I was recommended by AAA as being out of state when my Water pump went out and had to get Towed. They made the effort to find the part due to a late Saturday. They were all Professional and explained everything to me with care. I would definitely Recommend them to anyone. Definitely a10 out of 10 for their Service.

Had to replace the entire AC system as the desiccant element failed and contaminated the whole system. These guys were forthright, honest, and up front about what needed to be done.A few hiccups with the incorrect parts coming in, but these folks hooked me up with a loaner for the short term so I wasnt stranded without transportation, which is huge because of my wifes and my work schedules.Very personable ladies and gents working here, and kudos to our tech Shawn (hope I spelled that right brother)! He had a huge job to complete... and he was still smiling at the end... well at least in front of us. 😁I highly HIGHLY recommend Innovative Auto Solutions for ANYTHING you need done to your car!!Ill be back for any future services I require.Thanks you guys, I truly appreciate it!

This auto shop repaired my car on the weekend, in short order, under budget. The car worked beautifully thereafter. They really helped me in a pinch and went above and beyond with reliable, fantastic service.

They were excellent at repairing my fuel line even with a problem getting parts. Completely professional and outstanding service. They always kept me informed and did not try to oversell the service!

Needed a bearing pressed off and on to a new hub. Took the parts in so it was a bench job. It was a Saturday and Beau was very accommodating. The initial quote was acceptable but the final price was more than double the quote and nothing about the work scope had changed. Two stars given for taking my money in record time. Won’t be back, should have waited until Monday.

Had a trailer brake controller installed and oil change/ lube. They got me in spur of the moment, got the work done and vehicle back same day. Very happy with the tech that did the work.

Not sure I went there to get a complete check for my use car, the staff was nice I was told I needed something fix pricey more than what I paid for the car

Do not use this repair shop. Go in for a minor repair and things just keep on breaking. We sent in a car for an alternator replacement. It was going to be $700. Next they said the battery was bad ( I just replaced it). Now it’s $1,000 repair. They get their batteries from nAPA and Bo (front desk) said they had to put 5 different batteries in it including one that was too big. He said they had a hard time connecting the battery because the clamps were on top (the battery is in the wheel well. We paid them and on the way home found out the center panel that controls the radio and AC was dead. I immediately called Bo who said bring it in first thing in the morning. They kept it all day with a promise tge owner would call because I advised Bo they damaged the panel when they were messing with the batteries. No call from the owner. So We picked it up.I spoke to the dealer and they said the alternator going out can not cause this issue but improper replacement of the battery will.I intend to take them to court. The dealer is the only people to fix the softwareDO NoT USE THESE PEOPlE!!!

Throttle stuck at 3700 rpm. No error codes showed. Had to problem solve without computer readout. Flushed the throttle body assembly and it fixed the problem. The technician, Andres, was competent, professional and answered every question in terms that a non automotive person could understand. He would not give up until he found the problem over a 3 hour period. Excellent service.

This place is a find! Honest, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I found them accidently through AAA and now they are my go to place for any car repair.

They actually listen to our concerns, arent pushy about unnecessary repairs, and are just a nice bunch of people. Down side, as with any mechanic, can get expensive.

They changed my timing belt, resealed valve cover, replaced engine mounts. First time out afterward, huge thump from the engine. After a bit of a hiccup with whoever answered the phone first, owner went above and beyond to figure out the elusive problem and assure me it wasn’t associated with their repair. So, still looking at $$ for another repair, but very satisfied with their work. Thank you!

These are local friendly people who i have personally known for many years while bowling. That being said they said they would give me a good deal when i had problems with my new vehicle. They did my oil change and diagnosed my problems. Said i needed new brakes, new shocks and struts, and a door assembly. They quoted me an outrageous price for the brakes and everything else was a bet steep too. I went to do everything myself because i couldnt afford it to find out I didnt need new brakes! The pads were 80% in front and over 50 in the back. not to mention the shocks were not leaking. The oil change was costly too with a cabin filter. I was a bet disappointed to see they also said my window needed fixed from the rock chips as they were already fixed if you looked at them.A local scam shop that does good work. Bo and Demos, i wish you good luck and hope everything goes good for you. Hated to write this review, but as friends I think it was deplorable.

Honest mechanics and good people.

Took my car in because the check engine light was on for two days and then went off. They couldnt get to it today so I came to pick it up. They had it on the scanner when I got there just to make sure everything was ok. Everyone there is awesome! Didnt charge me and said everything was good. Will definitely be using these guys in the future! Super helpful, honest and reliable!

Great place to take your vehicle and rely on that you will get it back with honest work done. No recommendations for things that dont need to be done here. With several well trained mechanics on-site with years of experience they are a place to go as a regular customer.

I had mark casa diagnosed my van and theydetermined it was $1500 for new computer. I took it to inovatiove and they fixed it for $160 . They are honest and most importantly they know what they are doing and will fix your auto at a fair price . Just awesome experience! You have my business.

Did great work on my car and were done sooner than expected.

A bit expensive but the work is 100%

Recently had a pre-purchase inspection done for a vehicle and several days later there was a vibration in the right rear which got rapidly and progressively worse. Upon inspection, 5 out of 6 lug nuts had come off and were lose inside the wheel cover. The shop either didnt tighten the lug nuts or left them loose in the wheel cover. The owner didnt bother to call and the tech didnt accept responsibility. I would not go to this shop again.

Double charged for parts, and hit with hit with high labor costs. When does a battery cost $274? With a Discount? Not only that, they didnt even test it. They installed, and didnt even properly shut the hood all the way. Its the small details, that make me worry. I highly will NOT recommend this place.
