I am only rating this a 4 because Estevan Lopez, who finally helped us in appliances, made it a pleasant experience. I was in to purchase a washer/dryer set and this young man who works in flooring non the less, was the guy who helped us. I asked 3 other associates for help or to page someone from appliances and was pretty much ignored. So I took off my flipping mask, just to be acknowledged. Thank you Estevan, you made all the difference

My husband and I had to make a Home Depot run. We were shocked at how few people were wearing masks and nobody was practicing social distancing at all ! People were not paying attention to the 6 ft lines at the register. I asked the young lady at the register why nothing was being done and she said management didnt care !!!!I will NEVER go back to this store even though its closer to my home than any of the other ones !!!
