sitting in a box on the floor next to the register. I do not plan on returning to this Dollar Tree. I did not get a receipt so I do not have the young mans name. I am sure there are alot of people who want to work and would have better attitude.

My cashier was pleasant and helpful. I love the bargains found here, but the downside to this location is that there was a cooler that was not operating and it was disgustingly filthy. Other parts of the store were dirty and unattended. This location gets the short end of the stick because of the demographics and the area that it is located. The workers could take more pride in the store as well as upper management. Instead its apparent that the motive is to make revenue and not to provide a comfortable and clean shopping experience.

I just love dollar tree. This store use to be so nasty. However you can tell there has been a change in management. They have cleaned the store so customers can find things now. Im pleased to shop here again.

Sister coming home from hospital today and wanted to purchase balloons. Had to interrupt a worker twice while they were on their cell phone for assistance. As she reluctantly ended her phone call to assist me, I walked out. Poor service.

The Store needs to be cleaned and better organized. I understand that its a dollar store but it could be cleaner.

I visit this location all the time and they almost always have everything I go in there to get. The brand items are decent in value. I cant complain after all its only a $1.00. unfortunately I forget to snap a few pics for you all. Ill have some next time around. Customer service was great as well so you dont have to worry about dealing with anyone with an attitude at this location feel free to ask questions without a rude or rused response. 🙂

As Badly needed in This neighborhood, its poorly stocked, unkept floors, compared to other same brand stores in other areas. Why.

This place is a total mess! The shelves are barely stocked. The items on the shelves are a mess. Boxes are in the aisles. Corporate needs to hire a manager that can improve this store immediately. It has to be losing money.

I love shopping at Dollar Tree for all of my crafting needs but this has got to be the worse, unorganized store I have visited!! It is always cluttered and unstocked. It is so overwhelming with unstocked boxes and items all over the floor in the aisles that I couldnt get to what I needed. The Toy aisle is a whole different story! I took my business elsewhere.

They didnt have what I was looking for, specifically. But it was nice and neatly arranged! I enjoyed the dollar tree experience!

Dollartree has come up yall. They have wall tiles, floor tiles, a Bigger, better DIY section, flat shoes, flip flops, wall things, door things, garden things,hair things, makeup, bath things dinnerware., glasses, THEY ARE LEGIT..... Shelves are always empty and the store is a total mess. Boxes and broken items on the floor. Lines are always long. I had to give a star to review so I guess it is for the prices when they have the items. This store is horrible.

First millennial associate when asked where a product was, told to go to back wall instead of escorting to exactly where item could be found. However, when I couldnt locate, the seasoned woman at register escorted to where item was found.

Worst Dollar Tree. Soooo junky. No need to go in here if you’re actually looking for something. Save yourself the trouble. Customer service is no better. This store can’t be fixed...they need to close it down and start over. The lines? Ridiculous.

I found everything I needed even named brand things. Even though the lines were long it had great customer service and the lines went fast.

The shelves were rusty and I know that its a very busy place. Restrooms were locked and they may not be open to the public. One of the employees seemed challenged and thought that he knew me. He reached out to shake my hand, which caught me off guard. I didnt find a number of items that I needed but I managed to purchase other items for my new home. I almost left because the line was long, but they opened another register so I stayed and waited it out. Glad that I did, because a customer in front of me needed assistance with his order. It never hurts to be kind if you are able. Lets make this week: Be Kind to someone less fortunate.

The shelves were stocked with a lot of items that are hard to find elsewhere. The store was cleaned and the staff were customer service oriented.

I have noticed this type of businesses are more busy than normally. This particular store (Dollar Tree) has a lot of products that I use around the house.

It is a shame that everywhere I go I see young people not protecting them self or giving the social distance that is required and get an attitude when you speak to them in reference to that social distance. They are becoming their own demise, mind you now this spike in covid-19 is targeting the YOUNG Generation and theyre the ones who are not protecting themselves or there babies. I stop at Dollar General on Hwy 85 in Riverdale, Ga. on 7-5-2020 and I spoke the cashier who had practice social distance under her name tag but yet the customer behind me was not keep her social distance and I has to say something to her like many other young females with babies and everyone unprotected with no regards for the safety of themselves or babies. The cashier stated that when they speak up customers get a attitude. WELL RATHER DE WITH ATTITUDE OVER COVID 19 ANY DAY. ONES OWN IGNORANCE CAN BECOME THERE DEMISE.

As of May 5, 2020, I became the store manage at DT Riverdale. When I got there, the store was a MESS but Im proud to say that I have pushed the team and revamped it into a much better shopping experience! Now everything is full and the store looks WAAAAAY better! Come shop with us!

Its really ghetto you can barely find anything in this store. Make sure to check your stuff because some of it may be open. Its also very messy. Lastly, the employees have horrible attitudes

This was the most dirty dollar tree store i have ever been in. Most of your stores aee nice! No stock on shelfs all the stock was on the floor. The floors needed cleaning real bad. I will never go to this store again. The cashier was real nice and apologized for the card machine not working properly.

I feel really feel bad for the workers there. We come in there and destroy the store, and they have to clean up after us. They are really friendly and polite. I find what I am looking for 99%of the time. I try very hard to stick to my list, its so easy to go over budget there.

Rarely have the items I need, such as the larger bottle of laundry detergent that the other dollar trees carry. Also, worst of all, they NO LONGER HAVE HELIUM BALLOONS BLOWN UP IN HOUSE. So, if you want balloons, you have to get there whenever the pre-blown shipment comes in and hope for the best. On the bright side, they usually have multiple lanes open to decrease wait time in line.

For some reason this store doesnt have shopping buggies, just the little hand held...other that it was a place with a little bit of everything...

That store was a hot mess! I know its black Friday but my goodness!! Stuff was everywhere and they only had one cashier - bless her heart- Ihad to leave.

This location is always cluttered & dirty with long lines and few cashiers. The shelves are half stocked at best. It doesnt have the same merchandise as other stores. I dont like going to this store.

Should be closed, I was just at the fayetteville location yesterday. Then to walk in to this one today. Its the exact opposite. This place was dirty. It was beyond disorganized. Most of the seasonal item shelves were empty. With the inventory sitting beside the shelves in boxes.

This is a small but pretty laid back and well stocked Dollar Tree. I would recommend it.

This place is always messy. Theres stuff on the floor, misplaced in aisles (which isnt necessarily the staffs fault) but being as they work there they need to maintain the store more. They have typical dollar store stuff tho so I guess thats a plus

The young lady(Alexia) who was my cashier was very pleasant. The garbage in front of store was overflowing by 2X. Dont know if thats on the store or the shopping plaza management but it was pretty disgusting.

The store has improved and it was a lot cleaner than my last visit.

The one in Riverdale use to b emy favorite but they are slipping. The new manager is pretty cool. I blame the rachets that have started shopping there. They completely destroyed the store as if wild animals have ran through there. It is completely sad. My heart hurts for the employees.

Great low prices, good on household cleaning supplies. Greeting cards are also very economical as well as school supplies.

Great customer service herein good, but this place is never stocked and it is never neat, clean, or organized. It makes me tired when I go in there because it is so junky and the line will get super long before a second cashier will open up. I kind of understand how it get junky because as long as you have to wait to get cashed out makes you start putting things back where ever you are standing or all of it down.

The store over all appearance is in disarray. Prices are great if you can find what you need to purchase. I will try other location.
