I have visited this location many times before but I must say I had the the best customer service experience with Latonya a customer service rep and cashier!On both of my most recent visits shes been happy,full of life and willing to go out of her way to help!Just the few minutes I was able to share with her made my whole day!She was very knowledgeable about the store and had me in and out !Thank You Latonya for making my day!I hope to see you again soon!

Please don’t go here if you need a COVID testSomehow they ran out of them didn’t call or email us at all.We found out when I went for my appointment and they had ran out.Also the lady in the pharmacy said we could go to camp creek which is 20 mins to get there .She said camp creek would do it and that my information was sent there .Bold face lie .Camp creek told us they couldn’t do it and I needed to set another appointment 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

When I arrived there, the place was unusually busy with people waiting in line for check out which lead me to realize that I forgot my mask. However, I was able to complete my last minute shopping. When I arrived for checkout the lines were clear. The service attendants was great very helpful and past pace. So Id say I will be returning soon.

Save yourself a trip and find another location especially if your needs are electronics services. I have been to this store for many times for electronics services their machines are always down or broken or the system not working. Only the grocery section works.

After being put on hold 3 times on the fourth answer a friendly staff member in the pharmacy told me they did not carry a certian vaccine...all vaccine help searches to this location said otherwise. Please keep the websites updated!

Please do not apply to this store if you don’t want to work here or if they pay is too low!!! There is an unhappy vibe amongst the cashiers here, they’re so unbothered you can hear customers being checked out from the back of the store.

Why bother having a phone number if you’re going to intentionally hang up on customers trying to call the pharmacy? Tragic.

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to in my life! Staff is rude, no since of urgency, no compassion for customers! If I could give it zero stars I would! I wouldnt recommend this walgreens pharmacy to anyone!!!

Fast and friendly service.

I order from this location alot its 5 mins from my house, and Ive never had a problem from them. However, this time I ordered a puzzle for my mom and dads anniversary. It is online as same day pickup. I waited 2 days to go get it arrive and had was told they have to be sent off and then told wait it was done. After about 5 mins of searching they told me they would call me once its found. 2 days later I go back and check on it and was waiting for about 10 mins before being told they had to order some kits to do them and they should be in tomorrow. 3 days later I go and they told me oh still not here. It will be in maybe Saturday. This was an anniversary gift turned to a Christmas gift since its past the date. I had to cancel and do another order for a framed canvas. So I pick up the canvas the gentleman gave me a discount and showed me the canvas. I thought it didnt look right but I had my son with me and was in a rush. Showed my wife and sure enough they got the canvas in the frame backwards and its screwed in the front of the canvas. Even if I wanted to unscrew it and do it the right way the front is now ruined by four screw holes in it.6 months later I tried to support them again, why do I keep trying. Whats the point of same day pick up if you come the next day and its not ready or even printed.

I love the girls here at the pharmacy and those in the store so nice so friendly. Ill miss you all Im moving back to Tennessee. Thanks for everything

All staff are professional, courteous and move swift! Even when theyre under pressure, working the drive-thru & inside register, you never see either of them sweat or start running like theyve lost their patience.They all dress very neatly, their hair and nails are always presentable!They remember your face, name, D.O.B, & address you with such respectful customer service!Its almost as if they love who they work for, and love what they do!I live 27 miles away, and theres a Walgreens less than 2 blocks from my home, so for me to choose this Store over convenience, says everything about the Pharmacist and his staff.This rating is based on my personal experience, and everyone that Ive recommended, feel exactly how I do.This team truly deserves an award, though theyre just doing their jobs, they go above and beyond to make sure that all of your questions are answered, & that you leave with more knowledge, than you came in with!Of course all pharmacies have a WAIT at some point, its not worth a complaint, bcuz they are working as fast as they can to get people their medication.You can NEEEEVER say this staff just stands around, letting the phone ring off the hook, talking to each other about weekend plans, talking or laughing loud etc.I love this pharmacy! And all the staff.GREAT WORK!!!!!

This Pharmacy handles a large volume of customers effortlessly. Sometimes it requires a bit of patience on your part but the employees get things done. The pharmacist remembers me and asks how things are going with my medications. I like see the same faces working there too.

Its interesting to read the reviews on here. Generally speaking, its impossible to find a five star convenience store in Georgia. Its a challenge to find a store thats even 3 or 4 stars. That being said, I give this store an overall 2-3 stars. I had a great experience with an employee at this store. Michael was helping me do some prints at the photo center. The prints were done professionally and he is competent in his work. His work ethic, however, makes this store a better place and greatly improves the customer experience. In addition to helping me with a difficult printing order, he helped three other customers in a range of tasks around the store. Kudos to him on a job well done. You are on track to do great things and are truly an asset to Walgreens.

Customer service is poor and thats being nice about it . If you have another Walgreens close to you, go to that one because this one is definitely not worth your time. Manager is just as nasty, does not try 2 help the customer. They do not even know there own story police, tell u anything 2 go away.

This is a good 1 .. It just stay packed I guess thats why 🤷🏽... Its always a wait maybe 10 mins ..but when you get you meds ... Its always right.

At Walgreens, is very helpful; an for my time.

I usually don’t shop at Walgreen’s but since they bought out my fave, Rite Aid, I almost have no choice. I’ve recently been frequenting this location and they seem to always have everything I need from makeup to personal products. They also seem to have little sales going on or discounts if you use your Walgreen’s card which is always a plus! Staff is usually always helpful and pleasant as well!

Would be nice if the pharmacy department would answer their phone

It was very clean and that matters more than ever.

From my experience only this location sucks. Every time I shop those heffas never say thank u or hello and that’s very important to me. I’ve addressed this issues several times with management and it seems not to matter with the store manager. In my opinion this is the future of how they treat you at Walmart. It’s like they don’t wanna be at work.

This place has really gone down hill fast lately. When ever the Pharmacy Managers is not in then there is a crazy long line. The women Pharmacists are just rude. I really may need to change locations.

My local Walgreens from Riverdale is very greatly stocked and the staff are nice, the first time I bought a gift card the staff were nice and I hope you guys will start going to Walgreens and God bless Walgreens and have a nice day everybody...

Management in this store was beyond rude. Male cashier that helps out in photo dept was very helpful. Manager came over and took over transaction and was rude and unconcerned. I will never shop at this location again.

Just spoke to someone in the pharmacy that was rude and unprofessional. My first bad experience here in this store and I hope that I dont have to encounter him again. I prefer the woman Pharmacist better.
