A great professional auto recycler. I got there somewhat early for my part (I should have called them earlier) and rather than be put off, they got to work. Kris, who helped us, even said she had had two Mondays that week. The worked hard to ensure the part was right and that it matched early on prior to showing up. They ROCK!

I didnt like that you cant just go to the back & get, but it still was a great experience. At the end of the sale, it was brought to my car for me, I loved that part!

First time ordering from this auto part store and when I called for a part I was told a different price then what the total rang up. Andrea did not mention anything about extra charge for warranty etc. she said my part will arrive within 3 days when I ordered feb 6th it is now February 17th and not once did I get a phone call from anyone announcing my part has arrived it’s been there since the 11th. That’s just poor customer service and I never will be ordering from this place again.

Customer service at the front desk is far from the best. They could be clearer on store policies, also they could be a little more helpful an polite when assisting the customer.

My car was just sitting in my driveway posing as a gate. Ill call ABC Auto parts and they had a representative who is awesome Griff. He was able to pull my car out of this very narrow driveway and did not cause any damage to my house or the gate. He was very pleasant and efficient. The job itself took about 30 minutes and I would definitely recommend them in the future. Its easier to write a review when someone is doing a bad job but its not often that you get a review when someone does an outstanding job. Thank you ABC Auto parts and I can use that money to buy a gate 😊

Was there yesterday 1/20/2020. I purchased 4 used tires that were in great condition. The price was good as well. However because they don’t install tires, I had to take the car elsewhere for installation (no problem). The problem that I had is there was no one that could help us take the tires out to my car. My 68 yr old uncle, a disabled veteran that walks with a cane had to help me carry the filthy tires. They seemed not to care about that. I’m thinking an establishment of that size was unable to find one employee that could assist us 😏.. response to owner’s reply. I definitely asked for assistance and was stunned and appalled that we were told no one could help us. I do appreciate you responding...

So, I really hate dealing with anything that has to do with car parts because I usually just ask a family member (Dad, Brother, Cousin...etc) to help me out. My dad and brother both moved out of state so I was left to fend for myself! My daughters car needs NEW TIRES and with this crazy weather I had to make sure she was getting a good set. So when I called, a lady by the name of Maria answered the call and was super nice right off the bat. Her bubbly personality and knowledge of what I needed for my daughters car made the whole experience super easy!! I really hope I get to meet her when I go in for my tires! Thanks Maria!

I hit a pothole with my 2005 Bonneville GXP looked everywhere for a used rim or aftermarket one. Was about to give up and just order one for full price and wait the allotted timeframe. Then I called spoke with a very helpful young man forgot his name but I asked if they had one. Informed me they did for about half the price I was looking to spend. March of 2018 my wife hit and tore off the driver mirror on her 2007 Toyota Solara ABC at that time replaced the mirror immediately with super quality. Now 2 years later to the day again she tore the mirror off driver side same car. I contacted ABC had the good fortune to speak with Richard Espino. Within minutes the mirror was being sent to FEDEX for delivery. The mirror arrived today in excellent condition. I immediately made the install. If anyone out their needs parts this is the place to call. I am very happy 2 years in a row. Hopefully my wife will keep this one for a while. They will sell salvaged vehicles for full kbb value without disclosure. They run a scam getting all the area stolen cars and piecing them together and reselling them, based on their business model I wouldnt go near this place for anything.

Ordered my part and asked that they could ship it quickly, as I was trying to get it by a certain date. Everyone at ABC said that they did not do shipping on a fenders. when I spoke to Derrick m, he knew my situation that I just needed this part shipped and it did not matter how much it will cost me. Derrick was super helpful, fast and on point with the car information. I received my order in 4 days and it was in perfect condition. I would definately recommend them to a friend and I will be ordering from them again for sure

Full disclosure ... I was actually writing an article on parts and contacted this store to serve as a source. Ricky was extremely helpful and was very sensitive to my deadline. He cared about my request and got me plugged in with the right person about my request. If thats how they treat a writer, I cant imagine how well they would treat a customer.

Lied to about my title transfer. If i cant trust my own family to do the right thing, neither should anyone doing business here. I was told the title was now in my name and would be kept safe, seems more like it was kept in my fathers name and thrown out after i left.Edit for all to see, because apparently some may think this is only an issue between two people: this reply does no justice to what actually happened. I was assured my title would be safe and transfered to my name by employees of this business. I was truly sad to find out that I was lied to by everyone involved, not just my family, when months after i paid for my own insurance, thinking i now personally owned this car, it was towed from my property. While few people condemned these actions, the management of this business did not follow through with our agreements and are okay with what happened to me and how i was wronged.Also, calling me to take it down before anything else happens sounds threatening. Please dont say things like that to people.

Great place to shop when in need for a used part. The staff is great people and to be a salvage yard the place is well organized. The prices is also reasonable and if you feel that you are being over priced they (the staff) usually work with you. Overall just give the place a try most likely youll leave with what youre looking for. ( An if you are in need for some wheels and also sell cars I cant give a review on those too much I never bought one from them)

Emailed three requests about a part(RX400h battery), Never get back from them. Not sure what happened.Update 1: I forwarded my request email to Megan. Let us see if she responds.Update 2: I did receive email response back from Megan and Derrick. Even they gave me a much higher price than they listed on car-parts. I am still satisfied with the communications with them. I hope they can offer better deal.

Went there for parts for an 05 Sprinter. I requested to look at the vehicle and see what was good on it before having them pull any parts for me. They said they needed someone to escort me back to show it to me. I waited an hour for something that took five minutes. Theyre either stupid, negligent or some combination of the two. They put me on the waiting list as if I called in about a part, meaning that the mechanics would do everything else, literally complete every other task for the day before they would help me. I left the service desk, went to the mechanics myself and they helped me in only a couple minutes. The mechanic was a decent guy, but the guys at the front desk were some of the dumbest people Ive ever met.Edit: (In response to their response) - they still dont seem to get it. Treating someone who walked in and is waiting for 2 minutes of someones time the same as someone who called in and will come and pick up a part tomorrow is... well, stupid.
