I took my xbox one in on a Thursday to have the port replaced which per online says it should only take 2 hours. I called Friday to see if it was ready and the guy said OH NO LONG TIME! I said what do you mean a long time I dropped it off yesterday and its only supposed to take 2 hours. He said MAYBE tomorrow or Monday. Ok, I called Monday and he stated that he would call me back because he needed to talk to his manager. I waited, no call back so I called Wednesday and he said the same thing Let me call you back I need to talk to my manager. I said NO! You told me that on Monday! He said I know maam I just need to see if my manager did it. Ok, what time will you be calling me back? He said 230. At 3:00 I called him and he said it should be ready at 5. 5:30 I called back and he said it was unfixable. WHAT? ALL I NEEDED WAS A PORT. So the manager said he thought they had a bad batch of ports but he would reorder a port and my service would be free but my xbox wouldnt be ready until the following Tuesday. They called me Friday saying it was ready bit I was out of town and couldnt pick it up until MondayWent to get it, he didnt show ue it worked, just handed it to me. I come home to try it and its fuzzy and just a mess! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GO TO THESE RIP OFFS!

I used to love going to this place because it close to my house. I just recently used them to fix my daughters iPad screen. I notice that someone new has bought the business and they are very unprofessional! Not sure if they even know what they are doing. I came with a broken iPad screen left with broken home button. First the button didnt work anymore, which they knew but still tried to get me to go home with it.Then I had to leave it over night & the home button works but its cracked. It gets worst everytime. I wish I could share a photo. I rather pay the extra money for best buy or apple because they are trash! On top of that they made me pay before even showing me the finished product!!! Omg I could go on and on!! Dont go here.

These Indians that took over are the worst. They was suppose to fix my phone but messed it up I had to go up there numerous of times to have my phone looked at they raised prices but don’t know what they are doing. I got all my pictures and my information back nothing is lost and I don’t have to buy a new iPhone . I really appreciate them and highly recommend them. I recently went to this establishment to get my cracked screen fixed. Once inside the store clerk checked to see if they had a screen available on stock and he did. He informed he will fix it in 10 mins and he did. I have already referred more clients to this business. They provided quality service with a great turnaround. They bad business I got my iPhone fixed and I dropped it accidentally days later on carpet my screen came out and it blacked out I took it back to them after he told me I had 60 day warranty on screen as long as its not cracked or water damaged. Its was a lie he wanted me to pay full price for another screen, he wasnt tryna resolve my problem. Their not good and have cheap quality phone screens youre better off going to Apple

I had my screen broken and so I went to have it fixed. The guy gave me a great deal and because my casing was so dented and old, he put it in a new casing for me.He always goes a next mile to do something extra for you. I do encourage you to take all your repair needs to this shop. They are the best in town. I had to wait only for a short time too and there it was my Macbook Air was like new again.Am so thankful, God bless!

10 STARS!!*UPDATE* I was recently having issues with my phone. I took it somewhere else and they said the screen and battery were bad. I decided to bring it back to icons. It was just the battery, not the $300 worth of stuff the other place said. Icons replaced my battery free of charge, and my phone is working like its brand new again! Truly the best repair shop around!He had great communication! He fixed my phone super fast at a wayyy better price than anyone else gave me. He was quick and friendly! Perfect experience!!!

This repair shop is AMAZING. Customer service was great. I was so devastated when I went water tubing and my iPhone 8 fell into the river. It went completely black and wouldn’t turn on at all. I took it into 2 other well known phone repair shops and after having it for hours they said that the water damage was too bad to be fixed. I took it into Icons and Peter opened my phone and told me in about 5 minutes what was wrong with it. He had it back to me working just fine the next morning. And that was only because I gave him my phone 30 minutes before they closed the previous day. Thank you Peter!

Not only did the whole process take two weeks and I had to take my phone back...but after it was all said and done my phone did not work. I paid $70 to have my water damaged phone repaired and ended up just buying a whole new phone bc I got tired to going back and forth. Got tired of calling to check the progress. Plus chic at front desk seemed annoyed with her job and lacked energy. Clearly hired for her looks. Go at your own risk.

This man is an angel!!!! He fixed my phone when 10 people said it couldn’t be done!!! Let me explain. I dropped my IPhone 8 Plus while paddle boarding in the Caribbean, so obviously I have SALT WATER DAMAGE!!! If you google what that does to your phone you’ll see that EVERYONE will tell you that your phone is dead, no coming back, everything not saved on the cloud or backed up is gone forever!!! First thing first, the price is GREAT here. But I go here to get my screen fixed and there was also a young man there who was rushing to pay. He paid cash and just walked out. After counting the cash the owner realized the young man had paid too much. I told him to just count it as a tip lol but he called the man back and told him he had over paid. So Peter showed me major love off jump. I dropped my iPhone XS Max in the ocean and got saltwater damage inside. I previously went to another shop and they had my phone for 2 days and did not fix my phone. Legit Peter had my phone for close to 10 min before he told me what was wrong and how he would fix it. He had a couple of phones ahead of me and told me first thing in the morning her would have it ready. The iPhone XS Max is super expensive to fix and he got the corrosion from the salt out and I am typing this review on the iPhone. He even gave me a 60 day warranty so if u in need support this black owned business in Atlanta.

Apple litterally told me that my phone was unrepairable and that I would have to ship my phone to California for data recovery, and purchase a new phone.
