I went in to repair my window power and the guy with the dreads helped me so much! He showed me how I broke the button and how to install a new one. After the quick service the manager was just as kind which made me write this review! These are honest people not looking to take advantage of young women and my lack of knowledge related to cars lol I will come back for all my window services!

The price was fair. The customer accommodation could be could be improved. There were two chairs outside of the shop that were provided but the chairs were in full sun light. This could be problematic if it was raining as well. Once the technician started servicing the vehicle he was very skilled and efficient.

I had an amazing visit here. There wasnt a wait, the staff was courteous, and one person replaced my back window and windshield PROPERLY in less than 2 hours. Their customer service is definitely something to brag about.

Robert the technician did a great job on my windshield replacement, the other technicians was very nice as well, however there is some type of communications issues within the shop, I was instructed to pull into bay 2 by a technician when the car that was in there pulled out, when I pulled my car in it was an older gentleman whom I assume is the manager or owner asked me in almost a demeaning manner “who told you to pull in this bay?” I pointed out the technician who instructed me to pull in and he looked at him in an evil way. I told the older guy that I could pull out if he liked but he said no just stay there. If I didn’t need a windshield so bad I most likely would’ve left. My advice to this business is to learn better customer service skills because in this day and age people will certainly find a better business to patronize. Not sure I would use them again but if you go here ask for Robert he does great work and would be the only reason I would return.

Damage hood of my car and do not want to fix it, I recommend not to use this location. If you do take picture before and after. It may help because I have before and after and still got the run around for 2 month. Get this I had to do all the contact with the calling. Barbie and Michelle will lie for the person in charge and say that they are busy and return call but Glen or Tommy never will. Corporate office is the same this company is a joke.

I choose this place because it was close to my place of employment and they had the best price for the several places I called ( windshield) . They were fast in getting my windshield replaced.... The guy in the bay with the glasses directing traffic gotta be from up North... Lil strong in how he directs traffic when pulling up but for how quick I got my car back I dnt care lol. Quick, efficient, and well priced for a full windshield replacement on my car. Took them about 1 and a quarter hrs from start to finish. Definitely cheaper out of pocket than what you would have to pay with your insurance if you have a high deductible plus them raising your rates because you put a claim in on a rock chip. Drove in and out on the same day. Quoted price includes parts and labor and they guarantee work as long as you own the car.

Really good people they replaced my cracked window we assumed was causing a bad leak. I was there when it was raining short story window was fixed but car was leaking like crazy inside they advised it was the sun roof was not draining properly. It was pouring like crazy outside they were nice enough to not send me home with that issue pulled my car in the shop fixed it right away. nice guy forgot to ask his name showed me the issue before he fixed it explained well enough for me to understand. The lady in the office with the red hair was nice too.

Customer service needs to clarify she has the right invoice for your car. Otherwise you are charged for someone else repair job. She did make it right before leaving, but a little more effort on HER part these would be avoided. I read another review stating same issue.Their work is TOP NOTCH and highly recommend them.

They were very accommodating to my wifes schedule to have the windshield replaced in a prompt manner at her workplace. The other company I called couldt even give us a quote for several weeks. The price was lower than what my insurance company said it would be and the technician was very courteous and professional. He even replaced the oil due change sticker from the shattered windshield to the new windshield. I would definitely recommend this company.

Wow. We thought by the reviews this would be a great experience. Boy were wrong. Had an appointment Tuesday and when the tech showed up, he was completely professional, but informed us that they had loaded the wrong part. He apologized and said he would be back Thursday with the right part and finish the job. Again, completely professional and I understood the inconvenience. But when Thursday came, we called to check on the appointment time and the guy that answered the phone was completely rude and blamed my wife for the wrong part. No sir. I heard her tell you three times it was a Tacoma. Not a Tundra. And if by some chance she had misspoken, it still doesnt give you the right to be rude like you were. But in the long run, I guess I should thank you. Were ultimately getting the job taken care of today and for about $40 cheaper. Hopefully you were just having a bad day and this isnt how you treat all your customers.

My son referred me to Auto Glass Now following a very positive experience with the company last year. After contacting several auto glass replacement companies, AGN was the most competitive and followed-up on the quote to ensure the requirements were correct. They validated the quote, and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician Mike Steele phoned when he was in-route to my home and upon arriving began work immediately, Mike was very courteous, and made quick work of the installation leaving no sign of the broken glass chips or materials. I highly recommend Mike and AGN and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

They deserve a negative one star for my experience! I went here against better judgement simply because they quoted a much cheaper price than Safelite Auto Glass, and seemed professional over the phone. I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced never been to this shop. They replaced my windshield and caused a significant amount of damage to my 2016 Infiniti QX80, which was much worse than the small windshield crack that I came with. They admitted that the technician had never replaced a windshield like mine, and he was completely rough with my vehicle. They damaged my front panels, windshield is not in correctly, and damaged all the molding surrounding the windshield! I am livid. They admitted their mistake and that they would take care of it. Well, after 3 days they are still making excuses. My truck is significantly damaged and was not like this before I came here. I went here despite my better judgement after seeing their shop, and got burned as a result. I have a $70k with significant damage now and a broken heart. I will be suing for damages and have they shut down. What they did is inexcusable and should not have happened! The manager promised to call me and repair for two days and has not. DO NOT GO HERE! The manager, Joel is rude and a LIAR! When you need answers, they just keep putting you on hold and then come to the phone only to make excuses. Do not trust anything that they say because they are liars! They should have admitted they did not know what they were doing instead of damaging my vehicle. So unprofessional!

Advice...be there early in the day. This place is BUSY! I called around and got an average quote of $450 to replace my windshield. Auto Glass Now replaced it for $236. The person in the office, Mason, was extremely polite and friendly. The gentleman that did the installation was Mike. He did a great job and was very fast (been installing for 15 years). But, there is really no waiting area, and they are so busy that you could wait for a couple of hours. My suggestion is to leave your vehicle or be there when they open. I called the afternoon before and they ordered my windshield. I was there at 9:15 on a Sat and they were already so busy. Waited patiently until they could get to me. Actual installation was 30 mins. I totally recommend their business, but they could definitely use a larger facility...

I literally just left from up there getting my back window fixed and it is a ton of glass so left around the trim of the window and it sounds as if the window is loose. I will keep driving to make sure.

Had my windshield replace almost 2 years ago. Last week I was driving and my rear view mirror came off so I was like no big deal I thought I could glue it back. When I was trying to glue it back I noticed that a chunk of glass came off. I called their national number and they told me to take it to the shop to get their judgment. The guy who was in the front desk just sitting on his butt told me that this happens all of the time. He didn’t even went to take a look at it and simply told me that it would not be covered. How can this not be covered when it is a manufacture problem?? If this happens all of the time, it probably is happening to your customers because of the cheap glass you are using. When I had the original windshield that never happened. Never have I gone through this with any vehicle I have owned until now.This tells you the quality of the glass. Also, as you can see in the picture they didn’t install the mirror in the right spot. Don’t fall for their low prices you get what you pay for.

Absolute excellent service!! Great I mean GREAT low prices. Took exactly 30 mins to replace my windshield. Super quick and everybody was super nice. It started to rain one of the workers offered me and my girlfriend some seats out to stay dry. Very nice of him then on top of the already excellent service another worker came and wiped the chairs for us :) we didn’t even ask him to thank you!! Last but not least the two who worked front desk yesterday Were amazing and super friendly. Top notch service!! I told them I would leave a review you guys rocked!! Had both my 1964.5 mustang & my Tesla model 3 done here ! The mustang came out so good you wouldn’t be able to find the chip repair unless I showed you where it was super tiny micro blemish now vs the dime sized chip it had from these rocks on Atl hwys. Ive even watched them to a complete windshield replacement and it come out as good as new . Friendly staff and customer service and very knowledgeable manager and receptionist

This nightmare began on Friday March 20, 2017. I had an appointment to have my auto glass replaced at 9am. I was told that windshield had not arrived and that it would be there shortly. Vehicle was taken into the shop around 10:30 am I waited around until around 12pm windshield still had not arrived. I summoned uber to take me home. Called back all day and was promised that windshield was on the way. At 5:50 pm right before closing I was told that the window wont arrive until Monday. I asked if they would pay for uber to bring me back to the shop to retrieve my vehicle and they said no! I told them to keep the vehicle and I would pick it up monday morning. Vehicle was not ready until 5:40 pm. I paid for another uber to take me to the shop to retrieve it. One week later I returned with the vehicle complaining that the chrome molding was loose and was told to see the manager. Stayed there for 40 minutes waiting for manager to exit his vehicle, then left. 2 weeks later I was driving on the highway and molding blew off. Took it back and was told by the aloof manager (who did not even look at the damage) to advise the woman at the counter and they would order me a new molding and call me. Have not heard from them since.

It was fast and easy and affordable. I did show up when they opened and was 2nd in line. They had 2 bays going so moved quickly.

Unfortunately i was the victim of crime at my job. Someone had busted out my passenger front side window. It wasnt only me but 6 other people in a span of less than an hour according to the police officer i was able to flag down. This had never happen to me before so of course i was upset. I had to find someone to replace the window fast and at an affordable price since my insurance deductible was $500. I literally just got my car window fixed Saturday, before leaving out of town right after and I do admit yall did a great job on fixing my window. But, whatever you guys did putting my door panel back in place, I have use a bit of force to open my door from the inside and my door handle is off track so I literally cannot close my door from the inside/outside now.. my car has being parked in the airport parking lot since then And I’m just getting back in town noticing this at 4-5am smh.

Amazing experience. I had a windshield that was loose. No cracks chips, the molding was loose. I called a few different places all with the same response. You have to have the windshield replaced. So I kept trying .Talked with the lovely ladies at Auto Glass Now they said bring it by let us look at it. When I arrived they promptly took a look and said we can reglue it. Wow amazing .
