Hello, When I say I had the best experience and service. The mobile vehicle mechanics saved me $1700 that the Audi dealership stated it would cost me. . I was in and out and had the best experience ever. The owner was very informative and I brought the paperwork in from the dealership stating what needed to be done and how much it would be upfront. I havent had any issues with my vehicle. This is my new mechanic not the dealership.

On April 15, 2021, I contacted Keith at Mobile Vehicle Mechanic LLC. He diagnosed my truck and it needed an engine. We agreed that I would pay him weekly for labor, until I could purchase an engine. Keith decided to move his business to Florida and on May 16th 2021, without my knowledge or any contact, Keith had my truck towed by Eric, from ProTow, someone he claims that he has no affiliation with. I asked Keith and Eric for the location of my truck, and they both refused to inform me. Eric from ProTow, said that I had to pay $1385 to return my truck and threatened to sell my truck, if I didnt give him the money. They both committed Fraud and Extortion. Do Not Trust these so called businesses. As of today. Monday. Sept 13. they still have my truck.

I originally had a mobile mechanic come out to change the water pump on my Toyota Prius. I ended up also installing a new battery, getting the bulbs in all my lights checked and changed, as well as an oil change (might as well since theyre here). I was a little worried because my Prius can be a little tricky sometimes, but they were great! The mechanic was very professional and knowledgable, went and got all my parts for me, and communicated well about what was done on my car. This mobile service was so convenient for me since I work a really tight schedule and couldnt imagine sitting in a repair shop all day waiting or having to drop off and be without my car for almost a week. Its been over a month and Im just getting around to giving a review, but my car is running perfectly. I would definitely recommend Mobile Vehicle Mechanics and I will be calling them if and when I need another service.

I have to give this place a terrible review and I hate doing so because Im not the type of person to ever leave a bad review I always seem to find the best in everything but here is my story. upon arrival the mechanic was already 4 hours late then he showed up and slippers and socks which was very unprofessional. after he worked on my vehicle did not fix the problem $250 later he said that he knew what the problem was and that he would come back and fix it another day. before he started working on my vehicle they performed a $125 diagnostic which is supposed to diagnose the problem and then they fix it he fixed my thermostat and said that the problem wasnt fixed then said it was a sensor I had to pay him for fixing the thermostat and the sensor was not fixed so basically I paid him to do nothing. I fixed the sensor myself and lo and behold it was correct he was right it was the sensor but it was a cheap $50 fix that I did myself. after driving the vehicle for 10 miles after he fixed it everything that he put on the vehicle broke the thermostat was cracked the hose was damaged everything that their mechanic fixed on the vehicle malfunctioned and I was left on the side of the road for 4 hours I called them and got the runaround for 3 days and they have the audacity to tell me that they were going to have to charge me $125 for another mechanic to come out. I had to show my butt and eventually the manager reimbursed me a portion of what I paid them. these people are not professional and have basic mechanic skills do not trust them with fixing something major other than routine car maintenance. Do yourself the justice and take your car to a real mechanic shop or the dealership.

I wish I didn’t have to give a 1 star BUT since that’s the only option it’ll do. First! I don’t know even know where my granddad found this place. Silly of me not to do my own research before continuing with Mobile Vehicle Mechanics especially because I always read reviews. Not sure why this time was different. SMH. A service tech came to my home, ran a diagnostic test and I was told I need a catalytic converter. (Which I already knew prior just a few days before done by Auto Zone) but of course getting a second opinion and I needed to have it fixed. I wasn’t given a quote right away due to the tech needing to get back to the office to get the numbers. Cool.I believe it had been at least 2 weeks before I was able to get an update on how much it would be. Still no problem. I had my car towed from Marietta to Riverdale 3/30 and didn’t pick up my car until 4/13. So! Here is where my issue begins. I was given a quote for ONE catalytic converter $558.59 provided via email. No problem. On April 9th I received a call from Keith letting me know that I now needed two catalytic converters for a 2010 Nissan Sentra along with sensors(not familiar with exact name because I’m not a mechanic). I authorized Keith to continue with the work. So on the 12th is when I received a second quote $1224.46. Since I don’t know about cars I started doing my own research since Keith had never heard of my car needing 2 catalytic converters. I called the same day I received the 2nd quote just to get a full understanding of what I was getting done. I never spoke to Keith directly he was talking in the background through the woman at the front desk. Still not understanding I had my granddad call. Not sure what the conversation was but now I’m given a 3rd quote for $602.49 for one catalytic converter and the cleaned sensors. At this point I’m over it. Picked up my car the following day. Drove from 4/13 to 4/17 with no issues my engine light came on the evening of the 17th. I called on Monday, left voicemail. Followed up Tuesday was told Keith would call back to schedule something. Still no call. On the 22nd I couldn’t drive over 30 miles. I scheduled service at Nissan they told me that the part that was put on was the incorrect size for my car. I still have yet to talk to Keith.At this point I’m beyond upset because I put $600 out just to be told I still need two catalytic converters. I didn’t want to take my car back up to Mobile Vehicle Mechanics. So, when I finally spoke with Keith. I told him the situation. I didn’t want them to work on my car I wanted my money back. I was told that I needed to bring the part back so a refund could potentially be discussed along with in writing that the part was incorrect from Nissan. I have a car that’s not driving over 30 miles in Marietta, have to take the part off which Nissan was charging me to do, get to Riverdale to maybe get a refund?? Beyond annoyed!Lost out on $600 😒 but I ended up selling my car. Even though I sold my car it was the principle behind it and I wanted MY money back for the service that was done incorrectly.Nope. I don’t recommend Mobile Vehicle Mechanics and I’m honestly not interested in a response. What’s done is done. ✌🏾**My car was serviced in April NOT February. Your tech came out in March. This has nothing to do with being budget friendly. Paying was NOT an issue. I completely understand that cars need regular maintenance and sometime further repairs. My issue was NISSAN told me I still needed TWO catalytic converters. Anyways, I took a L. It’s all good!

Called 1st thing in the morning, and they came to my car with the hour. Quick and affordable just the way i like it.

I called this company requesting a last minute appointment to perform an overall check on a used vehicle I was planning to purchase. They were able to accommodate my timeframe at a very reasonable cost. The technician who came out did a thorough check and took time to talk to us about future maintenance for the car we were purchasing. On top of that, everyone I spoke to was courteous, helpful and professional.

This is hands down the best mobile mechanic on line the owner was very professional and upfront about time and pricing and the tech Zack he was awesome very knowledgeable and took his time and did it right he even fixed a few things that he didnt have to and he didnt leave until he knew it was right. Will definitely be using these guys from now on.

This business has shown to be very professional and reliable. Ever since I got my car, I’ve been going to this mechanic. They come out to your house and they’re right on time. 10/10 highly recommended.

I called this company because my car had some electrical issues due to a sunroof drain hose water leak . I wasn’t able to drive the car so I contacted them since they are mobile and I spoke to Keith . He was very profesional in telling me about the business and I decided to give them a chance . I opted for getting a mechanic to perform a full diagnostic ($125 value ) to find the issues with my car . The mechanic (Jomacka ) showed up the same day ahead of schedule, however he only spent less than 30 min checking my car . This was nothing as described by Keith as he mentioned the mechanic was going to be thorough . I received a call from the mechanic to tell me he was able to retrieve some codes but was not very specific as what the issue was or what type of parts or repairs I needed in order to get my car up and running again . He mentioned he will report the finding to Keith and that I was going to receive a detailed report of the findings, that was Saturday ... today is Wednesday 5- 19-2021 and I still have not received that report . I feel I was scammed out of $125 for just coming out to read the codes, the detailed inspection and report was not done as explained to me prior to request the service or still needs to be completed by their “Master Mechanic “ .If you need a mobile mechanic look elsewhere unless you want to pay for an overpriced ODB scanner reading over the phone .

I brought my Mercedes-Benz in for some general maintenance service. I needed my « check engine light » diagnosed, my trunk lock replaced, as well as having all my turning blinkers, head lights, brake lights, etc checked and replaced. My E320 is running great and I’m very pleased with the quality of work from my mechanic, their great customer service, & honesty! I’ll be coming back for any other needed repairs in the future.

The mechanic came and repaired my brakes quickly. He was very knowledgeable! I would you this vendor again.

Kieth Nelson coordinated the Replacement of a new battery which I already had. He was professional and courteous. He arranged for Colby the technician to come to my house and do the work. Colby was equally as professional and courteous as.the front office.These guys answered the Phone scheduled the service Emailed the conformation and the Tech was there in 15-20 minutes. I was back on the road in 45 minutes.Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I would definitely use them again and will definitely recommend them🥰

They stole my engine mount out of my car while fixing my starter. I had another mechanic come to finish the job said everything was put back improperly and the reason my car still isn’t working is because this company stole my engine mount

I’ll start by sayin I def appreciate them for the work they did in a desperate time of need! The reason I’m giving them a 2 star is because I was about to be charged an extra $100 for a service they know they did not do. If it was not for me asking to see what was done to my suv I would have been overcharged. Not to mention I got my muffler replaced in the summer time and haven’t had a problem since but all of a sudden it needs to be replaced again after they got done playing underneath my suv. I left an had to go to a muffler shop an pay an extra $50 for them to fill in holes that they missed (he even suggested I take it back where I got it done because it was not a good job). Personally I will not use this business again!

Place has horrible service, they give me a time they’re gonna arrive but never show. I suggest u call another business

I have just came into it the business of buying mobile home and flipping them my knowledge of them was little and there was able to help me and educate me on things a lot of companies would not do that all they want is the money I think it was a true blessing that I do business with this company

They are very professional and understanding with my vehicle. They are very good servicing my car and they had also helped my sister with her car as well.

They called me and let me know what was going on with my vehicle. They gave me a date to pick up my vehicle, but due to other problems with my vechile they reached back out to me and told me it was going to be later then what they thought. Of course I got upset but they show their Professionalism and NEVER GOT UPSET with me(even if I did🙄😏). I will come back to them again and tell my family about them
