Absolute best place to purchase filtered water. Staff is so very kind and thoughtful.

They are over-matched and over rated. Weve been waiting for our order at CHS for almost 4 weeks. Delivery person does not appear to care if he is delivering the product accurately. Had to re-order and been waiting for 2-weeks. I question the bottle filling process after seeing how the delivery system operates.

We ALWAYS come here for our water. Great price and customer service. Today was awful.. I recently had a baby and had her with me, along with 5 jugs to fill. The guy who helped us was SO rude. I kindly asked him if we could use the cart to bring my waters in to fill, as I had my baby with me and will not leave her in the car. He rolled his eyes at me, didn’t say a WORD, and rolled them in. The other guy who was working there saw how rude he was and told me I could wait in my car with the baby and he would bring them out to me. So thank you to him who made my day easier as a new mom... then the same rude guy brought them out, I said thank you for loading them, and again, he didn’t say a word back, and walked off.. So whoever was in the camo jacket working today you could really use some customer service skills.

Update: Just visited this store today - fast, friendly service like weve always received.They always come out to get your bottles - love that. Fast service, nice people.

Filtered and reverse osmosis treated water at reasonable prices. They also carry bottles, BPA free to get you started. Ive been using their water for 2 years and havent had to descale my Keurig once!

Recommended. Long term customer. Ive been buying water here for many years, and I find that the consistency and the quality is good. I note that there are some negative reviews with regards to hours or abrupt closures. This has never happened to me, and I suspect that this is a case that those who are mad will post more than those who are satisfied. This is a small business, and I understand when something goes awry or scheduling gets interfered with. I will remain a loyal customer of this business, and I encourage others to patronize it as well.

Ive been getting my water here since 2012 and never had a bad experience. :) The only complaint I would have is after hours when using the water vending machine, it sometimes eats your change but thats about it. Great service great business

Ive been there twice on a weekday and they were closed while the website said open and tried calling as well with no answer or info in the voicemail about unexpected closures. Very unprofessional and unconvienent. I wish I could say something better as I just moved here and want to be a customer but my first week of service is becoming a huge let down

GROAN What happened? I dearly miss the friendly staff and excellent customer service! that was once given at this place!!!!! Upon investigation, I learned that this store is under new ownership and boy does it show! No help extended to carry in empty bottles from the car, no smiles or greetings, and no damns given when friendly conversation is initiated by customers. The woman that now runs this place has no concept of what it takes to keep the loyal customer base that was built up by the previous owners. .It would do her well to read all the positive reviews earned by her predecessors to learn a thing or two! The previous owners built up quite a clientele that will soon be lost due to the poor business practices of the new. The store has posted business hours yet abruptly closed shop during the middle of the day on an occasion that I happened to be there. I over heard the woman turning away a pleading, elderly lady who explained that she had driven from the northeast heights of Albuquerque just to get water .NOT RIGHT!!!! I have referred so many people to this store over the years partly because it was only one of three places to get alkaline water refils in the city and many of my referrals drove from very far areas of the city. Well, I recently learned of alkaline water systems being installed in other Water To Go stores which dispensed water at higher PH levels actually constituting true alkaline water. I learned that the alkaline water that was being dispensed at the Rio Rancho Blvd. Water To Go was in fact at PH levels below which would be true alkaline water even though being advertised as alkaline water and is at about the same levels of water sold at a much cheaper price. When I nicely asked the woman if they had any plans to install a different system for their alkaline water she blew off my inquiry with a sharp, NO in return. Not once, not twice, but three times I circled back to my inquiry without any regard for it by this woman. Upon the two of us walking out to my car,, I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking perhaps she was distracted with dispensing the water and then again ringing up the sale. to give my question much consideration so I brought it up again,. I expressed my concern and her response was, do you want your bottles placed on the floor or the seat? VERY RUDE way to respond to someones inquiry, just ignore them. The new owners need to rethink the way they do business or this Water To Go store will soon end up another casualty
