I have been coming to the place for the last 10yrs and I love them the customer service is out of this world. The quality of the product is on point. Prices are reasonable and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my aftermarket needs…..Have to check them out won’t be disappointed.

So I went in about a week ago to have speakers installed in the front and rear of my vehicle. Once I arrived for my appointment the owner let me know that there was a waiting area for customers. I politely declined because I wanted to sit in my car. I started chatting with the technician. The conversation was awesome. Very deep and knowledgeable. The owner and his wife walked by several times while we were talking and I honestly thought nothing of it until the technician was pulled to the side and told that he would have to move my car into the bay because they didnt feel comfortable with me sitting in my car during the installation, because the car was running. I had the car running to utilize the air conditioner. Halfway through the installation, the technician asked me if I was cool with paying for the service before it was complete to ease the nerves of the owners. I was shocked but it wasnt a problem for me to pay before the service was complete. If I had known, I wouldve paid for the service before the technician even started. A few days later I noticed the sound wasnt coming through my front speakers simultaneously, and the rear side panels were not pushed in correctly. I returned and the owner had the tech fix the speaker problem. When I asked him to push the side rear panel back in I noticed the owner, once again pulled him to the side to speak to him about that. Needless to say, this experience has been very awkward and personally I dont think I could ever recommend this establishment to anyone because if this.

When I tell you they are the truth! Customer service was awesome and they more than impressed me with their work that was done. I got more than what I came for and the pricing was amazing! Highly recommended!

Vicious Sound and the staff are exceptional, professional, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. They have my system sounding wonderful and clear with no problems. HIGHLY recommend and you will NOT be disappointed!! Money well spent!! Happy customer!!

I love love love this place. The owners are very warm and welcoming. They will treat you like family and cater to every want and need. I had a couple of problems with figuring out what I wanted and they were able to help me get my music to my liking. I definitely will be returning if I need to. I would recommend this place to anyone that is trying to upgrade their radio system in their car or truck. The owner and his wife were very professional and the bonus part for me was his wife was very welcoming. I just love her spirit and I just went there this morning 5-7-2021. Even though they were booked for the day. They took me in and got me out before 6:30pm. I am loving the new sound that my JBL is giving me in my car. I am so grateful and thank you again.

Service on Sept 4,2020. Appt was at 4:30, work was performed on time. They installed a Double Din Radio that I bought. Great price for install. Will bring back for other upgrades that Im purchasing. Thanks for the great customer service as well.

Called all around for weeks to get music installed in my 64 impala & nobody was willing to help until one day I called vicious sound and spoke with rico, he knew his field completely! Anytime you need subwoofers, amplifiers, just music for your vehicle period they’re the ones to go to! Thanks again you guys!

I stopped by this place just to check the prices and how long it would take to finish. The prices were very reasonable and he was even able to squeeze me in on a Saturday!! He did a great job on my tiny. While I was waiting for him to finish I chatted with Ms Regina for a while and I have to tell u she is the sweetest soul! She waved at me like we were family when she first saw me. Then we stood and chatted and laughed like we were girlfriends. Great place great energy!!

My assistant asked me for recommendations for a reputable audio installation company, and I recommended Vicious Sounds thinking that the customer service provided during the purchase and installation of my system would be continued, and it was not. She had purchased and installed, from them,a radio, and four speakers. Less than a year later the radio is sliding around in the dash, the volume knob does not work, and the speakers are popping and rattling. All G could tell her was to use the remote or come back so he can look at it, but if he looks at it and something is wrong with the radio then it will have to go back to the manufacturer, but hed charge her to uninstall the radio. It was no use for her to even ask about the speakers, because we could see how the response was about the radio. The only reason she called is because we are having the same problem with our radios, and we purchased the radios from them, and theyre two different brands. I patronized them, because their prices were better than Radioactive, but had I known my system, and service would turn out this way I would have just paid the extra money. I have a few company vehicles I need systems upgraded in, and I know where Im NOT going!!*Response*My assistant didnt ask for a replacement or a refund. She asked for the radio to be looked at and diagnosed. She was informed that if he looked at it and the problem was the actual radio itself then it had to be returned to the manufacturer. She asked who would uninstall the radio and he told her he would but for a service charge, which is ridiculous. Considering the facts she purchased the radio from your company and had it installed by your company, you verified that the product was yours, and it was your suggestion for it to be sent back to the manufacturer. The scenario would be different if she was disgruntled to the point of asking for a refund or a replacement, but those things she didnt do so the least you couldve have done was uninstalled the radio you installed.As for my system, I dont know why my radio is sliding, but I dont trust your business enough to even inquire. Like I previously stated, I know where NOT to go. You have a blessed day as well.

Listen!!!!When I tell you professional, nice, courtesy, inviting, prompt and more importantly quality of work is absolutely OUTSTANDING!! The young lady at the counter was exceedingly pleasant, the young man installing me radio with backup camera was knowledgeable! He promised me it would be completed in 3 hours... I dropped my truck off and 1.5 hours later they called for me to pick up my truck.... Im bringing my mom car to get a new radio! They have serviced what is now a life long customer. Awesome experience. Brought my Tesla in for a tint. They did a jaw dropping job. Very efficient and so easy to get along with as it should be. Stayed around over an hour just conversing with them and other customers. There is really no reason to go anywhere else. Highly recommend their services.

I was recommended to this shop by my co-worker and I must say these guys are knowledge of the work. I came to tint my car and get a radio. After talking to them I ended up putting on a remote starter on my car. The price is very reasonable and the work is excellent.

Man, when I tell you they took extra care in installing my radio. He had to do extra things to make it fit. When he finished, it looked like it was installed. The customer service, you cant beat it. Very courteous prompt service. Excellent customer service. I love Ms Regina’s attitude, she is so humble and caring for whatever your needs are when you walk into the shop. I got a Dodge Challenger tinted and was nervous about the back window bubbling up, Mr G assured me that it wouldn’t bubble due to him taking his time to smooth out that whole section! So far no problems and I am very happy to have went to this location!

Found out about them on Christmas Eve for my fiance, he has had to change out a amp the door speakers and add another amp plus a battery. These people are amazing! Not only did they direct me there when I got lost but I showed up five minutes before they closed and they still welcomed me in with open arms. I didn’t feel as if they were trying to “take” my money but instead trying to work with me after explaining my needs. They had everything there that I needed and upon checkout they even went ahead and installed on the spot and stayed an additional hour past closing because I lived so far away and was unsure when I’d be able to come back. Hey these guys are good. I had issues with my speakers. They cut my box and rebuilt it on the spot. Then when we thought it was done, I had a noise canceling issue, They knew exactly what it was and was able to fix it. At the end of the day, the price was great and their knowledge was spot on to fix any issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks

This place is very slow. No one communicates with you. Just walk by customers like we are flies on the wall. Said we would be in and out. Two people trying to work in three cars at one time. Sat up here for 5 plus hours. Will never be returning or recommending. Money Hungry People!!

G and his partner and his wife Regina were the consummate professionals. G asked for our requirements and then made suggestions that were appropriate for our needs. Vicious Sound went out of their way to give us what we needed at a cost that was more than reasonable. We will continue to use them for any automotive stereos, backup cameras, and speakers going forward.

Terrible customer service & they dont answer the phone. I was quoted one price on Wednesday and then it changed to a totally different price. I just feel like he didnt want to do the work.Very nonchalant. I work too hard to hand my money over to someone who acts like they dont want it... especially when Im paying for a service.Bad business ethics!

They do really good work, but I am disappointed that a 11 dollar tool set came up missing after my install and the sad part is I didnt even leave my car there I was there when they done the job. So if you do go make sure your belongings are put away!!!!
