In 2018 my mother filed taxes with Kim, it seemed like in the beginning everything would go well, and that the return will be issued as promptly as it could be. Its now 2021 my mother hasnt received the return, this is a very concerning matter and it was bought to the attention last year to the accountant however nothing was done regarding the matter nor was it followed up.
