I frequently find the long waits to be the normal here. 4 or 5 people working in this little store, with 1 on the register and no one responding to requests for backup. I regularly run to the Escalon location for better service.

One of the friendliest dollar stores Ive been into. Very friendly and asking questions, always willing to help find things,. Even if the items not on the show theyll see if they have it in stock. Our whole family loves the staff there.

I needed a few things to cook with while traveling and my own supplies are packed away. They had what I needed in a pinch. Kitchen shears, bench scrapper, spoon rest, baking pan etc... stuff i dont mind leaving behind.

O.k. THANK YOU for asking. I went yesterday. To Riverbank Dollar tree for a specific item, hair coloring, red. You were out. When I asked, the answer was : If it not on the shelf, We dont have it. 😐 I also asked when you get it in. The answer was I dont know, I only work here.

The staff are always friendly and willing to help. Usually there is only one cashier and there have been many times where there are four or more people in line. Besides that very nice store overall.

Busy, messy, usually runs out of stock on seasonal quickly. Expect to loose time at the cash registers, always a wait.

Not a bad store, decent service. Not the most organized place, but the prices are good. Cant beat a dollar!

Loved it. Also what happened to the green carpet. Was it removed because it was dirty. Anyways I also loved when everything is 1 dollar.

I work here people that smoke on the side of the building its because theyre on their break not because theyre not doing their job

Cashiers are always friendly. Was busy, everybody getting Foodstamps and of work. Only 2 cashiers working.

Smaller towns always offer exceptional customer service and this is one of them. Large cities like Sacramento offer the WORST customer service.

This is my favorite dollar tree location to shop at. The staff is friendly and the store is well stocked and clean.

The dollar tree has made alot of changes to the store and the cashier was polite and courteous.

Everything is a dollar. Cant argue with only paying a buck for cleaning supplies.

Terrible store. Employees always on side of store smoking instead of working. Always has a extremely long line because of only one cashier.

The line at dollar tree are always long when there are 3 customers in line they should open a new cash register
