We have been coming to Einstein’s now for a couple of years. Customer service has always been top notch, smiles on their faces (even with a mask), good food and the best coffee. Caribou coffee has been the main stay of Einstein Bagels.Although the food is good we really do come for the coffee! I am a huge fan of Caribou coffee and I do know that they make their coffee with a different type of being which cost more. Einstein bagels is discontinuing serving Caribou coffee and I would assume it’s because of cost.So this review is really reaching out to corporate in hopes that they do read it. In your app you offer free coffee with an online order. Which is fantastic! But I’d rather pay a dollar per cup or even two dollars per cup in order to keep Caribou coffee.Einstein bagels has a good formula I hope they don’t mess with it too much!

Excellent sandwich! I had the Farmhouse breakfast sandwich on a toasted green chili bagel. It was wonderful! Really appreciate the extra care they’re taking and keeping everyone safe. Fresh and delicious! Highly recommend.

I ordered a sandwich and was informed that they didnt have the bagel that the order is made with. They asked me what substitute I wanted and when I reviewed the receipt I discovered an upcharge.I was charged extra for their lacking availability of a product.They also forgot my chips.My wife asked for an ice water accompanying the drink she ordered. I ordered a hot coffee drink.Instead of giving us an ice water with our drinks I received an iced coffee.The food wasnt bad, just the service.

From time I ordered to getting bag in hand 14 min. Ordered all bagel to be cut vertically. One choc chip and one apple cinnamon. Got up to window finally and told out of choc chip. Got blueberry instead. 2nd time in a week out at 9am. Hello make more!! Late for doc appt cuz took way too long. Really you ask if I want to tip. Totally rude!!!

Im afraid this Einstein has blown it each time in our last three visits. Incorrect orders, rude staff in-store and in the drive thru, over-cooked bagels, and this time, they were out of four different bagels we needed, and it was going to be 25 minutes before a new batch came out. I have even contacted the manager to explain some if the issues we have had, and never got a response.Pick a different Einstein location, folks.

I love Einstein bagels. This experience was different than most. We went on a Monday around 8am. As to be expected, they were extremely busy. We order two breakfast sandwiches off the menu, no modifications, wait our turn in line, and get our food. No complaints.Start eating my sandwich only to find the top of the tomato attached to one of my slices. I picked it out and ate the rest of my sandwich, which was awesome. Just seems careless to have put that in a paying customers food.My husband and I are from out of town and it was a treat to be able to go to einseteins, however I doubt we will return to this location.

RIDICULOUSNESS. I waited in the drive-thru line for nearly an hour on a Sunday around 10:00 a.m. I understand this would be a busy time, but honestly it should never take an hour. So while I was waiting in line I decided to download and order through the app to try to save time and have it ready when I got to the window. Instead, I was told at the window that they not only did not have the bagels I ordered but did not have the hash browns. And to make matters worse, she was not able to refund the money that I had already paid through the app for some odd reason. Magically, when I asked to talk to the manager she was able to refund the cash to me. I find this to be very odd, even suspicious. Regardless, I will never ever ever go back here.

Bagel was great. Would recommend cream cheese and tomatoes on the green chili bagel. Now for the drinks...the crew didnt make our drinks right away and I watched at least 3 people work on them. The chai tea was plain and not anything worth getting. The iced mocha was not the least iced unless you count pouring a hot mocha over ice. Took way too long for the drinks.

We love our local Einstein Bros! I’ve never had a bad interaction with the staff; they’re always friendly and helpful, even when they’re slammed. Your wait can be little long if you go when it’s busy, but if you place mobile orders in the app and pick up in store it’s usually very quick.

Theyre good and sometimes take a little long, but its usually made uo for in their food. They have decent foods, although sometimes the actual sandwiches are a little pricey.

This is perhaps the best breakfast place I have been to.. the food here is great alright but what I liked the most is how the staff there handle the customers.. its with respect and great care even in the busiest of hours.. They are very friendly and patient.

Went to get bagels this morning. Checked the web site. It claims they open at 6:00 am. Drove down to the store. Got there about 6:30. Was told they don’t have bagels for the public until 7:00. Was very disappointed

We just went to the Rio rancho location this morning and the experience only got worse and worse. So we pull up to the drive thru for our order. Upon getting to the window the woman told us that they did not have any of the churro party bagels we ordered no biggie she offered to give us the chocolate bagles they had in stead but than those were also out of stock and so was the next item she listed off to us why even bother asking if we want anything else if you apprently have nothing?so we asked for a refund. Apparently we cant get a refund in person for online orders so okay to that. But that wasnt the worst part. We finally start to eat the food and the first thing was all the food was ice cold. Hashbrowns looked raw abs when you bit into the middle it was frozen cold. Than the sandwiches each looked sloppy with barley any of the ingredients in it and both were nice and cold too joy!Mind you these sandwiches were suppose to be hot because they were breakfast with eggs and meat. Would not recommend anyone going to this location and I wont be going back after this experience. If I could give this review a zero I would.

As a first time visitor I was surprised to find out that this place located in New Mexico had no items sold with Green Chili. Toe thats like going to Italy and being told the have no spaghetti, or France and being told there are no pastries !I then asked for a paper menu so as to be better prepared for next time, they have none o was told !Wow what a waste of time .PS. The food was bland but ok, nothing I would ever go out of way for.And the clerk did what they could with what they are given to work with.I guess I am just spoiled by all the other bagel shops around Albuquerque that offered green chili cream cheese or just plain green chili chopped on your bagel sandwich.

My daughter & I picked up some bagels this morning, Alexia was super kind. She was very outgoing, greeted us with a big smile & was very nice. The customer service she gave us was on another level. Nowadays you cannot get any decent customer service anywhere, which is really sad. Most places they dont even bother greeting you & make you feel like your an inconvenience to them.But Alexia was super kind, didnt rush through our order & had great customer service. I come here on occasion. Usually good food. The case never seems very well stocked, maybe it is first thing in the morning, I’m usually there at lunch (but it should still be better filled) It’s always exceptionally warm inside, so I never eat in. I’m also not sure why the service always is so slow. Drive thru and walk in are both sooooo slow. This last time I was the only person in line inside, and there was a couple people in the drive thru. I ordered the Mac and cheese bagel, toasted, that’s it. I waited for FIFTEEN MINUTES. What’s up with that? When I order just a bagel I’m going to just start getting it untoasted and taking it with me and doing all the toasting myself, because that ridiculous. The people are nice though, I just don’t understand what the deal is there. I wish they’d get better organized and fix the temperature so it’s not sweltering and I could eat there sometimes. So the bagel itself is definitely a new go to bagel for me. I might just have to use it as the base to any sandwich I get there too. It could have been cheesier, but it was still very yummy. Even had decent cheese pull.

Perfect stop for a sit down breakfast,or a run through the drive thru. Their menu is quite extensive, with large selections of specialty bagels and schmears. You can get a toasted bagel or one of their signature sandwiches. Get there early or you will miss out on some of the favorites, like the cheesy jalapeno of the cheesey hash brown bagel. Their coffee is amazing and just whats you need for the morning pick me up. We love going to this location because its much bigger inside with roomy seating and its usually very clean and the staff is delightful.

Horrible food every time I order something never fails. Bagel I ordered with cream cheese had a paper thin amount of it, compared to other bagel shops who put at least something you can taste; the blueberry muffins werent any better every one Ive ordered has tasted like freezer burn no joke; didnt want to order any food anymore however wanted to give another chance and I ordered a tub of cream cheese instead this time because I already had bagels here at the house, totally forgot the tub of cream cheese and totally wasted my time. Never eating here again.

I am originally from MN & love Einstein Bros Bagels & Caribou Coffee So Happy to have found them here in NM 😎I went into the shop today & ordered the Half dozen pkg Asked for Cinnamon Sugar bagel 2 employees said they were out I then asked if anymore being made can I wait or are they completely out Employee waiting on me said “No they are out” So Ok I make a different choice & then order my Mocha. I am pretty sure I waited 5-10 mins for my coffee No worries, drive up was quite busy & looks like One person makes the drinks Before my Mocha is ready the 1st employee Let’s the drive up employee know that they do in fact have the Cinnamon Sugar bagels Nothing is said to me, still waiting... did not offer to exchange or maybe just give me the 2 I first requested “complementary” It was their mistake I do not think I should have needed to say anything Was just disappointing Again, I love Einstein & Caribou I will be back Just thought this was a teaching moment

Quick and fast. The people that work there are courteous and pleasant.

Top notch. Its always fresh and delicious, and the workers are friendly. The drive through line can get to be long at certain points. I avoid it and just go early in the morning, 6 or 7 am. Its usually not too bad until around 9:30 am.

I ordered breakfast from Einstein Bros. Bagels @ the Rio Rancho, NM store. I picked up my order and when I got home two of my three sandwiches were wrong. I called the store and the manager on duty was AMAZING!!! She asks if I would like to come back and she would remake my order fresh. I get there and the manager was so friendly, professional, and polite. She personally made my order and it was all fresh and delicious. So I have to say that even though I had a slight issue, the way I was treated and the level of service and professionalism that she and her stuff gave me, I will definitely be back!! Manager was AMAZING!!!

Placed a $56 order on the mobile app. When I arrived to pick up via drive thru I was told there were no chocolate chip bagels which I had ordered 6 of so had very disappointed grandkids. Then as I picked up the order since it was so large I could not verify that everything was correct so I said to the employee I hope everything is correct and she said oh yes I double checked everything was there. Arrived home and 2 bagels were missing so had to return to pick up the 2 missing bagels. Very disappointed. Yes apologies were given but an extra peace offering would have been a nice gesture. Also, would be nice if the app did not let you order what is not available. The app also does not give a summary of your order after it is placed.

Food is good, staff is friendly, they are a bit slow here so make sure you have time to stop. But theyre iced vanilla lattes and everything bagels are worth the wait!

Great bagels like usual if you like them a bit softer vs real firm. They are still open and you can go in but not eat inside. Most everyone was going through the drive-thru but it was still pretty fast.

The service was great. Even though there was long line we didnt have to wait too long. The staff handled themselves well and we got our order pretty fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend.

They only have me half my order. When I got home and figured this out they told me I could drive fifteen minutes back to get what they forgot. By time I was about to get everything home to my family to eat it was cold tough and barely edible. Learned to check my order before leaving for both correctness and quality

First time here they gave me my bagel with guac or something when Im allergic. No biggie everyone messes up, they re made it for me. 2nd time gave me wrong one again but I went thru the drive thru and was rushing but Im sure they would have re made it. 3rd time for a bagel and they took forever. There was one person ahead of me and I was there for 10 min and still never got my bagel bc when I was about to pay they took another order on the phone before me. The drive thru went faster. I just left bc I know they would end up having to re make it or something anyways. Its literally one bagel and every time I go something happens. I gave 3 different chances for JUST ONE bagel and they messed up every single time.

We called in a lunch order yesterday, and it was terrible. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, once I got there and got in the drive thru line I waited just a couple of minutes to get the the pay window where everyone was completely confused. Im pretty sure they either didnt make our order when I called or gave it the car in front of us. I waited another 15 minutes to get the order and when I got back to work, it was wrong. On top of that the ingredients were not fresh. Lettuce was brown, spinach was wilted and the tomatoes were slimy. I would rather be told they didnt have have produce than to have it on the sandwich. For as busy as it was and as long as I waited in a drive thru, I expected it to be fresh.

So happy with my drive through experience this morning!

Do yourself a favor and try this place. This place has a good feel to it.

One of my familys favorite places to grab some good food and tasty coffee. This one is close enough to our house that we can walk to it when the weather is nice. Staff is usually friendly even when they are busy. There can be a wait during their busy times.

They have discontinued the potato bagel and roll. I don’t get it. They were always running out, so it’s not like they were not selling them. Other items have also been discontinued. Disappointed.

My wife & I moved here to New Mexico from New Jersey the end of last September to live with her brother & the two of them are from New Jersey while Im born & raised in New York & Einstein Bagels is the closest thing to a New York/New Jersey bagel that weve found; love the bagels & the spreads!! This time we got the 6 bagels & a tub of spread combo (4 everything/2 ancient grain with the Smoked Salmon spread)

Love the bagels and their Chocolate Cooler. Usually go through the drive through. Noticed that the Cooler seems to not have a set recipe. Every person makes it different, so each purchase is different.

The bagels here are amazing

Its usually great but half the time I order my Apple bagle there are garlic sprinkles in it. Those flavors dont go well together. I think they cut the bagels in the same place so they get cross contaminated.

Went in this morning and the bagel case was half full, when we asked if there were any plain or apple cinnamon the lady, who I believe was the manager as she wasnt in uniform, stated that she had just gotten in and didnt check with the baker to see what bagels were ready. She was a little dude. I worked at Einsteins and there was no excuse for the case being that empty and no bagels on the racks. The cashier was very friendly and the store was very clean. The manager did come up and offer us an apple cinnamon bagel once they were ready, on the house, which was very kind. Maybe they were just having a rough day today.

Everyone has been to an Einsteins, this one is a good location. Quick service and not too busy on a Sunday morning. The egg and bacon sandwich is really good with the green chile bagel.

Good morning I have been in your location about four five times since you have been open each time each time its been a Sunday morning approximately 10 in the morning. Each visit approximately the same apparently I think things will be different the next time Im standing inside with four people in front of me and four or five behind me waiting to be served. Looking in the glass display case looking for the bagels that I would like to buy are not there hoping that you might have some more in the back waiting to be brought to the front I wait in line. It looks very busy behind the counter everyone is doing something but there is nobody serving the people waiting in line once you do get your place in front the bagels that you were hoping to find are not there the cream cheese that you want is not there. I would imagine each person in line was probably going to drop $20 if not more for your products there was no store manager or assistant manager directing the employees in front to help the customers that are waiting in line as a business owner for the past 40 years I believe the customer that is in front of you is the most important part of your business right now having an overabundance of product ready to sell with fast and friendly service you would make a hit every time. I understand good help is hard to find what you need to put your good people up front as a consumer myself this was not a good experience for the sake of the business do what you need to do to take care of your customers

Terrible quality control. I do like a lot of the food here, bagels, sandwiches, treats and coffee. But I really got tired of getting the wrong order. The ways they could screw up a simple bagel, sandwich or muffin order were endless. And if I complained, they just wanted me to come in, talk to the manager and wait. I dont have time for that. There are other local places that will get my order correct the first time. I give up, Ill take my business elsewhere.

Ive been to other Einsteins around the city & country & this place is so cheap w their toppings. You have to ask for extra just to get the same amount elsewhere. The staff isnt well trained either. On a few occasions Ive asked for crispy bagel and had it served blackened...and cashier messed up my rewards points and then was untrained on how to fix it as well as the rest of the staff incl mgr. Decent food though when they can get it right. Good, casual environment.

Very good bagels, although the variety after 2pm is limited, still plenty to choose from. The young man at the drive through was so pleasant to deal with, made me wish for more like him at price thrus.

I have only eaten here twice but the menu is pretty pricey. I didnt receive the pickles that were supposed to come with my order and wasnt given the option to toast the bagels on my sandwiches.

Open early, super fast, good value, one of my go to places for early morning breakfast for my team.

I love the breakfast sandwiches here. Selection is excellent, prices are reasonable. The service has been a bit lacking lately. Yesterday I waited for nearly a half hour for two breakfast sandwiches and today while it was only a five minute wait, both sandwiches were not made correctly.

Bagel and locs are my all time favorite! Green Chile and cheese bagels are so good!

Unfortunately every time we go it seems the service gets worse. On top of that it doesnt seem they care about keeping a clean store. No one acknowledged us and we stood at the register for 5 minutes before any one helped. For the price you pay you would think that what they put on the bagel would at least be of descent size. The size of the sausage is really sad. And my bagel was squashed. I know thats picky but you expect your food to be decent when paying this much for it. Every table was dirty and the floors were awful. Really disappointed.
